The place was so gorgeous! The owners worked diligently to prepare the venue for our amazing day. The staff was helpful through the night, and clean up was super quick and easy with their help.

Jessica was absolutely incredible, and her venue was as well. From the moment we spoke to her (after having issues from another venue) she welcomed us with open arms and helped us through every little detail. From vendors to photographers, she took so much stress off of us, and we were able to have the most magical wedding day. The entire venue is updated, amenities that are endless, and her staff was very helpful and friendly during our wedding. Would give 100 stars if I could!

Beautiful land and beautiful wedding! The area where the couple got married is a nice little spot surrounded by trees, which made it very magical. The building the reception took place in was also very nice, it has a fire pit outside, and a cute inside. The staff were very nice as well, and the DJ caught the vibe often, and gave us the right music to dance to.

This was a beautiful venue!! I was looking for a venue to host my wedding on short notice and the staff were extremely polite! Since I had never coordinated a wedding before, they were very excited to point me in the right direction for everything I needed! They’re cooperative snd honest about the prices that go into their location as well as businesses they partner with. I especially loved the decor. Everything inside the building is clean and neatly decorated. It’s simple but elegant, leaving flexibility to add your own decorations to make the even uniquely yours. The brides room is spacious and has mirrors with lighting to make hair and makeup easy, and the bathroom in the brides room is very clean and well stocked. The staff we hired to serve food and clean tables was very efficient and friendly as well. They made sure to move in and out as to not distract or disrupt guests. Overall, this location made my special day amazing, and I couldn’t have it without them!

This venue is gorgeous! I was part of the wedding party, and I was so glad the bride chose this venue to have her reception at! Even though Whispering Oaks is in the country, I still had good cell reception (which was surprising to me since that usually isn’t the case in the country). When we all went out to see off the newlyweds, the path was well lit, and I didn’t feel the need at all to use my phone’s flashlight (which is nice and bright, and would have easily illuminated everything I needed to see). All in all, I can’t think of any constructive criticism to give to this place; everything was beautiful, and I would definitely consider having my own wedding here (someday).

Wow! I’m at a loss for words. Whispering Oaks was everything I imagined. My wedding was 11/19/22 and they over exceeded my expectations. Jessica, Krista, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing!! My husband and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Every intricate detail was handled by these amazing ladies. 100% transparent from the first day we met. Communication was on point. And there was no hidden fees. You know everything you want to know. Just ask. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for intimacy, beauty, and professionalism. Thank you so much for the amazing day we had. I will never forget it!

I fell in love with this venue the moment we starting walking up! This is the only venue my husband and I visited and knew it was perfect for us immediately. The owner, Jessica is amazing and always so helpful. Her daughter, Krista is so sweet and kind. They worked so hard, making sure our day was so special! I highly recommend this venue. We could not have chosen a better venue to host our wedding. The actual building itself is absolutely stunning, and the grounds around it are just perfect as well. It's a quaint little barn in the middle of the woods, and it really feels like you are taken away from the real world and put in a fairy tale. Aside from the gorgeous accommodations, the staff were probably the nicest people I have ever met in my life. They were all incredibly helpful and kind and wanted to make sure our day went exactly as we wanted it to. I could not recommend them enough!

Whispering Oaks is a wedding venue from your dreams. Whispering Oaks is able to blend a rustic atmosphere into a natural environment creating the most picturesque landscapes for weddings. Aside from the actual venue, the person who makes this place so special is the outstanding owner, Jessica. She pours her heart and soul into each wedding. Jessica allows the couple to enjoy the day of their wedding, She truly makes this venue remarkable.

We looked at quite a few places but nothing fit our desire for a venue with a rustic aesthetic and a beautiful outdoor ceremony area like Whispering Oaks. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the Barn style hall is gorgeous! The theme for our wedding was a fairy wonderland and it just fit so perfectly. Everything was beautiful and clean and we couldn't have been happier. A special thank you to Jessica Dixon who we hired as our wedding coordinator for the day of. She absolutely went way above and beyond making sure everything was where and how it should be and was so incredibly sweet and accommodating. If you're questioning whether or not having someone do day of coordination is worth it TRUST ME it is! We couldn't have had a more perfect day without her.

I had my wedding there 10/16/21 and it was absolutely breath taking!! Jessica who is the owner of the venue went above and beyond when I came down stairs crying because my caterer canceled 3 hours before my weeding. Even though she had an event she herself needed to leave for she stayed, called all connections until she found food for us. The staff even went to pick it up and served it! My day of Coordinator helped to stay on schedule and made sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly for our special day. I seriously could go on and on about how wonderful this venue and staff is!!! I will be referring all Dallas clients that are getting engaged(I work for a jewelry store) family and friends here!!! We will be back where it all started for our vow renewal!!

A hidden gem north of Denton! This venue is absolutely GORGEOUS, and the staff couldn't be more outstanding. My husband and I married on April 10, 2021, and it couldn't have been more perfect. We looked at several venues before going with Whispering Oaks. It ended up being the only venue we could see ourselves getting married at. The outside ceremony space is gorgeous and has the right amount of shade for an evening ceremony. The bridal suite is to die for, and the groom's suite is larger than any others I've seen. Jessica was my day of coordinator, and let me tell you, she was a lifesaver! I could not have imagined our day without her. She made sure we ate and stayed as close to schedule as possible. Jessica will also make sure that the day stays about the two of you! Absolutely love Whispering Oaks and their fantastic staff!

Our whole experience with Whispering Oaks was amazing! The owner, Jessica, was responsive throughout the whole planning process, and she was full of good advice! The day of couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and we got tons of compliments on how beautiful the venue was. Everything was perfect thanks to Jessica and her team!

We had our daughter get married at this venue last night and let's just say they helped make her day an ultra special day. We had Jessica the owner as our coordinator for the day and you know what.. She is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AT WHAT SHE DOES.. OVER AND BEYOND IS WHAT SHE DID!!! HER AND HER STAFF MADE THINGS SO MUCH EASIER FOR US.. I have had weddings at other venues but this place is gorgeous and great for every penny we spent.. We got so much more out of just having the wedding.. Most places even if you have a coordinator the Mother of the Bride is stressed to make sure everything is just right but not with Jessica and her team.. They all worked together with us to make this day go off with a hitch from the 8am start of our day to the 11pm end of our day.. If you are looking for a venue that has your wishes you want granted for your child's special day.. I would be far tell you as a parent we could not have picked a more perfect place for our daughter.. Again Jessica, I want to say a big thank you to you and your staff.. I highly recommend Whispering Oaks! I got married outside in June and it was so nice under the shade of the covered trees and had the reception inside. Jessica is the owner and my day of coordinator-she is amazing!!!! She made the day go smoothly and helped me every step of the way. She even packed my husband and I leftover food from the caterer for us to take home. She is detailed and helped make my wedding perfect!

This place is an absolute treasure and will make your wedding day visually spectacular and most definitely stress-free. The customer service I received during all of the planning time was phenomenal. I never waited more than five minutes for a text response. Jessica is amazing. I was able to live in the moment at my daughters wedding and not worry about anything because her staff was there and if I needed something during the ceremony and reception they were on it. The rustic charm that this place holds was exactly what my daughter was looking for and offered a bounty of beautiful pictures to be taken indoors, outdoors, it doesn’t matter every corner of this venue is amazing! If I could give 10 stars they would have 100!!!

It is beautiful, clean, rustic, and the grounds are wide open. It is beautiful for pictures- bridals and wedding! Jessica is the owner knows what a beautiful wedding looks like. She ensures all her brides have their dreams come true for their special day! We had our wedding on September 2020. Jessica was our day of coordinator. She made sure the timeline was down to a tee. We made changes the week of and she gave me her expertise’s when I needed it. I have never been to a wedding that ran strictly on time, but ours did. She has an amazing personality and a wonderful work ethic. If you’re looking for great vendors as will then she has a great list of them!! These vendors are amazing with amazing people! This was the first venue my (now) husband and I went to visit. It was very beautiful and I was sold before we even finished the tour. Everything about this venue screams home! Its beautiful arbor, cute bridge, stunning reception barn, and gorgeous bridal suite were the selling points for me. The staff is very up front with their expectations and there are no hidden fees or anything. They are kind, respond quickly to texts and emails, and work very very well with all of the other vendors. If you are looking for a place to get married, stop looking because this is your place! I love Whispering Oaks Wedding Venue and it will forever hold a special place in my heart!

I had my wedding here on July 4th and I cant say enough wonderful things about Whispering Oaks and Jessica, the venue owner. Shes seriously so nice, responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and far beyond what is expected! Especially with having a wedding during Covid, Jessica was there every step of the way communicating with us and easing any worries and coming up with any solutions/giving suggestions. We talked multiple times leading up to my wedding due to me panicking whether it would go on. She spent lots of time talking to us and she always mentioned if needed we could move our wedding to next summer-which I know lots of venues didn't offer this to many brides or gave them dates during the week only- I appreciated that Jessica offered this and that no matter what I knew Id have my dream wedding still-this helped during such a stressful time! Due to covid, I had to change a few things in regards to decor and Jessica was able to get me chargers free of charge with another vendor-she did not have to do that! She also let us come the day before and do rehearsal, set up the reception decor the day before, and come early on the day of-which most of this stuff was not in our contract. She even helped break down stuff at the end of the night- she is amazing and really cares about making sure you have the best wedding. The location and venue is stunning but the main reason we picked this venue is because of Jessica, we wanted to support a business owner as opposed to some of these big corporate wedding venues...and Im sure glad we did! I honestly don't think our wedding would've been as amazing as it was if we hadnt- I dont even know if we would've even had one. When I say she goes above and beyond she does! She does so much for her brides and its something you wont find at any other venue! So if you are trying to decide who to go with, go with whispering oaks! It was the best decision I made and I had the most amazing wedding even during a pandemic!

I was so blessed to have such an amazing and beautiful venue! But that was not my only blessing. My wedding was originally scheduled for April 11th if this year and as we all know the world shut down. And let me tell you I was starting to stress! My husband Jeff and I were married at Whispering Oaks on 11/17/19. Our wedding day, start to finish, was more beautiful than we ever dreamed possible and it all started with Jessica Dixon, the owner of Whispering Oaks. Since our engagement in the summer of 2018, Jeff and I had our hearts set on a Texas country barn wedding surrounded by all of our loved ones. We started our venue search in January of 2019 and on the first weekend of our search we were turned away by a country/barn venue that was at the top of our list. It was a stunning barn with excellent reviews. However, the venue owner told us in a private email that our wedding was not part of God's design for marriage and that he would not host us at this venue. It was a devastating start to what should have been one of the happiest times in our lives. We began to question whether a Texas country wedding would even be a possibility for us. We were not prepared to come out again to each and every vendor and ask if they would accept us and so we decided to put our plans on hold to consider our options. Long story short, our story got out and Jessica heard about it. She contacted us within days of the story being on the news. She felt terrible about what had happened to us and she wanted to make it right. She invited us up to tour Whispering Oaks and offered to host our wedding for free any day that was open on her calendar. We were blown away. We will never forget the day that we visited Whispering Oaks for the first time. It was literally love at first sight. From the parking lot you stroll through this serene grove of trees which opens up to this beautiful outdoor ceremony site and then you continue along the path across the bridge and around the bend towards the big reveal; that gorgeous barn with the adjacent firepit and patio. It is completely isolated and so peaceful. You don't see anything from the parking lot and you don't see the parking lot from the ceremony site or barn. It was even more beautiful than the venue that turned us down. Jessica met us at the barn with a big welcoming hug and we knew right then that this was where we wanted to get married. Fast forward to November and we could not have hoped for a more beautiful wedding. We had an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception and everything was absolutely perfect. The ceremony was everything we had hoped for; the quiet, peaceful sounds of nature carrying the melodies from that lovely string quartet up towards that stunning fall backdrop. And, the barn itself, transformed into one of the most beautiful reception spaces that we have ever seen. Jessica was the first one there, bright and early in the morning as she is for all of her weddings (she attends them all), despite the fact that she was up late with the wedding from the previous day. Other than the happy couple, I don't think anyone wants the wedding day to be more perfect than Jessica. She ran around the whole day setting things up and tearing things down and making sure everything was perfect. She did this for us, complete strangers, without the expectation of getting paid, because she wanted to take a stand for equality and make our day perfect. Just like her venue, Jessica is a beautiful person, and if it is important to you to support small, local businesses that truly embrace inclusion, equality and love for everyone, please check out Whispering Oaks. You will not regret it!

this is the most beautiful location i’ve ever seen. the staff is super helpful and the owner is the absolute BEST. she’s the kindest woman ever. the venue is super secluded and very rustic! I would get married here all over again!!

We had our wedding at Whispering Oaks in late June and it was perfect! Jessica is so helpful and accommodating, and she did absolutely everything she could to make sure our day was perfect! Not to mention, the venue itself is so beautiful you hardly even need to decorate! Jessica also allowed us to set up early, and allowed me to take my bridals on site which was wonderful. My husband and I were married on 7/6/2019! This place is more beautiful than words can describe. Our original plan was to be married outside however Mother Nature decided that it needed to rain! Which in my opinion was even better for the main reason was IT WAS HOT outside and I was able to walk down the beautiful stair case during the ceremony! Jessica the owner of the venue was very kind from the moment we met her during our tour! We received her information about the venue at a bridal expo in Dallas and I truly believe she was god sent for us. She was always very responsive and tentative to our needs! We were married May 31, 2019. We held our ceremony at the outdoor site, and our reception inside the barn. We were so happy with Whispering Oaks, Jessica, and her staff! Not only is the place B-E-A-utiful, but Jessica and her team are so easy to work with. She is quick to answer questions, and very understanding when it comes to the bride's panic. We received SoO many compliments on how beautiful everything was, and we BARELY decorated anything but the tables....it's that beautiful! highly recommended this venue!

Whispering Oaks was an absolutely beautiful venue. The scenery is breathtaking. The outside ceremony location was beautifully shaded, and the inside reception area was magical. We hired Jessica, the owner, as our day of coordinator, and she did a phenomenal job. She was amazing at keeping us on track, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. This is such a gorgeous venue and was perfect for my wedding in April! I first visited this venue in April 2018 and immediately fell in love with it. I loved that it had the ceremony and reception areas in one location so my guests wouldn’t have to travel between two places, I loved that the outdoor ceremony area felt secluded because it was surrounded by trees but was still just right around the corner from the beautiful barn reception area. I loved that there was an incredible bridal suite with my favorite colors. And I loved that the indoor reception space could be used as an equally beautiful ceremony space if a rainy day plan was needed! I came back to the venue in March 2019 for my bridal portraits (the venue owner was great about scheduling this even while she was out of town, and made sure a staff member would be there to open the venue for me)! I noticed that since my first visit, the aisle of the outdoor ceremony space had been beautifully paved, which meant I wouldn’t have to worry about finding shoes that wouldn’t sink in the grass! I was so glad this venue was pet-friendly because it meant I got to have all 3 of my dogs with me for my bridal portraits! By the day of my wedding in late April, it was warm, sunny, and the trees were so full of leaves – it was stunning. The venue owner, Jessica, and her staff were there the whole time making sure things ran smoothly. We had a wonderful evening!

Whispering Oaks is not only beautiful with the elegant touch of rustic but it has the best staff hands down. Jessica Dixon and her staff help to ensure that our daughter Brianna and her groom Jack special day! From the day we booked the venue Jessica kept in touch to ensure that we had all questions answered and guidance/direction for anything that we needed. The grounds were green and lush, the barn was so elegant with the white draping and the lighting. The bridal suite and the groomsmen suite was perfect for both parties. There was ample space for all the activities and the sparkler send off was the perfect ending to seal the deal. My daughter’s wedding was 5/4/19. We could not be happier with choosing Whispering Oaks. Jessica (owner) was extremely professional and helpful with all of our needs. The true beauty of this place is what sold us! The barn is amazing and set up very well to serve a wedding of 140 or more. The grounds and simply stunning. Don’t pass on this one! It was a big hit with our Bride and Groom as well as our guest.

This venue is perfect! My daughters wedding was there Saturday and it was beyond spectacular! Jessica and her staff were amazing to work with. The venue grounds are spectacular, breathtaking and well maintained. The reception hall is unbelievably gorgeous with chandelier’s, huge barn doors and the perfect bridal suite. I seriously do not have one negative comment! It was the perfect day for my beautiful daughter and her amazing husband!

The setting at Whispering Oaks Wedding Venue provided everything we wanted and more for our dream wedding! The outdoor ceremony was perfect and calm even on a day with high wind speeds! The setup for the bride to get ready is a great area to relax while getting hair/makeup done. The decor and open floor plan allowed us to have a lot of say in the layout of our reception as well! Most of all, Jessica was always extremely helpful in answering questions and letting us view the space if we wanted to double check any details! Whispering Oaks was the first and ONLY venue we looked at when we were searching for our venue. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, I knew nothing would ever compare to it and we didn't look any further. We happened to be one of the first bookings at Whispering Oaks, a full 14 months before our actual wedding date. During those 14 months the owner of the venue, Jessica Dixon, kept in constant contact with us. She sent us pictures of the new grass, the draping and just generally checked in on our wedding plans as the time came closer and closer. She was constantly there for any advice I needed or even if I wanted to come to the venue to measure something. I can honestly say that I couldn't have done it without her help. Our wedding day, May 19, 2018, was completely flawless and amazing. Jessica and her staff were there with us the entire time for anything that came up or we needed. Every time I turned around she was there, checking on our vendors, checking on us and giving direction to her staff. Our friends and family, and all of our vendors, are still talking about how incredibly beautiful the venue is and how amazing it's staff is. We are truly blessed with the opportunity to have our wedding at Whispering Oaks. Just want to start off by saying my wedding was a dream come true at Whispering Oaks Wedding Venue in Valley View, Tx . I had my wedding this past Friday 05.18.2018 and it was honestly a dream come true!!! The venue is breathtaking!!! Jessica the venue owner went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and exactly what I wanted!! From start to finish Jessica had my back and she was a true blessing to our family!!!!! My son even talks about her and how he loved dancing with her at my wedding!!! If your looking for a beautiful "barn" wedding Whispering Oaks is by far the best in North Texas!!! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding!!!!

Our ceremony and reception were held at Whispering Oaks Wedding Venue in Valley View, TX. Y’all this place is absolutely amazing! They just celebrated their one year anniversary in February. This place is where dreams come to life! Not to mention the staff is amazing. Jessica Dixon made sure that everything ran very smoothly and on time. The rest of her staff were available to help when and where needed. From the day we toured the venue Jessica was always available to answer any and all questions, she made the venue accessible whenever we needed to make a visit. The day seemed so far away, but it flew by and the day came. Jessica knew just how special this day was to us; and to me. This was not just an ordinary wedding. This was also the day that I have waited for a long time; the day I was going to meet my birth mother after years of searching. I also got to meet a number of blood relatives for the first time. If there aren’t already enough emotions that come with a wedding, this added so much more. My husband was also able to reconnect with his father after nearly 27 years of separation. Jessica knew this dynamic and made sure that everything was perfect and truly made sure that our dreams came true!!! We can’t Thank Jessica and her staff enough for everything they’ve done for us!
