vested. She really knew how to hype a girl up. Fast forward 6 months and my dress had arrived. Upon going to try on/pick up my dress, we realized Moira no longer worked there; no big deal. The manager was now also someone new. We had a pretty unpleasant experience with the new consultant who was there for our pick-up appointment. Nothing outstanding, but she wasn't very nice or helpful, and it seemed like she was waiting for us to leave as soon as possible. I took the dress to get altered two days later. This is where I noticed that my dress was the wrong size. I immediately reached out to White of Raleigh to let them know. When I picked up my dress, no one mentioned anything about it being a different size, so I assume they didn't even check to confirm the order's accuracy upon delivery. From here, things went south. The communication and customer service from White of Raleigh is inexcusable. I have been going back and forth since December trying to figure this out. I go weeks without a response and have to follow up multiple times. No apology or accountability has been taken for the wrong dress size being ordered. When you purchase a dress here, you must sign off on numerous things, including the size of the dress ordered. They stated that they intentionally changed the size without any communication with me. When spending this amount of money on something, you want it to be correct, especially considering what you signed off for and what your receipt states. My dress now needs considerably more alterations, which they have said would have cost the same amount of money no matter what. Whether this is true or not is beside the point. Needless to say, I am still waiting to hear from the owner, who I was told would reach out to me 3 weeks ago. Yet I have heard nothing. I hope this ends positively, but unfortunately, White of Raleigh will not be somewhere I recommend to others - no matter how much I love my dress.

She was extremely personable and elevated the entire experience of trying on wedding dresses - her attention to detail was also amazing. I had been to another bridal shop before this one earlier that same day and the experience at the first did not even come close to my experience at White Bridal. The manager who was working at the time was also kind & just lovely all around. Everyone at White Bridal made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision and I'm so grateful!

They allow you to take your time and try on as many dresses as you'd like, and offer complimentary champagne to make the experience even more bubbly. They are not pushy salespeople like I found at other area shops, and they have a wide selection of dresses in all styles and price points. I highly recommend this bridal boutique!

From the moment I contacted them, by phone, one day prior to an undoubtedly hectic trunk show, with an extra special request, Molly, Moira and Waverly offered no resistance or hesitation to make accommodations to the fullest. Upon entering this beautifully decorated and well laid out shop the following day, during said trunk show, I was warmly greeted by Waverly and quickly introduced to Molly and Moira, each of them previously engaged with potential (and highly probable) customers as I entered. This team's commitment to excellence and passion for their trade was immediately evident, as was their ability to listen, communicate and work collaboratively to ensure personalized customer satisfaction. I was granted a privileged glance behind the scenes of this luxurious and well-run boutique, as I waited for my bride-to-be and her party to arrive and begin her fitting. As these women went so gracefully about their work, there was not a trace of disappointment to observe on the face of any one of their many customers. Their mention of " ..we love all of our brides!" during my brief and unpredictable phone call the day before, seemed like an understatement after having witnessed this all as a "fly on the wall" that Saturday afternoon. They treated the woman I care most about, her mother and a group of our close friends, with the utmost kindness, consideration and courtesy during her appointment. Every moment, from the fitting to my fiancée's eventual purchase of "THE DRESS", was well-anticipated, organized and comprehensive. The impeccable customer care is coupled with high-quality and well-priced merchandise. My fiancée was surprised by the feel and comfort of the dresses she tried on and was especially pleased to come in "under-budget" with her purchase. She has not recanted the story of her experience without mention of the elegance of the gown and "feeling like a goddess," in the changing space with Molly. The physical and emotional response she had to trying on and seeing herself in "the one" was unmistakable and eliminated all uncertainties about the many dresses she had shopped around for, prior to her visit to White of Raleigh. On a personal note: The fact that the staff was willing to allow me, as stranger (to them and certainly to wedding gown shopping), on such short notice, to intrude on a busy weekend, to impose on their tight-knit appointment scheduling and to commandeer their back office and sound system, in order to surprise my long-time girlfriend with my proposal speaks volumes about their personal character and passion for what they do. They facilitated a truly unforgettable moment and experience for us and our relationship. I'm pleased to know that their hard work and dedication will be represented and on display during our "big day!" I can say, with all confidence, you WILL NOT have the same great experience that we did at White of Raleigh, but you, and/or your bride-to-be, will absolutely have one your very own! I sincerely cannot recommend them enough!

I told the girls everything I was looking for in a dress, feeling sure I was going to walk out without a dress, but Tori pulled the dress of my dreams. I can't thank Tori and the girls at White of Raleigh enough for my dress and making the process so easy.

They listened very attentively to what the bride was looking for and honed in on what would make her feel the happiest. They even shopped for dresses between our appointments and called us back for the bride to try on a dress that they thought would be perfect for her. They were absolutely right! you can tell they have great, warm, and professional relationships with their designers. They were willing to call the designers to ask questions that we had. Molly goes out of her way to make each bride feels good about their body and understands how exhausting bridal shopping can be. You can tell how much Moira enjoys her work. Her genuine excitement was contagious. They made it so fun and a great memorable experience. Their taste is impeccable. The shop is beautiful, spacious, elegant, and well-lit. They allowed us as guests to walk around and look at dresses and encouraged the bride to try on lots of different types of gowns. The lighting is beautiful with lots of natural light. They have really comfortable places for guests to sit where they can view the bride easily in three-way mirrors. The crystal chandeliers alone or worth a visit. I highly recommend them!

Not only did she set me up with a same day appointment, but she stayed late that night to make sure I was in love with every little detail. I went to several bridal shops in Raleigh, and this was by far my favorite!

I asked to try on several different styles to see what would look best on me and they were frustrated by this request and only brought a few to try on. They were also openly frustrated when I did not like the style of certain dresses they brought over. My bridesmaids were with me and they were appalled by the rude staff and lack of variety of dresses at the store. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be fun and exciting, and the staff we worked with made it the opposite of that. We highly suggest you look for a wedding dress elsewhere.

I have trouble finding clothing styles that look flattering on my body type, but somehow Molly and Tori managed to find 10 dresses in my price range that were beautiful and looked amazing on me. I felt completely overwhelmed at the other bridal salons, and the consultants kind of blew me off when it became clear that I was having difficulty making decisions. Molly was very patient and honest and spent a long time talking me through my options. She made me feel confident about my choice, which is invaluable and exactly what I needed. If you’re indecisive or have a difficult body type or if you’re planning on bringing your brutally honest and opinionated mother to your appointment …White of Raleigh is the perfect bridal salon for you.

When I called for an appointment and described what kind of dress I was looking for Molly said "oh we have your dress." She was 100% right, I said yes to that exact dress!! I cannot say enough good things about this store & about Molly!! Do yourself a favor and go here!!
