Holds ceremonies and receptions
Ms Christie at whispering pines farm makes all of the difference. She has every decoration you can need and continues to collect decorations. We arrived on rehearsal day and everything was basically ready except what we brought to make it our own. There are multiple spots for a ceremony and photo opportunities. I cannot recommend this place enough.
This was the best choice I couldve made for our wedding! Christie has so many items included and the venue is absolutely beautiful . I cpuld write a billion good things if I could!

Whispering Pines Farm is located in Randolph County, in east central Alabama and is conveniently located between Birmingham, AL and Atlanta, GA. The event barn, which is situated on 28 acres of a mixture of beautiful pasture land and pine timber, sits in the heart of a rural farming community. The barn is a massive 46' X 80' enclosed structure and boasts heavy timber trusses and beams, two dressing/staging rooms, two 2-stall restrooms, a kitchen which has more than adequate stainless steel work stations, and enough space for the indoor wedding and reception area without the need to "flip". If you prefer an outdoor wedding, that option is available on the concrete pergola area at one end of the barn as well as a woodsy field area. There is also a loft area which is perfect for a DJ/small band or wedding ceremony.

My husband, Jim, moved to Alabama from Minnesota with the intent to retire and enjoy fishing. I didn't feel quite ready for retirement and wanted to fulfill a long time dream of mine which was to own and operate an event venue. Honestly, I just believed this is something "I am good at". With his 40 years of experience in commercial contracting, specializing in apartments and nursing facilities, he was the man for the job. Jim fulfilled that dream by purchasing a 28 acre farm, designing and building what is now Whispering Pines Farm, which is now the most beautiful, affordable venue around.
