Whispering Pines Barn was the best possible choice for my wedding dinner! Me and my wife were looking for a cozy place that could hold our 100 person dinner and this place did it p...
erfectly. The location was close by to where we had our wedding (center of Jacksonville) and we wanted something that felt rustic yet modern. This place did it perfectly. I have kept up with the owners after our wedding and they are constantly updating the site with new things. After our wedding, they added a cute swing, a nice bridge for photos, and they planted a whole grove! The price is unbeatable. The venue also offers fully licensed catering services for a very reasonable price. Janna offered us Italian and Slavic foods. This meant our food was freshly hot and delicious because it was made on site! Janna also made our wedding cake for us. It was the best tasting wedding cake ever and it looked exactly how we asked: plain, simple, clean, and modern. She will work with you for just about everything you need. It's like an all in one service venue! I absolutely recommend this venue if you are considering it. I have nothing bad to say about it even if I had to. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

t was thanks to the incredible people who welcomed us. We want to especially thank the hosts of this venue — truly kind, gracious, and warm-hearted people. From the moment we arrived, we felt like honored guests rather than just clients. Everything felt natural and genuine, without stress or formality. Their warmth created the atmosphere that made this celebration so special and memorable. The pricing was absolutely fair and reasonable. There were no hidden fees or surprises — everything was transparent and honest, which we deeply appreciated. And despite the reasonable cost, the quality of everything exceeded our expectations. The food deserves a special mention. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. It was clear that everything was prepared with love and great care. This wasn’t just a meal — it was a true celebration of hospitality. Thank you for making our special day not only beautiful, but truly heartfelt. It’s rare to find such people and places — and we are so grateful we did.
