Whirlin’ Disc Sound was not only extremely professional but they made our wedding day seamless. They are very easy to work with and very accommodating to any needs/wants. Jade was our DJ and we could not have asked for a better experience. Max was our Photo Booth attendant and the experience with him was incredible. I would absolutely book and recommend Whirlin’ Disc Sound to everyone!
The communication with Whirlin' Disc was exceptional from the moment we scheduled our preliminary video chat. The app kept everything organized and made it easy to indicate what we wanted and didn't want. Jordan was so helpful in customizing the app to suit our needs. We had Jarrod for our wedding DJ and he did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor and honored our guests song requests. My only complaint is that I wish I had more time to be out on the dance floor.
Working with Whirlin' Disc was super easy and they did everything we asked for with excellence! Their App makes it incredibly easy to select your favorite music and your specific song choices and they have great recommendations as well! DJ Will was the best! He listened to all of our plans and executed them perfectly! Our guests were not a big dancing crowd but he got them out there with us more than we ever thought possible! Whirlin’ Disc Sound was a phenomenal DJ to work with. They made the planning process easy with their app that you can add songs and requests to. Maxwell created a custom cut for my father/daughter dance. Joe was our DJ for our wedding and he was amazing! Made the day so seamless, working with our coordinator and venue owners to make our day perfect. The mix of music was exactly what we wanted, we wanted a bit of everything and he delivered. We had many people out on the dance floor all night long. They brought along up-lighting that elevated our decorations in the venue and dance floor lighting! I would 100% recommend WDS and Joe to any couple looking for a DJ.

I cannot recommend Whirlin Disc Sound enough! I came across their booth at a wedding expo and was immediately drawn to them. I booked them immediately and they were honestly the most enjoyable and easiest vendor to work with. Maxwell met with us to plan and ease any anxiety prior to the wedding and DJ Jarrod was the perfect DJ for our special day. He MC’d perfectly to keep the night going smoothly and played the perfect mix of music. I had multiple guests say that they have never seen so many people on a dance floor. We could not stop dancing! Once again am so thankful we chose WDS!

Whirlin' Disc Sound assigned the perfect DJ to match our personalities and those of our guests, keeping everyone on the dance floor all night. The Photo Booth was also a hit, easy to use and loved by our guests. You could have your Photo Booth photos sent directly to your cell phone, access all the photos digitally, and even print them yourself if you wanted!

Where do I even begin?? This company is absolutely incredible. From the owner, Maxwell, being the sweetest human who created beautiful custom edits for our parent dances, to our amazing DJ, Jordan, who went above and beyond at every moment. He was so kind, and fun! I received rave reviews the following day on all of his music! The dance floor was packed every moment of the night.
He helped with more than just the music - he was able to video call my friend who couldn’t make it, so she could watch the ceremony. He helped pass out dance floor props, and he brought such good energy to the room. He was so great to communicate with, and just such a delight.

We are so glad we chose Whirling Disc for our wedding DJ! Joe really brought the party and multiple people (from different generations!) complimented us on the music. Having a good DJ can really make or break the wedding and he kept everyone out on the dance floor, no one wanted the night to end. Our meetings with Max made us SO EXCITED each time we met with him and he personalized them by surprising us and playing songs we liked during the meetings. Our mind was really put at ease after meeting with him about the timeline and knowing it would all be handled. Some patience was needed with email responses taking a while BUT he always ended up responding eventually and everything was fine. It was awesome to have their app too, super fun going through the app with my (now) husband as we planned songs for each part of the night. The Photo Booth was great too, it’s always so much fun to bring the print outs home after a wedding and put them on your fridge as a memory of the night. Highly recommend Whirling disc!
Maxwell was flawless to work with! Between countless questions that needed to be answered and last-minute stress leading up to the wedding, Maxwell was always there to help and give his input. They even used an app to make things easier and allow you to make last-minute adjustments before the wedding. The crowd loved him and he definitely knew how to read the room with each song he played. My husband and I had the privilege of having Joe DJ our wedding on March 3rd, 2024. He was beyond amazing with not only the music but also organizing everyone for the ceremony and throughout the reception. Maxwell at Whirlin' Disc is truly INCREDIBLE. We had so many guests at our wedding come up to us and tell us that this was the best wedding DJ they'd ever experienced, and we couldn't agree more. Maxwell had the perfect balance of playing songs we requested, songs requested by guests, and other similar songs that fit our vibe. Our dance floor was full the entire night thanks to him! Plus, Maxwell was extremely organized and professional; from the first meeting where our Zoom consultation was customized to us and our wedding, we knew we'd found the perfect fit. There are no hidden travel fees or other charges, so Whirlin' Disc was one of our easiest vendors to book. We also added the photo booth which our guests loved, and we now have an album of photos from our wedding night to cherish. I can't recommend Maxwell & WDS enough - he made our wedding the best night ever!
From the first meeting we had with Maxwell, my husband and I were beyond impressed with the industry experience, professionalism and organization of Whirlin Disc. We knew that the DJ would be a big part in setting the tone for our reception, and we were not disappointed. We were greeted with a custom video which displayed a preview of how our reception would be. We worked with Maxwell, Jordan and Jarrod to perfect the details of our day through a convenient app which gave us access to all of our information 24/7. The Whirlin Disc team made requested edits to our songs and made a perfect mash-up for a surprise father-daughter choreographed dance - it was a crowd hit. Jarrod did a great job reading our crowd and played hit after hit. Just when our guests wanted to take a break from dancing, Jarrod would play another crowd favorite to keep the party going. We also had a photo booth in our package, which was popular all night. We appreciate the photo book they made for us out of all our guest pictures. I could go on and on! Book with Whirlin Disc...you won't be disappointed!
Cannot say good enough things about working with Whirlin' Disc! Maxwell and his staff were super helpful from start to finish. Whenever I had a question, our emails were answered within 24 hours. Our actual DJ Jarrod was AMAZING! He made sure everything happened at the exact time and didn't go off our music playlist once. 110% recommend!

The entire Whirlin’ Disc Team was professional and extremely understanding of the situation - making the process and partnership with them seamless.
They included a user-friendly app and dedicated time to meet with us (via zoom, phone, text, and in person at the venue) to ensure our day would be perfect and we were on the same page.

Whirlin Disc Sound deserves the 5 stars! The planning process was so easy. The entire time from booking to the week before your event you are able to select songs and make notes using an app that both you and your DJ can see, on top of having calls with both the owner, Maxwell, and your day of DJ leading up to the big day. Everyone we worked with was so personable! Our DJ, Jarrod, went about our evening with ease, even with some changes the day of the wedding. He kept the energy high, and played music that really suited our style based on other songs we selected! Couldn’t have asked for a better night!

Whirling disc sound was absolutely incredible to work with. The price was right, the owner and DJ were great to work with and everything went absolutely perfect for our wedding. They talked us through every step and really helped make our wedding special; sharing ideas that we would never have thought of. Day of, the DJ checked in to make sure everything was as we wanted and even changed up our intros on the fly. I would definitely recommend them!
Absolutely the best and look no further! We had the pleasure of working with Maxwell through the entire process and he was even our DJ! The night went as smooth and ever and the energy was fantastic! He really went out of his way in every way humanly (and inhumanly lol) as possible. It was a pleasure to work wit him and I'm glad we ended up finding him! Everyone was raving throughout the night about how amazing he was reading the room. When it came down to it, he followed every request and every detail with professionalism and compassion! Maxwell and his DJ went above and beyond with our wedding. We had some issues with the food vendor being late and they made sure to keep updated on the situation and handle the music until then. They were the nicest guys and even helped make sure me and my husband got dinner! At the end of the night they even stayed and helped pick up some. By and far these guys went above and beyond what was expected of them to make sure we had a great day. Would recommend them for any party or wedding!!

Mike was seriously the best DJ ever! He kept the vibe going all night and when we had a hiccup in the timeline he improvised on the fly and made sure we were good all night. From our first consultation, we never had to worry about anything when it came to music for our wedding. The phone calls and app set-up before the wedding helped the wedding day go so smoothly. We had such a great experience with DJ Joe, who kept the day moving along smoothly and expediently. Our families have varied musical tastes, and he had everyone on the dance floor the whole night!
This man was great! He worked with our group and we were dancing the whole time. He worked well with us and we had an app to add songs that we liked also. We also had to photobooth, which everyone loved.
Seriously stop looking at anywhere else. This is the most professional and fun company I’ve ever worked with. We used both the DJ and the photo booth through this company and the guests are still raving at how fun the wedding was and great the music selection was. Their pre-wedding organization and making sure everything is in order was such a relief and they took off any pressure. HIGHLY recommend!

Booking vendors is hard enough on a bride but booking vendors as a covid bride is even harder. Maxwell and his team were amazing throughout all the changes, zoom meetings and 3 different date changes. Our dj for the wedding was great. He was prepared, fun, easy going and made the whole wedding feel relaxed and ready to party. I will be recommending them to every bride I know!

A close friend used Whirlin' Disc for their wedding, and they did such a great job, we knew who we were picking as soon as we got engaged. The online service to set up all our information and song choices was so easy to use, it made the process stress-free. The MC kept people dancing for hours.
Whirlin Disc was the lowlight of our wedding. First off, communication was horrible. Didn't respond to emails and took several calls/voicemails to get a hold of. Then he forgot to play our recessional song. Yup, NO RECESSIONAL. Then, bride wanted to dance with her grandfather, dad, and step dad during the father daughter dance. DJ was supposed to say when it was time for the next person, but neglected to do that too. So she didn't get to dance with her step dad and only got a short time with her dad. Besides that the DJ was awkward and too intrusive.
Credit where credit is due, the DJ was fine when just playing songs. They were inexpensive, and offered to include the ceremony for free.
DJ Jeff was fantastic! Before the party even started he was there, set up and ready to go. We used the Whirlin’ Disc DJ online service to set up all our songs, guest requests, and Bridal party names before so he was all set to go. We had a guitarist for our ceremony and Jeff made it easy for him to patch into his system and play. Our reception was so much fun. Everyone got up to dance, including our grandparents! The room was buzzing, and we were all sad to hear our last song. Thank you for making the night so enjoyable!
Went with Whirlin Disc out of Rochester, NY. Jeff was great to work with and hooked us up with our favorite DJ Ish!!! He was an AMAZING MC and DJ. Our night wouldn't have been the same without him!
They had people on the dance for for HOURS! We ended up extending the reception because everyone was having too much fun! Excellent service and great to work with.
Jeff was absolutely wonderful! Price was MORE than reasonable (my wedding planners were shocked at how affordable!), and he delivered more than we could have asked. Guests continued to comment on how they have never seen a wedding where every single guest danced the entire time. Jeff embraced our mixture of Italian folk songs, 90s r&b, 2000s, and every other style under the sun. My feet still hurt from dancing. Thank you, Jeff!
Jeff is always very professional and was a good host. He got the guests on the dance floor! We've used Whirlin Disc for the past 10 years and have always been satisfied with the results.
Jeff was awesome, he was flexible, dedicated, moved the evening along efficiently but without making things feel rushed. The nicest thing Jeff did was sit with my uncle in-law to go through a 30 minute MP3 clip of my wife's deceased grandfather playing in his band to find the right spot to play, and it ended up being one of the highlights of the night when the song played. He could easily have said he didnt have time but he went the extra mile. Go with Jeff and your reception will be unforgettable
Mike D. from Whirlin Disc has done several family weddings and is ALWAYS on point so there was no doubt when it came to my wedding who our DJ was going to be. Throughout the entire process Chris and Mike were so informative, gave great advice, and accommodated all of our requests. The night of the reception was stellar, Mike was making sure we were happy from the moment we arrived and worked with the event staff all night to make sure everything flowed. We could not be happier with our experience working with Whirlin Disc and would (and do) recommend them to anyone and everyone.
We used Whirlin’ Disc for our sound and photobooth needs for our wedding. Overall, we were pleased with the service on the day of the wedding. However, leading up to the wedding, the communication was a bit challenging. We never received our information packet in the mail and we had to reach out twice to finally get it sent over through email. We followed through with the payment as clearly indicated on their contract. The week of the wedding, we were contacted by our DJ, who was fabulous, and he went over all of our name pronunciations and confirmed our songs. We also received a call from our photobooth attendant. Whirlin’ Disc does not personally do photo booths. Instead, they partner with another company, which was a bit confusing. When we initially signed on with Whirlin’ Disc, nobody explained to us that the photo booth price would also be taxed, while the DJ services were not. Having this last minute expense was a bit surprising, but we were able to manage. Still, I wish we would have known up front about the additional cost. Our DJ was amazing and he really made sure that everyone had a great night. He took our list of about 15 songs and created a fun playlist that kept the dance floor busy all night!
Disappointed in my interactions with the owner. We met over 1 year in advance of our wedding. After paying in full we realized that we would need gar more time than anticipated on our wedding day. I called to ask about prices and he was unwilling to negotiate rates for the remainder of the day, and very rude on the phone acting inconvenienced and offended that I had even asked.
I listed 4 songs to play during our ceremony (processional, bride entrance, ceromony music, recessional). Despite confirming this music in advance with Chris the owner, the wrong song was played during the ceremony. Imagine instead of hearing the instrumental version of Viva la Vida you hear Coldplay as you're trying to concentrait on your vows. I was mortified. When I addressed my concerns to the owner after the wedding he did send a $100 refund, however did not take ownership of the mistake. That's what my forever ruined memories of my wedding ceremony are worth.
I gave 3 stars as Mark the dj was lovely and played a great selection of songs that had eole dancing through the night. My family and friends had so much fun and I would gladly hire Mark for any event. It's a pity that his boss made my experience so terrible
What a fun night we had with Whirlin' Disc!!! This group came recommended from our venue, and we loved them! Mark was our DJ and he was on point!! He really listened to what we wanted and did an excellent job choosing the music. Everybody got on the dance floor and he kept them going all night long! We were nervous about people wanting to dance, but he was instrumental in getting it all to come together. Thank you Whirlin Disc for a beautiful night!
Our DJ's name was Jarrod and I found Whirlin Disc sound at a bridal show. Turns out, they did my aunt's wedding 28 years ago! They were easy to work with and called me when they needed clarification. Even the bartender at the reception said he kept the party going!
Jeff was our dj and did a good job. I printed a very detailed list of songs we wanted played. He checked in with me throughout the night and played the songs that we asked. We set up a meeting in his office and were very specific about our guests and the type of music we wanted to hear/not hear. My only complaint is that guests could not hear him announcing events like cake cutting and he could have been louder/more assertive to help the beginning of the night go smoother. Overall would recommend
Our DJ Jeff unfortunately had a family emergency on our wedding day and sent a Backup DJ (who was going to be our Photo-Booth Vendor). We had never met him, but luckily because of the Portal with must-have, do not plays, and try to plays - the night was fairly smooth. I was worried in the beginning because the FIRST go to song to get everyone to dance was "blue suede shoes" then "build me up buttercup" and did not encourage my crowd to get on the dance floor. Guests were making requests and my sister told me I had to talk to the DJ to make the songs more recent. Once he started playing the must-plays it was ok and fun. I did request "Despacito" and he played a different one... but that was because I put it incorrectly on the Portal. Moral of the story, is the company is great, but beware that family emergencies do happen and you may not get who you expected. At the end of the night, my guests danced and had a fun time.
Our DJ's name was Mike. He was great. The price was definitely good. We had a great turnout on the dance floor. He respected our wishes and gave us exactly what we asked for. Great!
Very pleased with Whirlin Disc. Chris was always in constant contact with us and on our wedding day Joe was awesome! Joe experience kept everyone on the dance floor and he was able to play a mashup version of Isley Brothers and Buffalo Bills shout song. Joe would constantly check-in on us to see how everything was going and to see if he could do anything for us. The uplighting made our reception look awesome! I would definitely recommend Whirlin Disc and Joe to anyone who wants the best in the industry!
Whirlin Disc Dj's was amazing! They did a great job at our ceremony and reception. They were very detailed, organized and really knew how to get people dancing. I highly recommend them for your wedding!
Although there were a few snags during the reception, the ceremony was flawless. We don't regret choosing Whirling DJ's at all. DJ Ish played a great mix of 90s/00's music. He even took requests and was playful. Great choice!

After countless bridal expos and meeting with literally 50+ DJs, we were honored to meet Jeff. From the moment we began speaking with him, we just clicked. I knew he would be able to run the show for us and he certainly did. Our music selections were non-traditional as were many of the minute details and he orchestrated the entire wedding and reception flawlessly according to our wishes. The music was absolutely perfect during the meal -- allowing us to enjoy our meal and our company. He was able to read the crowd and keep things moving the entire time. What a God send...perfect ceremony, perfect reception, perfect equipment and truly professional and fun all the way around. Would recommend him 100 times over. Thank you for your part in my daughter's perfect day!

We had Ish as our DJ for the wedding and he was great. The music selection was exactly what we wanted and he got all of the introductions and dances correct. Prior to the wedding we had worked with someone else to arrange everything and struggled a little bit with getting ahold of him but it turned out just fine. A great value as a lot of Rochester DJs charge double or more.
Absolutely perfect!!!! Our venue suggested them and I am so glad we went with that suggestion. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Jeff set the stage for our reception and helped it move along perfectly. He kept it from being tacky and got just about everyone on the dance floor. I am still hearing compliments about him. The company itself is completely professional with a very local feel. Music was really important to my husband and I, so we loved how attentive and helpful Whirlin' Disc was. He also was great with the military aspects of our wedding as well. Definitely use them if you can!
Whirlin Disc was recommended to me by 3 other people. We were not disappointed! Jeff was amazing and able to "feel" the room. Every guest I have spoken to commented on how great he was. Jeff accommodated us with all our requests and went out of his way via iTunes to find all the songs we were looking for/wanted. We wanted a "middle of the road" DJ personality and he delivered! They were very accomodating form the beginning. I happened to choose a venue that was located right down the road, and they gave me special pricing for having it at a 'preferred venue'. I was so excited because it made Whirlin Disc fall into my budget.
They provided me with ceremony music, a microphone and 5 hours of music (cocktail & reception). They did a fantastic job.
They give you paperwork to fill out to find out all about what you, your fiance and your parents like for music. This was awesome! Then they call you to confirm all details about a week before the wedding
We had DJ Ish at our wedding. He is sweet & a lot of fun. I did all the coordinating with the owner Jeff who was not the best to work with. He is hard to get a hold of and doesn't have much of a personality. I went over all my wants/needs for the reception and he didn't follow through very well. He did get the introduction music perfect but I had a dance planned with my dad & DJ Ish didn't even know about it so luckily I said something to him before the dance. I also gave him a list of music I wanted to hear & DJ Ish never saw that list so needless to say my grandma was dancing to "watch me whip." But again. DJ ISH was fabulous and patient. And you really cant be the price for this company.
Whirlin' Discs was fantastic! Jeff, the manager, as well as Mark, our DJ were great. He played perfect music for us. We also last minute decided to have them come early for our ceremony music as well, and they were very accommodating and played beautiful music. We were beyond happy with them! They are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I wasn't super impressed by them. Their prices are good but we didn't even get to meet with the actual DJ who was doing our wedding and the guy pronounced our last name wrong. There were mic problems during the toasts.
We booked DJ Ish from Whirlin' Disc DJ's and he was AMAZING! He kept the party going and played a wonderful array of music! I couldn't have been any happier.
Chris was our DJ. He was fun, engaging, appropriate/listened to our requests, and helped to make our wedding night memorable! He went above and beyond to ensure that the whole day went smoothly. 100% recommend!

Rochester after he was the DJ at my friend's wedding and we couldn't be happier. Jeff was able to read the crowd very well and kept guests on the dance floor all the way until the end of the wedding!
I asked my friend for the name of the DJ who worked her wedding, as I had never been to a wedding where the dance floor was packed all night long; I wanted that for my own wedding! My friend told me that "TJ," from Whirlin' Disc, was her DJ. I immediately hired TJ. Although I had a LONG request list and VERY specific instructions for TJ, he was extremely accommodating and executed the timing of the music perfectly. TJ has a great sense of what to play, when. He's extremely professional as well. I highly recommend Whirlin' Disc - and especially TJ.
Mike was awesome!! We were worried because he was not the DJ we requested, but he did awesome! Our friends even paid him to stay and DJ til 1AM. Very happy with this companies service. They were friendly and incredibly helpful! Also, very reasonably priced!
This DJ was not my first choice... they were my fifth choice actually... everyone else was booked... they didn't play our musical tastes, even though we clearly wrote out what our preferences were... they also played songs from our do not play list, which irritated me... why did we take the time to fill out the forms?? Also, other than our first dance...and the dollar dance... he played NO SLOW SONGS... none of our guests got to dance with their spouses... I only got to dance one slow song with my husband?? Very disappointed! In addition, it was over 700+ for the five hours and they put all over their paperwork "tip not included"... here's a tip... have better service!

My now husband and I had an initial meeting with the owner Tom. Was very impressed with his professionalism and wonderful customer service. More importantly we loved our DJ, Joe, on our wedding day!!! He was so fantastic, personable and incredibly helpful! Joe was present when our ceremony musicians were playing the bridal attendants and bridal processional music. There was a bit of a mix up with the songs and Joe went out of his way to make sure that our musicians were right on target. Moreover, it was raining on our wedding day and we had our bridal party and family photo's at Glen Oak's downstairs patio area. I really wanted a few shots in the Gazebo with my husband and Joe once again went above and beyond holding an umbrella for me to make sure I didn't get wet as we walked to the Gazebo. There are no words to begin to express how professional and wonderful Joe was throughout the entire evening! He played a great variety of music and made a few jokes that really entertained our guests all night. I highly recommend Whirlin Disc to anyone who is getting married!
We actually had the owner of the business as our DJ and he was wonderful! He helped gather everyone for the important parts and made sure he stuck to our do not play list, no matter how often the little sister asked for Justin Beiber!

I was really nervous hiring Whirlin Disc because I did not get to meet my DJ before the wedding. They have a list of DJs and they choose one to fit your requests, so this meant that I had no idea who I was actually hiring. However, the owner and his staff were incredibly helpful to me all the way up and even let me make last minute changes. The DJ that showed up ended up being amazing. He listened to all our requests, got all our names correct, made suggestions for wedding flow that worked out much better than what I was trying to do. He was definitely master of ceremonies for me. And the price could not be beat by any other DJ service in the Syracuse area.
Music makes or breaks a reception. This company made ours great! I would recommend this company to anyone! The owner was helpful & easy to contact. Our DJ, Joe Curry had a very fun personality and made the reception a great time. The quality of service you get from them is well worth the price! Joe was willing to do anything to make the night special for us. He even made us a CD of some special songs from the evening.
I can't say enough how much fun Casey our DJ was! We got right out and partied with us. He played a great mix of oldies and top 40 songs. Everyone commented how great the dance party at our wedding was! I would reccomend him to everyone!
Whirlin' Disc did a fantastic job of playing music at my wedding. People were telling me days later how sore their entire body was from dancing all night long. THe DJ was able to read the dance floor and really played music to keep people moving!
They were extremely reasonable with their pricing for my off-season wedding!
Joe was SO AWESOME! He did a wonderful job making sure everything stayed on schedule during the night. And he did an excellent job of keeping the party going! I wish I could have another party to hire him again! <3 THANK YOU JOE!!
We are a young couple but there were older guests too so we asked for music that everyone could enjoy. Everyone had so much fun and not many people were left in their seats when the dancing began!
Whirling Disc gave us a MAJOR deal when we booked them at a bridal show. I had no problems with them. The DJ was exactly what we asked for: not too obnoxious, but not mute, either. He was middle of the road and got people up and moving! He also made sure to inform us of when certain dances were. The only thing I was sad about was that he forgot to announce in my flower girl and ring bearer. :( Other than that, it was great! Great company and basically unlimited song selection.
People were dancing, but the MC-ing could have been better, a couple awkward moments, but songs were good.
My DJ was great. I don't remember his name unfortunately but he was very good. He was all about making me happy. Everytime I came up to request he said what ever you want this is your day! He even played song off one of my bridesmaids phone because I wanted to hear it and he didn't have it.I was very satisfied with the service
We had been referred to this company by friends who had them play at their wedding we attended. Our dj was Mike and he was a LIFE SAVER. The banquet hall majorly messed up the entire evening and he was on top of the music and helping us get what we needed including drinks during dinner. He kept things moving for us and watched our time as dinner took much longer than it should have. he was fabulous, kept the party hoppin and dance floor filled. i would recommend this company, and especially Mike, for anyone to use for their events!!!
The company provided music and sound equipment for our outdoor ceremony and for the reception. Overall we were happy. My father became ill the week of my wedding and wasnt able to attend so we had some changes in the reception music and some formalities. Although the DJ seemed a bit frustrated at the changes he accomodated our requests. Our guests had the ability to walk up and request any & every song they liked so that was a nice feature.
Made the night! Very helpful with different wedding ideas we had.
Our DJ Mark did a great job! He not only played music that kept our partying dancing til the last minute but he also made it fun by adding specials twists to the otherwise boring tossing of the bouquet and garter.
Mike was our DJ and he was fantastic! He called me the week of the wedding to discuss the information I had sent over on song choices, etc. The night of the wedding he was dressed in a tux and greeted us when we arrived asking us if we needed anything. The music was great - people were dancing all night. Mike was so helpful, he even chipped in to help us get the catering staff to open the blinds for the sunset and move their trays off the dance floor so we could get started dancing.
We had Mark for our DJ, and he was just the BEST! We loved working with him, and he made everything so easy! Everyone complimented us on how wonderful the music was, and how fun Mark was. With all of the sound choices, it's hard to know what to do, but Whirlin' Disc is definitely the best!
Yes we had music, but our wedding is going to be known as the one with the worst DJ. Speakers weren't adequate and the DJ was not suitable for a wedding!!!
We are pretty sure that our DJ was high while on the job. He played a few of the songs we requested, but we had to request a lot of the ones we had already discussed. He catered to what the guests were dancing to, and pretty much ignored our list. I'm not devestated about it because everyone had a good time, and I didn't have a ton of time to dance anyways, but don't go with Whirlin' Disc if your music selections are primarily R&B.
Our DJ was experienced and attentive. I spent a good 1.5hours on the phone with him going over everything I wanted. He was helpful and everyone has been raving about how amazing our DJ was!!!
We had a really good experience with Whirlin Disc! The owner Tom, was very easy to work with. He was very responsive. Our DJ Mike was great! He had a great voice, played great music and the dance floor was packed the whole night!!
