nner at Vintage Villa's. The planner went up to the photographer and asked "Who are you? Where is Matt?" As they were not informed of the last minute change. I cannot recommend any photography services from Matthew Stegall, as the photo quality was not the same as what he advertised due to him sending a substitution without notice.

video ended up pixelated and we paid $1,000 for a video camera that sat on a tripod - no zooming out to see the groomsmen and bridesmaids or capturing the bride down the aisle. The photographer he left in charge of the photos was unprepared, did not have a copy of our photo list, and kept asking us (the bride and groom) what photos we wanted and with what family members (after we had just gotten married). When we asked about the corrupted/pixelated video quality, he got defensive and dismissive of the issue, instead of working with us to make the situation right. We are pretty chill people and understand the emergency but better backup planning, video quality, communication with a paying client or the day of coordinator, and the offer of a partial refund for the video would have been the professional response in this situation.
