White Birch Lodge is a wedding venue that sits on the waterfront of Elk Lake in Elk Rapids, MI. This lakefront retreat offers stunning surroundings and breathtaking views for your once-in-a-lifetime day. It offers an air of exclusivity, ideal for couples who want privacy for their milestone. A short walk, cycle, or drive from the venue will take you to charming downtown Elk Rapids, which sits about 20 miles north of Traverse City.
This waterfront property offers both indoor and outdoor event space, letting you choose the setup that best fits your wedding vision. The Dining Hall at White Birch Lodge has 2,000 square feet of versatile space for you to transform into your ideal venue. Start the day in the on-site dressing room facilities, letting you spend time in private with your party before the day starts. Once the festivities have drawn to a close, you and your guests can retire to the venue's accommodations. The Lodge has 31 different accommodation options, ranging from classic hotel rooms to three-bedroom condos with full kitchens and laundry facilities. In total, the lodge can sleep up to 150 people.
The Lodge is an exclusive one-wedding-per-weekend property and will be closed to the public for the weekend of your celebration. This also offers private access to the accommodation at White Birch Lodge for your guests. The Lodge is also happy to provide the tables and chairs you need for your ceremony and reception. As guests at White Birch Lodge, you'll have access to a private beach that's perfect for stunning wedding photography.

Hi there! My name is Carson Conrad. My husband and I own and run White Birch Lodge. The resort has been in his family for over 60 years! I handle all the bookings for Weddings and Events! I can't wait to connect with you! When I am not at work I like to waterski and hang out with my family.

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing my family and I loved staying here and we will for sure be back. would highly recommend for anyone. Lots of water sports. If you go a little bit early in the year you might get the place to you...

Super cool atmosphere and a great location on Elk Lake! The young staff are incredibly kind, helpful and so courteous, it makes you feel like you're either at a Disney Park or back in time on an episode of Father Knows Best or Leave it to Beave...

The accommodations are clean, well-kept and comfortable, and the food and community feeling is very special! A great place for a family reunion or a nice weeklong retreat to refresh and get closer to nature! I highly recommend White Birch Lodge !

Great time at White Birch Lodge relaxing and water skiing. 5/5 except the food which is hit or miss.

My son and his wife attended a wedding here and we visited them over the weekend. What a beautiful area. Mostly condominiums.
