It offers the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding underneath towering pine trees and fields of gold and green that create a beautiful backdrop with fabulous photo opportunities. Whispering Pine is a beautiful southern estate where you can relax with your wedding party, family and friends for a memorable wedding day or wedding weekend. Wedding Day Package for 160 Guests Whispering Pine has created a wedding concept that will give you a beautiful and memorable wedding day – and an event that you can plan very quickly with the following wedding packages starting at $3,995 and up depending on Peak or Off Peak Season and day of the week*: • Outdoor Ceremony/Reception for 160 guests • Arrival time at 9 AM - 10 PM (All guests and vendors must leave by 11 PM) • Ceremony Site with Wedding Pergola • One-hour Rehearsal can be held Monday-Thursday (time tbd)* or Rent Venue for $500 for Rehearsal Dinner with up to 40 guests • 40x80 wedding tent with a 20x20 dance floor • 14x14 DJ area and/or Band Stage • Sixteen 60-inch Round Tables and 160 white resin cushioned chairs • Three 6ft rectangle tables • One 48-inch sweetheart bridal table • Choice of free wedding props, wine barrels, lanterns, wedding signs* • Set-up and tear down of WPP’s tables, chairs and wedding props by our staff • Choose of Main Floor or Second Floor Bridal Suite with luxurious bath and balcony • One large dressing bedroom with full bathroom and balcony for Bridal Party • One large dressing bedroom with full bathroom and balcony for Groom and Groomsmen • Outdoor bathroom and two main floor bathrooms for wedding guests • No restrictions on outside vendors. You may use any licensed caterer and other vendors of your choice at no extra charge. The only exception is you must use our bartenders at $20 an hour paid separately. • Choose your own photographer, florist, planner/coordinator, caterer, videographer, band or DJ or access our preferred vendor list. • Linen will be rented separately. Additional tables, chairs and wedding props can be rented from rental company. ABC License & Event Insurance Required. Signed contract required with $1,000 non-refundable deposit. $1,000 Damage Deposit. Balance due 90 days before wedding.
