Pros:
Location is close to shopping areas and the DART park and ride which is good if you are going to the state fair. The coffee shop and mini mart is super convenient and right next to hotel. There's also a co-working space and pickleball/vol...
leyball included. The pool has a lot of comfy seating and hot tub/infinity pool. We went on weekdays so it was quiet and not crowded by the pool.
The rooms are spacious with nice amenities and modern style. We chose the deluxe king room type. Housekeeping comes everyday so you always have fresh towels. Comfy bed, desk, Nespresso machine, makeup table, big windows, and sofa chair are super nice to have. Slippers, hairdryer, and robes are included.
Cons: The comforter is not very thick for those who prefer thick comforters. Water pressure isn't high but otherwise shower is nice cuz it gets warm quick and has both the rainfall and handheld shower. No fan in the bathroom. TV is kind of at a weird angle. Gym and parking are not attached to hotel but not too far of a walk.
Overall I'd still give it 5 stars, and would come back again!

The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, the cleaning crew did an amazing job, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. The amenities were spectacular — from the pool to the dining options, everything exceeded expectations.
Highly recommend The Drey Hotel — it’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and exceptional service!

pression with check in and Lance the “bellman extraordinaire”. He was super helpful charismatic. Manager, Alex cavozos, was great. He truly cares about the hotel and the satisfaction of the guests, making sure they have an enjoyable stay. My visit to The Drey Hotel was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had and I won’t hesitate to return the next time I visit Dallas! Thank you to the staff for the hospitality!

lows access to nice pools and large workout area. For a luxury hotel it was a great price, in excellent condition, with helpful staff and excellent amenities only 10-15 minutes from downtown Dallas. Highly recommend.

We really loved our stay at the Drey in the Village in Dallas. The corner room view was spectacular; the furnishings were so trendy and beautiful, and the room was very clean and well-supplied. Coffee tray had an excellent choice of beverages...
! The valet parking attendant was super friendly, and front desk staff very helpful. The attendant at the breakfast buffet was so nice. When we asked for extra coffees, teas, etc. we were given a generous amount. We stay here because our daughter lives in a townhome at The Village; we couldn't ask for a more convenient location, and there is a great, youthful vibe in the whole area, with plenty of dining options. My husband utilized the gym when we stay. Love that we can walk around the green areas nearby! Nice that once you're off the highway, you really don't need to do a lot more highway driving. Close to lots of shopping areas and restaurants as well. We have stayed here many times and have always appreciated the excellent service!

makes it easy to get around Dallas and surrounding areas. I also had dinner at La Mina across the street from the hotel. The staff were nice and the food was delicious. I would stay here again if I visit Dallas.

ade for grabbing food, drinks, and coffee very convenient when running back and forth to the hospital. Parking is also awesome, the garage is underneath and is also very close to the hotel. What stood out to me more than anything are the employees. Front desk staff like Shanelle and Bridgette were extremely accommodating. The valet manager and his team went above and beyond for my wife and I. After the surgery the valet let us park up front, brough me a wheelchair, and delivered ice to the room for a cold compress. I have NEVER had that level of service at a hotel. I cant wait to come back and visit when its more of a "fun" trip, as this hotel and its employees make it a fantastic experience.

e property is beautiful to walk around and check out the scenery but it was not ready for a couple hours after what the establishment check-in time is scheduled for. So coming off of a four hour drive to get there and needing to shower and get ready for a reservation that we end up having to cancel was disappointing. But all in all after we were able to check in everything after that moment was worth every dollar spent I have already and would without hesitation give recommendations for anyone to take time out and enjoy this hotel. We stayed in the loft portion which was huge and we felt so much like at home it was very clean and kept up to high standards. We did take time out to check out all restaurants except one and every waiter/waitress we encountered was phenomenal very friendly and gave great suggestions. My husband and I just took a staycation but can’t wait to come back to bring our kids.
