asked to meet the next day with no apology. We gave them a second chance and met them the following day. They were very sweet people, seemed to know exactly what we wanted and we talked for hours. Then we signed the contract, paid the deposit and never heard from them again. I had no idea they went under and only realized because I looked on the knot and tried to contact them myself. We have had to frantically find a new photographer for the wedding and only wish they had told their clients they were going out of business.

After trying for weeks to get a hold of them and reaching out through email, text, and phone calls, we finally scheduled our pictures (after rescheduling 2 additional times) and she promised to deliver our engagement pictures in 48 hours due to all the rescheduling. We waited for over a month with no word from them. She sent our pictures but we basically haven't heard from her since. Any attempt to contact them has failed, and I've tried to reach her for well over a month now. I've had to find a new photographer last minute due to this unprofessionalism.

il June before our Engagement session we had scheduled. Surprise surprise, a day before our schedule session and they still hadn’t responded to our email. After multiple attempts to reschedule and touch base about our new needs (we have had to change a lot about our wedding due to COVID), and we have yet to hear back. The instagram for their photography company has now been renamed to “Ivory and Vale“ and their website has been under maintenance for the last 3 months. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

id. We had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic. They were willing to allow us to schedule them on a different date instead of refunding our deposit. Now we can’t get ahold of them. Their phone numbers have been disconnected, their Facebook is no longer operating, and their website is “under maintenance.” Now we are out of a photographer and money.

I could send a check for the deposit instead of Venmo, their preferred method. 2 months later still no response so I reached out again. Nothing. Silence. Called and texted. Nothing. I’m thinking they went out of business.... Some kind of heads up would have been nice.
