Closure of Whispering Oaks Terrace
It is with heavy hearts that we announce Whispering Oaks Terrace will be closing its doors permanently at the end of 2024. After years of hosting unforgettable events and creating countless memories for our guests, the decision to cease operations has not been easy.
Our journey since opening has been incredibly rewarding, and we extend our deepest gratitude to all our patrons, partners, and the community for their unwavering support and cherished relationships. We are proud to have been a part of so many special moments and celebrations.
Please note, Whispering Oaks Terrace will no longer be accepting bookings or holding events beyond December 31, 2024. We encourage those with inquiries or needing assistance with existing arrangements to contact us at [contact information] at their earliest convenience.
As we bid farewell, we look back with fondness on all the joy and camaraderie Whispering Oaks Terrace has been privileged to witness. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives and celebrations.

we wanted a whimsical, romantic, and timeless night under the stars. I was beginning to think I'd have to change my dream wedding.
When my husband showed me this venue online I found myself holding my breath. It was perfect. Obviously we couldn't afford it... It was everything I'd wanted. After seeing the pricing I collected my jaw off the ground and we ran to see it the next morning. Nathan, the owner gave us a tour and told us the charming story of the venue he hand built. Needless to say this was a easy YES.
Dawn, the owner, was responsive and kind. She was always patient with my questions and helped us have a successful wedding day. They also require you to hire Melissa Ellis as a day of wedding coordinator. Missy is a beautiful human who is incredibly responsive, direct, and VERY HELPFUL. So helpful we hired her as our wedding planner or the day wouldn't have gone as smoothly without her.
Whispering Oaks Terrace is a dream, so many hidden gems and places to take pinterest worthy photos. We had a little over 130 guest. Everyone keeps telling us how much fun they had at our wedding.

hing just felt magical about being there. The staff was amazing during the wedding and I highly recommend getting Missy as yoyr coordinator and Mike as your DJ as well as the Taco Man Truck when booking here because they all work together well as a team and they knew exactly where to go and what to do which helped make the whole wedsing run smoothly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE TO TIE THE KNOT AT!!!

Missy set everything up for us, her husband bar tended...clean up was a breeze!...just can't say enough about all of these guys! 5 star for sure!!!
They were attentive, caring, and it’s a blank canvas for you to dress up or keep it as it is!!

I had my wedding here September 28, 2014. It was a Sunday so it was $500 cheaper. It was the perfect country, rustic venue. Our ceremony was in the barn and looked absolutely gorge...
ous with the lights and our fall decorations. The reception was outside under beautiful trees and lights. The staff was amazing and easy to work with. They have a ton of decorations for brides to use for free. You have to get your own vendors but it is very nice to do it that way. The people that Nathan recommends are amazing. Gava D's BBQ was amazing as a caterer. Missy Ellis was an amazing day-of coordinator and very reasonable with her price. Crystal Salitore was amazing with hair and did two trials for free so I could decide. Faultline music service was a great DJ and played everything we asked. It was an amazing day and perfect venue!

efore for the rehearsal dinner. It can get quite breezy but when getting married around 4 pm (or sooner) it is a blessing with the heat! The only small complaint is how far the bar is.... But it's so gorgeous! I just would have one on the dance floor as well! You can bring in your own vendors which is awesome but you're responsible for cleaning up if you don't have a coordinator etc. Well worth it though! Everything came out gorgeous!

fect for us (note they are only a venue - they do not offer other services but have many vendors who have been there often and can honestly recommend them for you - some vendors will give you a preferred vendor venue discount). It is already setup for weddings and has done many of them so they are very experienced and have fine tuned the facilities accordingly. The price is also phenomenal and great for any couple with a budget. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped park the guests, and made sure the wedding ran smoothly. They have a barn open now, which we did not use except to take pictures in, it is very beautiful also. The whole facility/venue in general is very pretty and in a nice setting, very scenic. We loved how you can decorate as much or as little as you want and still have a beautiful wedding.
