White Crest Farm

s going for, i told them boho, with terracotta, gold, and feathers. They came back with everything boho and more. The dining room was decorated so beautifully, that I never wanted to leave. Both Gina and Connie were extremely sweet, and understanding with some medical issues that arose which resulted in a few things on my end not getting done, but we improvised and worked things out. They are so kind, so compassionate, and so caring for their brides and families. All my guests couldn’t get over how amazing everything looked. My bridesmaids could not get over how amazing our bridal suite was, it’s extremely spacious, and there was even room for me to anxiously pace around while i was getting ready to walk down the aisle. The bridal suite also cane with amazing amenities to help us prepare for the day, with plenty of mirrors, a steamer, and plenty of seating room. It also had a mini fridge for our energy drinks and mimosas. My groom loved the grooms suite, he would describe it as lowkey, cozy and spacious. The views were to die for, we had excellent sunlight for golden hour pictures, and all around us were fields which definitely gave a more secluded feel (huge points on that!!) The trees at our ceremony spot (pecan) were placed perfectly and just could not have looked better during our day. It definitely gave me a whimsical princess feel. I felt like a princess all day, and it was all thanks to the hard work of Gina and Connie’s planning, and the staff at White Crest Farms. They made my day absolutely magical. I cannot wait to get pictures back and see just how beautifully everything was placed again. Connie and Gina were even extremely compassionate in helping me emotionally when a couple of things had happened not according to plan (which is to be expected at a wedding) and i was sobbing trying not to mess up my makeup. They brought me down from a level 100 anxiety to an easy 1. Not that we’re planning on getting married again, but if i had to do it all over again with him, it would definitely be with White Crest Farms. Connie and Gina work very hard on this venue, this is their baby, and by how they work, you can see it. They take care of it well, and they both are extremely passionate about it. I could almost write a book on how great everything was in detail. I don’t have many single friends, but we are definitely going to be recommending White Crest Farms to every single engaged couple we know. This venue was worth every penny.

her couples and their guests had the best day possible and this is seriously the most gorgeous venue and I absolutely love all of the hard work and love that was put into it over the years. Fast forward to August 2023 when I found out that my venue had been sold and that was Carol not going to be my coordinator, Misty was. Misty was very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful to me and my now husband but then....BAM...a week later, I find out from Misty on FB that she was fired. I had to check to see who my new coordinator was and was told it was Emily and she then tells me that she would have been my coordinator anyways which I was never told. There was a lot of miscommunication happening on their end with the changes so we had to constantly say things over again. Fast forward to our rehearsal on 10/6 where we arrive at the rental home on the property that we had to pay an additional cost of $500 for a 2 night stay. Upon arriving to the house, our friend perched on the side of the master bed and the wood underneath collapsed. Emily came up and reset the slats and footing but said the previous wedding party "broke a bunch of things" so they knew about this issue beforehand and no one bothered to fix it before we arrived. The night of our rehearsal, my partner and I were sleeping in the bed that was "fixed" and it crashed down in the middle of the night causing me to hurt my back pretty bad. (I wound up having to wear a tens unit the day of my wedding and take medication just to enjoy myself.) After the bed was "fixed" and our guests started to arrive and use the house (we had 7 people staying in the house), we found a pedestal sink in another bathroom not even attached to the wall, the toilet paper holder in another bathroom came out of the wall when someone simply tried to wipe, the master bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned, the trashcan under the counter was still full from a previous party, the shower handle in one of the bathrooms fell to the floor as one of our friends tried to turn the shower off, the sofa was visibly broken, the porch was basically falling apart when you touched any of the railings and I could go on. Basically, the house was "staged" to look nice but it seems that everything we touched, broke. If this house wasn't up to standards, it should not have been rented out. Alternatively, if it was going to be rented out so soon, it should have been at a highly discounted rate. Aside from Emily being rude and dismissive, she shoved one of my friends who was trying to talk to our photographer and then grabbed my husband and I to "pose" us for our cake cutting photos when our professional photographer was standing there to direct us. Additionally, when we were rehearsing for the wedding, my 7 year old niece who is on the spectrum wasn't cooperating so I said we should move on but the staff continued to disregard what I was saying so my niece got upset. Overall, there is some serious training that needs to happen with the staff of this venue to be more empathetic, professional and organized so that no one else who books here has to endure what we went through. We also never met or spoke to the new owners which is I am leaving my feedback here, hoping they see this and respond.

tly how I would have done it! There was a couple hiccups but I didn’t notice a thing if I could go back in time I wouldn’t change my venue for the world. Thank you grace and Gina!
