I didn't consider I would have an opinion about buttons or lace. The process should have been overwhelming but it wasn't because of AudriAnn. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and was so easy going as I went from dress to dress. When I am shopping, I appreciate authenticity more than anything and AudriAnn was genuine, authentic, kind, and patient during my entire process from making a decision to picking up the dress. I would refer anyone to go work with her.

First off the boutique is beautiful. The owner, Christina, is so nice and has done an amazing job in creating a personal, unique, and elegant bridal experience. White Dress Bridal is the only boutique I've been to that offers shoes to try on with the dresses so you can really see what they will look like. Secondly Rachel, the bridal stylist, is absolutely amazing. She is friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about wedding dress design! She knew literally every detail about ALL the dresses they carry and was able to tell me exactly what changes could be made for each dress. She was very knowledgeable about all the designers and works closely with the reps to get you exactly what you want for your dress. Rachel is definitely the type of person that will go above and beyond to get you exactly what you want. I truly cannot speak highly enough of her. Rachel honed in on exactly what I wanted without even having to look at any of my inspiration pictures. In the previous appointments I've had at other boutiques, the stylists pulled maybe one or two dresses that I liked towards the end of the appointment but not anything that was a winner. I felt great in all the dresses Rachel pulled for me and it was by far my best appointment! I did find a dress I loved, but wasn't quite ready to say yes that day as I didn't have my mom with me. But I can tell you right now that I'm going to try that dress on in CA and then give Rachel a call to order it for me! I wish that White Dress Bridal Boutique was closer to me so I could send everyone I know there to have as wonderful of a bridal dress experience as I did!

Christina patiently helped me try on gowns, made me and my mom feel incredibly special (we had the place to ourselves that day!) and ultimately helped me select a gorgeous Romona Keveza sheath gown, with matching accessories. I was able to purchase a gown and have it sent to Ette Tailor right away (which we only had 6 weeks til my wedding so WOW it was fast!) I got the cutest Badgley Mischka wedge heels and they also helped me pick out darling Sara Gabriel earrings for my bridesmaids, as well as a bracelet and matching hairpiece for me. Everything came packaged with my name handwritten on it, and the dress and accessories made me feel like a true princess. I highly recommend White Dress Bridal Boutique- beautiful shop, beautiful gowns, and amazing, helpful ladies who literally saved the day!

Nicole's answer to the less size was that it zipped. Really? stuff a bride into a dress and as long as it zips you have to sign papers and take it? The bride is in tears, and we are waiting to see how the salon will make this right. There are LOTS of bridal salons to choose from in the Chicagoland area. You may want to watch out for this one.

let you browse their dresses yourselves, second, their selection is unreal, and third, their service is the best of ANY places we went to during the dress hunt. Nicole, their manager, goes above and beyond (they ordered a dress by Pronovias on loan for me to try on on my second visit), and Rachel's patience was unreal as we returned for a second visit, where I ended up getting a dress a tried on during my first visit. Their accessories are also on point, their knowledge on designers is impressive, and they have several personal touches to make your experience truly memorable and special. I assure you, come here, and you WILL find your dress. The only constructive feedback I would give is their communication... their store is only open on the weekends in Lake Forest, so perhaps that is why, but the email communication was sub-par, so I had to call, and any question/request was resolved. Hopefully this will change as when we left on our second/final visit, Nicole emailed me straight away... so I hope email communication will be better now that we wait for the arrival of the dress. All in all, I would only recommend this boutique for bridal shopping... and I live in the city of Chicago, so it was worth the drive!

My stylist, Meggie, was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. She did an excellent job making recommendations that fit my style and were within my budget. There were two dresses that I really liked and I was having a hard time selecting a favorite. Meggie took several photos that allowed me to see the dresses side-by-side for comparison. She also helped me to envision what one of the dresses would look like in an ivory color (the sample was almond). These two techniques helped me to select my favorite. I'm going back this week for a second look and will most likely be ordering my dress.

Upon entering we were greeted with coffee and drinks and had our coats taken. Everything was clean and picture perfect inside as well as a lot of natural lighting which is what you really want to see your dress in. Meggie was professional, kind, and great at what she does. I got the full experience and even got to try accessories with dresses to see the complete look. I highly recommend this place instead of going all the way downtown.

The inside of the store is stunning and each bride has their own personal space to try on dresses and show them off in front of friends and family. And considering how upscale this store is - the dresses were surprisingly well priced ($1,000 - $4,000). I would HIGHLY recommend this store. I had a great experience and I cannot wait to pick up my dress and try it on again!

She isn't pushy, she is helpful and shares her knowledge, she gives you suggestions for changes incase you love the dress but want something a big different, she is just beyond! Dress that I loved but was all-white. When I explained to Courtney and Christina I wanted something with a pop of color, they said the designer of that dress allows customizations, and then proceeded to find a rose-gold dress and do some crazy pinning to make it seem like the dress I had on had a rose-gold under-layer. It was awesome! They really went above and beyond to help me envision the perfect dress. The boutique is super cute, too. Great selection of dresses, and you get to wear a plush white robe in between trying on dresses :)

The shop was warm and inviting and although we did wait 45 min past our appointment time they did not rush us at all which ensures they really take their time with each bride and I could completely look past the wait.
