I finally picked my dress up today and tried it on. Haley and the other staff present were so sweet, nurturing, and stared at me in awe with my dress on. I could tell that they were genuinely happy to be in that moment with me. I burst into tears because of how beautiful my dress looked and how well it fit me. Such friendly people and such a beautiful and affordable store! With the beautiful and luxury dresses they have, the prices they offer are a steal! This is the best wedding dress shopping experience a bride-to-be could ever have. I’m so grateful. 10/10 recommend!

ry. The option to purchase the prosecco and cookie package at the appointment was a nice touch. Noel was so responsive to what I did and did not like. There was no discussion of what is flattering or unflattering for my body type - it was all about my preferred styles and what she could tell I felt great in. While I had a very supportive group with me, her attention was primarily on me and not on the opinions of others. She also respected our price range and asked before bringing something else out that would have been out of what we originally estimated. While I did ultimately purchase my gown that day, at my only appointment, I did not feel at all pressured to do so. When I returned to pick up my gown, I had another lovely experience. We were not at all rushed - I had family who were helping with my veil and tiara and they had time to take all the pictures they needed. Again, I was not pressured into purchasing a veil or any accessories - and they did have a beautiful selection to choose from. If they sold other formalwear or clothing, I would definitely return because of the professional, kind staff and the beautiful environment and selection. They are up front about their prices and their styles are browsable online so you can get a sense of what they carry, albeit sans prices. I highly recommend White Dress Bridal to any bride!

After visiting other salons, the mirrors at White Dress are something to not take for granted. They are so large allowing you to see yourself in the dress of course but as well see the smiling faces of those you brought with you. With all of that said the visit would not have left such an amazing impact on me if it was not for our stylist, Alana. She was absolutely wonderful and so very kind! She has such a beautiful presence about her that makes you feel instantly calm and so excited to try on the dresses. I am so grateful to say I found my dream dress at White Dress and had the privilege to work with Alana! I could not recommend them enough.

was lackluster, and even though I communicated a flexible budget over $3500, I was consistently steered towards less expensive options. The selection was underwhelming, and none of the dresses truly captivated me. It also seemed like my stylist was more frustrated than eager to assist me, which only added to the disheartening experience.

here was one dress in particular that I saw online that I loved but their sample was not my size. I wanted to try on that dress and I told her that and she helped get me into even ripping the back of the dress to get me in and it ended up being my dress! Thank you Haley and team for the amazing experience!

Alana was so sweet, patient, and kind to my indecisiveness and did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way; I felt very comfortable and heard throughout my appointment. She pulled dresses that I gravitated towards through my description and pictures that were shared, she offered me and my 3 guests to explore other dresses to try on, and once I found the one, she explained very thoroughly of what the next steps were. She also followed up with me to know that if I had any questions whatsoever that I can contact her at any moment. So happy to have found my dream dress at White Dress!

All the other staff in the store were so friendly and added to an already great experience. The selection of dresses was the best I have seen in Milwaukee. s. Sizing was a lot more plentiful and the dresses I was being shown were more elevated. As a type A and very picky person, I did not go into the appointment with high expectations nor did I think I was gonna find my dress and I did! My stylist really lsitened to me and pulled things that were truly what I wanted to see.
