We were referred to Jessica by friends who got married in Vail the year prior and said she was incredible and insured every detail of their wedding went off without a hitch.

ring my first call with her, she said “whoever you choose, make sure it’s someone you could see yourself hanging out and getting a drink with because your planner will be in your face just as much as your husband and photographer” after talking for almost 2 hours, I immediately knew she was the one.
Jessica exudes warmth and genuine care for her clients while also keeping a strong backbone during tough conversation conversations with vendors. She truly cares about her bride’s visions and will do everything in her power to ensure no sacrifices or compromises are made. There were only a couple of aspects of our day we had to change up due to logistics and timing that were out of our control and she definitely cared more than I did!
My favorite thing about working with Jessica is her willingness to relinquish creative control. We really wanted to select all of our vendors, and Jessica happily introduced herself to each one and made great relationships with all of them. (a lot of planners require you work with their preferred vendors so this is an important aspect to consider)
Our reception went until 2 AM and Jessica was there the ENTIRE time. I didn’t realize how rare that was until all of our married friends brought it to our attention and said their planners all left as soon as dancing started. All of our guests were complementing her and and how amazing she was throughout the entire process and especially on the wedding weekend. A few of them even went out of their way to send her personal thank you emails after 🥹
Our wedding weekend exceeded any and all expectations we had and it’s all thanks to Jessica. She’s more than just our Wedding Planner. We consider her a friend for life. We cannot wait to plan a milestone anniversary party just so we can work with her again!!
Jessica’s work is pure artistry. We worked with her for our wedding and she turned a few adjectives I had into an entire vision and it was BREATHTAKING. Our guests couldn’t stop co...
mmenting on how gorgeous the flowers were, how pristine the attention to detail was, the tent design and stage setting. Working with Jessica was such a delight - super collaborative, easy and fun. She is truly so gifted in what she does and will not disappoint. I can’t recommend her enough - a picture paints a thousand words so take a look for yourself!!!!
We hired Jessica to plan our August 2021 wedding in Aspen, CO, and she was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. From the beginning, she was warm and appro...
achable, and made the hectic and overwhelming nature of planning a wedding (especially during a pandemic!) an overall smooth process. For as warm and friendly as she was, she also maintained utmost professionalism throughout the process, helping us navigate some tricky vendor partners and all the stress that goes along with a destination wedding in a mountain town (again, during a pandemic! navigating date changes, COVID restrictions, guest travel, etc!). She helped us execute our vision within our budget, and we were so pleased with all of her recommendations and how they were executed. In the end, our day wouldn't have been the same without her, and she was a calm, hyper-organized, fun presence, which is all a bride can ask for.
I cannot say enough about Jessica. We were a 2020 wedding impacted by the pandemic. After 4 reschedules, and 3 venue changes, we really didn't see the event we'd been hoping for co...
ming to fruition. Once we'd landed on a destination wedding in Vail, I knew we'd need a planner. Enter Jessica! From vendor recommendations and coordination, time line planning, managing communication with out of town guests, managing the rehearsal dinner, to possible crisis management (I wouldn't know since the day seemed absolutely flawless to me), Jessica handled it all. From the day she stepped in, any and all concerns/anxiety about the day went out the window. She had plans A, B, C and D all lined up for any and all contingencies. Additionally, she gave incredible direction on how to achieve the vibe and aesthetic we were going for. We had many guests say it was the most fun & beautiful wedding they had ever been to. My husband, who didn't want a planner, said it was the best money we spent on the wedding. Put your trust in Jessica, you will not be disappointed.
We worked with Jessica last fall for our wedding in Vail and she was amazing. We are out of state and Jessica pointed us to incredible vendors and provided us with the information ...
we needed to make the right decisions. She is very organized and thoughtful and helped create an incredible weekend. I highly recommend working with her for an upcoming event.
Jessica from White Birch Weddings is amazing! I thought having a destination wedding would be stressful but Jessica made it easy sailing! She was great at letting me be involved ...
and taking care of of the hiccups in the planning so that I could enjoy the process. She has a great personality and is very fun to work with. She helped me find great vendors and we had a great event!
If you are getting married in Vail (or anywhere near), Jessica at White Birch is your girl! I live in Texas and hired Jessica as a partial planner because I had a pretty specific v...
ision (and event experience), but knew I needed boots on the ground and someone to help execute that vision locally. Cue Jessica Gillespie. She was super organized and the perfect planning partner, recommending the best vendors in the area and always being super responsive during the planning process. I am a super A-type personality and knew I really needed someone I could trust so I could let go of the reigns during the wedding week, and Jessica did just that. Do yourself a favor and give her a call :).
Jessica was magnificent! We could not have asked for a better planner! Every detail was accounted for, she kept us on schedule and made sure our wedding day was exactly what we hop...
ed it would be. She worked within our budget and helped us come up with creative ideas for the big day! We appreciated that she made a trip to Boulder (where we live) to meet with us in person when we kicked off the planning process. She made a point to meet our families and make sure they were comfortable and up to speed with all of the events during the weekend.
Most importantly, she always had us feeling at ease about the planning and assured us that everything would come together perfectly! Whenever something came up that appeared to be a potential issue, she was already on it!
Jessica, thank you so much!
Love,
Sara and Riley
Jessica with White Birch Weddings and Events was just the person I needed to execute my wedding day! She is so organized and connected with other wedding vendors and venues. I had...
complete confidence that everything would go smoothly throughout the entire day. Not only did she go above and beyond on the wedding day, but she always made herself available when I needed to chat about the many decisions to be made over the course of many months.
Jessica is great, and her services are worth every penny. I initially thought I wouldn’t need a coordinator because my venue had someone onsite. I am so happy I made the decision to go with Jessica. It was so comforting to know that she was advocating for my interests which helped me to relax and enjoy my wedding day.
If you're getting married (which it appears you are) my biggest piece of advice would be to hire Jessica from White Birch Weddings!!! I went into the process thinking I could do it...
all on my own, and quickly realized I needed help. After interviewing numerous planners I had a phone call with Jessica and knew immediately she was "the one" for me. She is direct, flexible, easy to talk to, open to ideas and has exquisite taste. She knows her market, all the best vendors and has an answer for everything. I also really appreciated how she steered me away from the things I didn't really need, kept me grounded, and held me to my "homework" assignments. I am pretty busy in my own career, but Jessica helped me stay on track throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn't have done this without her. Thank you, White Birch Weddings, for helping to make my wedding day THE BEST EVER!

edding planning - I never once felt she was pushing us in a direction we didn't want to go, and she was very good at telling us which vendors/items were at the higher or lower end of the wedding market spectrum in order for us to make the right decision. Was extremely flexible to schedule calls and meetings. The day before and day of, every one knew their marching orders and the wedding went off without a hitch (everyone involved was given a detailed schedule to abide by the night before, vendors were contacted with a complete schedule the week before). We even had a couple fires and she was able to address before we even found out about them - so the day was flawless. Couldn't recommend her or her team more. This team is worth every penny!
Jessica was a big help for coordinating my wedding day. You can tell that she loves her work and will take the extra step to make sure all of your needs are taken care of and that ...
the events unfold smoothly. I would say the only minor inconvenience was inconsistent response times to e-mails/texts, but given that she is probably juggling multiple clients/events at once, I would expect these delays can happen. Overall, she is a very sweet person and is passionate about wedding planning.
If you are having a wedding in any mountain town, do yourself a favor and hire Jessica! We originally planned on doing all of the planning by ourselves, but after hitting a standst...
ill in planning about 7 months out from our wedding we decided we needed help. I have to say it was the best decision we made. Sure.. many Denver based wedding planners can pull off a decent mountain wedding, but Jessica can help you do it flawlessly with the deep relationships she has with vendors all over the I-70 corridor. She helped us find many fantastic mountain based vendors that we could not find otherwise and helped us find a perfect venue for our Vail village rehearsal dinner/welcome party the night before the wedding. I'm not sure how she does it, but she makes you feel like you're her only client when she actually has weddings booked every weekend. One of my favorite qualities of Jessica is her ability to read her clients, she takes the time to get to know you and really understand what you value, what's important to you, and what your vision is. In times of indecisiveness, she remembers all of this and helps you make well thought out and logical decisions. Lastly, our families LOVED Jessica. When they finally got to meet the person we had been raving about for months, they totally got it. Jessica went out of her way to take care of any bumps that arose the week/day of the wedding and it did not go unnoticed. Our day was perfect and none of it could have been possible without White Birch Weddings.
If you are having a wedding in Colorado you need to hire White Birch Weddings & Events. My (now) husband and I truly cannot say enough compliments on Jessica and her team. Being a ...
local to Vail, I had the special privilege of many in-person meetings with Jessica where she was beyond helpful in guiding me with where to allocate my budget, which vendors to pick, how to pull off the details that count and just being an overall support for all of the minor wedding issues that came up. Jessica is both kind and blunt - which is what you need in a wedding planner! Someone who can take charge when needed and go to bat for you when things don't go as planned, but also be an amazing listener and make the process actually FUN. Being a local to Vail, I'd repeatedly heard Jessica's name come up from different venue visits and conversations with other vendors and locals - I'm so thankful I listened and she surpassed her reputation. Even our guests after the wedding repeatedly told us our wedding planner was fantastic, which speaks volumes to her charismatic nature and attention to every aspect of the wedding. Thank you for everything White Birch Weddings & Events!

ously couldn't have pulled it off without her. She was always available to answer my, my mom and mother in law's millions of questions and was available for countless video chats/hour long phone meetings. On the day of the wedding she was the best! She took care of everything, eased my worries, was instructive, organized and knew exactly what she was doing.
She made everything we wanted happen.
5 stars for White Birch Weddings and Events and I HIGHLY recommend Jessica!!!

ed a beat. From recommending vendors, to creating my timeline and checklists, to communicating with vendors leading up to the big day, and facilitating the set up and break down on the wedding day, Jessica's hard work helped make my dream wedding a reality. Her demeanor the day of the wedding kept me relaxed and calm. She started off as my wedding coordinator and by the end of my wedding she turned into a dear friend. I HIGHLY recommend White Birch Weddings & Events for your wedding planning needs. The price is fair and the service is impeccable!!!

) made the planning a breeze! Our wedding day was perfect!!! My favorite part about working with Jessica was her unflappable demeanor. When she says "don't worry about it, i'll handle it", she means it!!!!! From her checklists to her follow-up there wasn't a thing missed.
HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATIONS!!!!!

talented and respected in their fields and all within my budget. All vendors were trustworthy and reliable and the wedding day went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Jessica - she is very hardworking and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. She's always ahead of the ball and and a proactive planner all around. She understood my vision from the beginning, so much so that I trusted her to make decisions on my behalf. Highly recommend White Birch Weddings & Events!

L, I was slightly panicked to discover that planners in the Vail area were way more expensive than they were in Miami (and therefore way more than I had budgeted for). I'm a very organized person and resented the fact I might have to pay so much for a service I wasn't even sure I needed. Then, my venue POC told me about Jessica--an affordable and super organized planner who had already done weddings at my remote venue. I learned quickly that no matter how organized the bride, a planner is a huge help--especially one like Jessica! When the inevitable day-of mishaps occurred, she was all over them--communicating with the late shuttles, convincing the band to play longer than they were contracted, essentially revamping the entire timeline on the fly. Prior to the big day, she was coordinating with all my vendors, reminding me of deadlines, and calming my nerves. She was indeed the first person at my wedding and the last to leave and my big day wouldn't have been possible without her. Thanks Jessica!!
