ng me to ask where to deliver since they could not reach anyone at Whimsy. I had to leave getting ready to meet them but the greenery was never moved to correct location by Terri's team. The sign which was to have floral on it (but that was missing) was not placed in the specific location discussed which was to let the guest know it was a surprise wedding. Floral was my favorite part of planning the wedding and just totally heartbreaking when it wasn't there as expected. The guests were obliviously clueless but I knew that my dream floral for my dream wedding was ruined and I wouldn't get that redo. My wedding was very small and probably low in budget for the company but that doesn't take away how important it was to me and my husband. I would think twice....

r brides gets the wedding she envisions no matter how big or how small, we treat them all the same. As you already know from our conversations last year, my mother died unexpectedly the morning of your wedding and situations surrounding that fact arose rather quickly making it impossible for me to personally be at your wedding site to oversee the work. For this once again I am so sorry. Had I have been there these issues never would have happened, sadly however I was not and I had to ultimately rely on staff members to get everything set up. I know when we spoke about this last year I was happy to refund you everything you wanted in the hopes that in some way I could make this right for you. It would appear that me refunding you still failed to ease any suffering. I can only once again apologize for what happened not only for not meeting your expectations but also for the breakdown of our relationship. I do hope that at some point in the future you will allow us an opportunity to make this up to you but should that day never arise, I do wish you blessings and prosperity in your new life. plan not knowing my venue 100% (we were fairly certain but it wasn't confirmed). After our first call we clicked and after looking at budget, volume of items, and personality matching we decided she was a missing piece to our vendor team. Side note: my husband thought we had met before because of how familiar we were with each other on our first call. By the time it was all said and done Whimsy Wedding and Events did not only our florals, but our event rentals as well. From our first call, to our venue walk, to setting up our reception space we were all on the same page and had the same vision for our reception in an industrial building. entifying types for me that didn’t seem too fancy and kept a modern vibe. I loved her setup for the ceremony with the moonbeam and asymmetrical greenery, and she has a TON of acrylic stands that were perfect. If you can explain your vision to Terri, she will make it happen for an affordable price. She was very responsive and helpful and even helped make the night extra special for my mom with a surprise.

going to be alright. Our florals were gorgeous, all the decor was like i envisioned. maybe she might have forgotten a few candles on the tables. Some had none and some had just 2 candle pillars. But everything was amazing that it didn’t even matter. Her service on coordinating alone was more than i would ever want. I would hire her for any event. She’s just amazing!!! xact specifications and made a December BoHo inspired Wedding of my dreams with dried and fresh florals. She created beautiful floating pompous grass arrangements for my receptionAnd decorated the aisle and altar so beautifully with LED candles and flowers to match. Her and her team were so gracious and present the day of our wedding and we could not have asked for a better florist or decorator.
