Kim looked at a photo of a cake she’d made years ago and was able to duplicate it perfectly, with a few small changes to her original. It was beautiful and PERFECT! The cake was moist and had just the right amount of lemon flavor to make the guests happy. There was plenty to go around with a few pieces left for devouring later. She was on time, and her prices are very reasonable. Kim will be the first I call the next time I need a cake for any occasion!

I contacted Kim Walsh, The founder of Whimsy Whisk Cakes, approximately two weeks before my sons wedding to see if she would able to create a custom VO Hennessy replica cake, detailing all of the intricate details on the bottle with a can of coke next to it. I can absolutely say without a doubt she nailed it? It was the a Masterpiece and I have definitely found a new Cake Lady!!! 🎂

She did AMAZING. She captured exactly what I envisioned, followed everything to the T. Was very timely, and affordable. RICH and amazing flavor in this cake and is so talented in sculpting. Most definitely order for her for every occasion!

Kim is wonderful! She was great working with us through the pandemic. The cake was out of this world amazing! I'm still not over it. It looked beautiful and tasted even better. The cake was the perfect texture, the fillings were delicious, and the frosting was phenomenal. And I say that as someone who generally strongly dislikes frosting. My husband's already said, "So, we're going back and ordering more cake, right?"

Kim came out for a wedding and provided the most beautiful, unique cake we have yet to seen! The cake was delicious as well!

Kim was fabulous to work with. My daughter, future son-in-law and myself visited her home for a tasting. Her home is beautiful and she had personal cakes, champagne and various fillings all made for us to taste! It was a wonderful, relaxing, experience. We chose a gorgeous wedding cake with multiple flavored layers and Thunder themed cookies instead of a groom's cake. Both were moist, fresh, and so delicious. We highly recommend Kim. Just the best!!

Our wedding cake was not only beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but it was so moist and delicious. All of our guests loved it! Kim was a great communicator about what it would take to make what we wanted kept in contact with me throughout the process to make sure we got what we wanted. She was so affordable too! Excellent quality all the way around!

I first contacted Kim about a graduation cake for my daughter. I had heard she did "good" cakes. I ordered chocolate with chocolate ganache. Oh my word... it was beautiful, personalized, and even more than that-- it was delectable! My dad decided to get married last minute a couple weeks ago and I knew who I wanted to do his cake. I contacted Kim and she worked us in (he was getting married in less than a week!) White cake with beautiful fresh flowers on the 3-tiers, and I have never seen a cake disappear so quickly. Several people at the wedding asked for Kim's contact information. I will always call Kim for my cakes, why would I contact anyone else?!

Kim did an amazing job with our cake! It was exactly what we were looking for. The cake was so beautiful with the fresh flowers! Although we hated cutting into it, the cake was delicious! Kim was great to work with and we will definitely be using her again! I have already recommended her to friends and family!

Kim made an amazing white buttercream cake for us with beautiful natural flowers. The cake was honestly one of the best tasting cakes I’ve ever had! I had seen pictures of many of Kim’s cakes and was really impressed with her artistic skill and how creative she is. Kim was very professional and friendly, responded to my messages in a short time, and had our cake set up in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Kim and would most definitely use her again.

I called Kim Walsh with Whimsy Whisk Cakes and I knew right away I wanted her to make my wedding cake. She was so easy to work with and went above and beyond to help me.
