Whispering Pines Estate

grounds beautiful and Sarah (my coordinator) was both fun and pleasant to work with as well as great at making everything come together smoothly. As far as I know, everything with all of my vendors went perfectly that day and I'm so thankful for Sarah and all the staff at Whispering Pines for helping make my wedding so special!

over a year) left a few days before our wedding. This isn’t the venues fault by any means however the replacement option was a terrible coordinator. She was not coordinated or very organized and was very behind with the schedule. My mother ended up picking up lots of coordinator responsibilities the day of the wedding or else things never would’ve been done. I was very rushed and stressed the day before the wedding while setting up because the coordinator was not there to setup and decorate. I really hope they are able to hire a better wedding coordinator because the venue, the pricing, the owners and everything else about this place was absolutely wonderful and they deserve 5 stars nonetheless.

with purpose and made it feel as if the venue was built just for our event. Jamie, Mr. Reeser, and Dr. Cox along with all grounds staff went above and beyond on the day of our wedding! We could not of asked for a better group of individuals caring about making our day what we thought it could be. Jamie answered all questions no matter morning, afternoon, or evening and always was just a text or phone call away. She was able to provide great recommendations for different vendors and helped make our vision come to life. Dr. Cox also officiated our ceremony and he did such an amazing job making it personal and about us. He made it feel like he knew us for years and it was the perfect personal touch we wanted. Lastly, Mr. Reeser was the talk of the day. He is a friendly as they come and everyone loved the stories he shared and just how he made everyone feel comfortable and like a big family. Mr. Reeser was willing to drive the bridal party and photographer all around the property to make sure we got some great photos! We can't be more thankful for the three of them being so invested in making our day as special as it was!

Mr. Reeser and Dr. Cox are wonderful people as well and you can see it in the grounds keeping that they LOVE their property. WGC Catering did a fantastic job as well. They made sure everyone was fed and had a drink in their hand. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular. It was truly a special day that we will never forget. We are going to be talking about this for a lifetime! Thank you all so much!

ey'd be available. They were, much to my pleasant surprise, and Jamie, the event coordinator at Whispering Pines, worked so hard with me from the first day getting things set up and transitioned. We worked with Premier Catering, and they were fabulous and lovely to work with. Everything truly came together for my clients and I have Jamie and the rest of the Whispering Pines staff/management to thank for that. I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

the wedding. The barn is charming, especially for a winter wedding. They even installed heat! Highly recommend.

throughout our big day so that my fiance and I didn't have to worry/stress about a thing. Jamie was absolutely amazing and was a huge part of our wedding day being a success. We had s'mores and cigars by the fire pit and it was a huge hit that our guests loved. The venue was beautiful and perfectly maintained for our wedding day. All of the employees were very helpful and set up everything to our requests and helped us tear down at the end of the night. I wouldn't change a thing about this venue or my wedding day!

t locations for a perfect outdoor setting and a beautifully redecorated barn all available to use!! The staff are absolutely amazing to work with. If we had any questions or concerns, they were answered in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding!!
