This was the most beautiful venue to get married! Lauren was so helpful and accommodating to work with and made our day feel so special. We had to delay the outdoor ceremony by 30 minutes due to rain, but Lauren did everything and more to make our vision happen. We LOVED staying at the house across the parking lot since we had our rehearsal dinner there and it was so convenient the morning of! The bridal and groomsmen suites were amazing and my hair and makeup made a comment about how much they loved the salon chairs. This venue is so spacious and Lauren was great with creating the perfect layout for us. She allowed us to visit as much as we needed leading up to our wedding to make us feel comfortable and was always so timely with her responses. I would recommend this venue 1000%!

Whispering Hearts Event Center is a unique wedding venue in Oregonia, OH. Situated on 17 acres of gorgeous landscaped grounds, it provides a picturesque rural setting just a short drive from downtown Cincinnati. Featuring various event spaces, a sparkling pond, and a 15-foot-high heart-shaped waterfall, it boasts a romantic atmosphere that is perfect for any celebration.
Whispering Hearts Event Center is home to various indoor and outdoor event spaces to accommodate every phase of your day. You can host a beautiful outdoor ceremony under the whimsical pergola or the covered pavilion, providing stunning views of the sprawling property while you say your vows. After your ceremony, you and your guests can move to the new 10,000 square-foot indoor event facility. This space includes a dressing suite, a catering preparation kitchen, a full bar, and restrooms. It can accommodate up to 250 guests for an evening of dinner and dancing. A four-bedroom house with two full bathrooms and a swimming pool is also available for the wedding party to rent for getting ready and relaxing before the celebration begins.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained — we received countless compliments from our guests about how stunning the venue looked. The setting also lent itself perfectly to beautiful wedding photos, with plenty of great backdrops throughout the property.
We also rented the adjacent house, which was such a wonderful amenity. It gave us the perfect space to get ready with our wedding party and loved ones. Its big, open layout ended up giving us so many great “getting ready” photos as well. We’re so glad we chose Whispering Hearts for our ceremony and would happily recommend it to any couple looking for a scenic, well-run venue with a personal touch!

g presence to everything. She recommended great vendors, helped us create a very functional floor plan, and talked through our timeline / logistics.
We were able to be in the venue all day setting things up and getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite. There was space for 7 bridesmaids as well as three hair / makeup stylists. We spent the day setting up tablecloths, centerpieces, and decor as those things were not included but we had fun making the space our own with wildflowers.
The weather was beautiful and the outdoor was absolutely stunning. We loved the lake feature and all of the landscaping. Our pictures are filled with nature just as we hoped. Overall, we didn’t feel like we needed to do much decorating because the location spoke for itself and was so pretty.
The reception was so fun and the inside was full of natural light. We loved all the beautiful wood but did feel that the acoustics inside were somewhat difficult, making our dance floor particularly loud. But we had a great party! Our dog was even able to attend for some sunset photos and a grand entrance visit to the reception.
Afterwards we did a sparkler exit, cleaned up, and stayed overnight in the guest house on site with our bridal party. Other guests took shuttles to the Kings Mills exit where the nearest hotels were located.
We would definitely recommend Whispering Hearts to anyone looking for a beautiful indoor / outdoor wedding venue. It’s a newer venue but already has so much to offer and is absolutely stunning!

planning process and answers all questions timely. She is very flexible and understanding and I couldn’t appreciate her more for being a part of our big day.
Unexpected storms rolled in right at our outdoor ceremony time and Lauren flipped the indoor space with ease. The indoor space turned out to be just as perfect as the outdoor space and everything worked out.
Between our time before the wedding that was made so simple, during the wedding where hiccups were fixed without my noticing, the beautiful landscape, and the rental house on the property… I would say this venue is a perfect place for anyone’s big day!

The venue had everything we needed — even a big freezer for my ice cream idea and a basket ready for our sparkler exit. It made all the little touches so easy to pull off.
Lauren was amazing — so helpful before and during the wedding. She answered all our questions before the big day and even stepped in to help our planner during the event. One of the sweetest moments came after the night had ended — I asked if I could take one last photo by the fountain, and she actually drove across the lake to turn the lights and fountain back on for us. Surrounded by my closest friends, under the beautiful night sky, with the pink-lit fountain in the background — it was the perfect ending to the perfect day.
I feel so lucky to have gotten married here. If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only beautiful but also run by kind, helpful people — this is the one. Highly recommend!

the place they would be married. Lauren and her parents went above and beyond to make sure the event center was ready for the big day in September 2024. Lauren's communication throughout the year was wonderful and all our questions were taken care of in a timely manner. The wedding week arrived and our check-in to the rental home was wonderful and our stay there was awesome! Lauren even surprised us by keeping the pool open for a quick dip! The day of the wedding, there was an unfortunate vehicle accident down the road which cut power to the venue but Lauren and her family jumped into action and back-up generators were brought in and all went well! Even the rain from the hurricane waited for the outdoor ceremony to be finished and we had a wonderful time at the reception. The beautiful landscaping, flowers, pond, the lighting, the groomsmen cabin and the bridal suite for the girls to get ready and the rental house made this the best place for our wedding event. I would highly recommend this wonderful place for any event you have in mind! Thank you all so much for the support, care and love of all the details! Thank you Lauren!

o many amazing features to take advantage of. We rented the guest house on the property after our rehearsal and wedding night. The groomsmen and bridal suites on site are very nice and convenient for the bridal party to get ready in on the big day. The outdoor and indoor venue areas are kept in great shape and always picture perfect! Lauren and the rest of the venue staff are absolutely wonderful. I loved working with Lauren. She is very kind, personable, knowledgeable and beyond helpful when it came to planning our big day. I couldn't recommend this venue enough!

As mother of the groom, this venue was amazing for all involved, including guests with walkers and special needs. I am on a very special diet...
and had to bring all my drinks and food. I was able to keep everything safe and separate from all the other food during the day. Everyone was so helpful with all my special needs.
This venue is an all inclusive, beautiful place run by a family that wants to make your special event as special as they can. My son and DIL reserved the guest house for after the rehearsal. They and the wedding party stayed there overnight and were able to enjoy each others company for the night before the wedding. What a special gift (and as mom, I didn't worry about people getting home or getting back the next day). The Grooms Barn was a very nice place for the guys to hang out and do guy stuff the day of the wedding. There was plenty of room for all the guests to find a comfortable place to enjoy the party, visit with each other and catch up or just watch everything happening.
I STRONGLY recommend this place for everyone's event. The hotels in the Kings Island area are perfect for accommodations for out of town guests.
Thank you to the family who lovingly commit themselves to making everyone's event special.....I will never forget your kindness and care!

something in bloom (except winter of course). They have a really cute bridal suite and a grooms barn so everyone has a place to get ready. Lauren was our point of contact and she is amazing. She responds quickly, is very sweet, and was so helpful throughout the day! I highly recommend this venue.
