If you want your dream wedding, White Eagle Golf Course is the place to do it!! We had the most BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING wedding; it exceeded our expectations. They were extremely accommodating, supportive, and made sure we had everything we needed and MORE. The venue itself is beautiful, the food is out of this world, and the service is immaculate! Many of our guests complimented us for the beautiful scenery and ambiance of the venue. We could not have pulled off our perfect wedding without the help of Marisa and Michelle, and the entire staff at White Eagle Golf Course. Every single person was amazing! I promise you will NOT regret hosting your wedding, or any event in fact, at White Eagle Golf Course.

Our wedding reception was absolutely perfect at White Eagle! Many people said the food was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Michelle and Marissa were so great to work with. They answered all of my questions though out the whole planning process and really made our day perfect. The room was set up so nicely and I was blown away. I highly recommend!

The White Eagle Golf Club was the picture-perfect venue for our wedding! Marissa and Michelle were there every step of the way during our wedding planning process. They both had outstanding communication and very timely responses when we had questions. Even during the week of our wedding, Marissa emailed us back within minutes when we had last second questions. We felt like there were a wide variety of options to choose from during the beginning stages, and even during our final walk through. All of the food was delicious. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was. The cocktail/reception area was decorated beautifully, even better than I could have done myself. The vision that we were both looking for was definitely executed to perfection. Additionally, we were able to have our rehearsal dinner the Thursday before our wedding, which was very convenient for us. If you are looking to have your wedding in the Chicagoland suburbs, I would highly recommend using the White Eagle.

We (luckily) had a beautiful wedding at White Eagle. The venue is amazing and is a picture perfect scene for a wedding. Marissa was great at responding to emails and answering questions. Unfortunately, those were just about the only positives. The bad: 1) Throughout the wedding planning process the other wedding coordinator was unhelpful and rude on multiple occasions. 2) The air conditioning was not working in the bridal suite the day of our July wedding... Apparently it had not been working for several weeks but they had no interest in fixing it. No one was around to help or offer solutions while we were getting ready in extreme heat. 3) We couldn't bring in our own food/drinks while we were getting ready. It was extremely overpriced for what we got and the order wasn't even correct. I had to hunt someone down to get the rest of the food we paid for. 4) The wedding coordinator was nowhere to be found the day of and night of our wedding. 5) There were not even enough chairs outside for the 100 person ceremony, many of our guests had to stand at the back. 6) The wedding coordinator flat out refused to help unroll the runner for the ceremony. She even went as far as to be rude to our officiant who had to step in with our photographer to get things ready. Wedding planning is stressful enough without having to worry if your wedding coordinator is going to be rude and unhelpful on your wedding day. There are plenty of other beautiful venues in the Naperville area - choose one of those!

Michelle and Marissa are the best! They truly made my Christmas wedding come to life! They had the best communication during the process and were so attentive the day of the wedding. The entire staff the day of our wedding was EXCEPTIONAL. We could not have picked a better venue.

White Eagle Golf Club was a perfect venue for our wedding and we owe everything to Michelle and Marissa. They worked with us every step of the way and went above and beyond throughout the duration of the wedding process. They both made everything so easy from the initial communication all the way to the final details meeting. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the suburbs, look no further than White Eagle.

Michelle and Marissa were a dream to work with! Any question, comment, concern or hiccup we had along the way, they made sure it was answered/fixed/taken care of. This venue is so beautiful and clean and the food is outstanding! All of our guests raved about the food. If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing and would 100% have it at White Eagle Golf Club!

Michelle, Marissa, Colette, and Deb are AMAZING!!! I could not more highly recommend working with the White Eagle events coordination and catering teams. They were some of the most attentive, organized, kind, and caring people I have ever engaged with - period! The food was f*cking amazing, our guests are still raving about every bit of food they ate. The venue was stunning and I felt like every single person on the White Eagle team from the grounds and facilities operations team to the serving staff and bar tenders and even the club members and golfers were so welcoming and excited to see my fiancé and I officially become husband and wife. My only regret is that I don't plan on having a second wedding, so I won't have another chance to live another night like this, with the support and care of the White Eagle team. THANK YOU!

My husband and I are so glad that we chose to have our wedding reception at White Eagle. We loved all of the windows in the main banquet room and fell in love with both the indoor and outdoor space. Lilian was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, she retired a few months before our wedding and we were worried that we might not get the same experience without her there. Thankfully, Louie went above and beyond for us and reassured us that he would make sure we still had the best day ever. He did such an amazing job, he even brought appetizers up to the bridal suite and drove us in a golf cart to take pictures outside. The food was amazing – we ended up giving guests both chicken and NY striploin. We were very impressed with the bakery and florist that they provided as part of the package too. We would highly recommend using them for your wedding.

Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing the team at White Eagle is. My husband and I just had our wedding reception in the main ballroom at White Eagle on October 6th, 2018 and we could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. First of all, Lillian Doran, the banquet coordinator is absolutely amazing! Leave the details to her because she knows what she is doing-- she is a pro at putting on great events there. I took her recommendations on who to use for the florist and the wedding cake and everything turned our better than I could have ever imagined. The ballroom has been completely renovated this year and it is honestly the most beautiful room I've ever seen and overlooks the private golf course. The staff at White Eagle is exceptional- they catered to every one of my guest's needs and the day went off without a hitch. Louie, who is the man running the show during the reception made sure that the food, drinks, and mood of the night was perfect and I cannot thank him and Lillian for all the work they put into making my day as special as it was. Anyone thinking of having their wedding here should talk to Lillian and she will put together the day of timeline with you, she will give you layouts of how the room will look and she will answer all of the many emails and phone calls you have right away. Theres no doubt that planning a wedding is stressful but this venue makes it easier with the knowledge they have and the experience of putting on great events! I would highly recommend White Eagle to any future couple looking to have a magical wedding!

Overall nice experience – amazing food – Kudos to the chef! The new ballroom is freshly decorated and a pleasure to be in. The mandatory placement of the DJ made for an awkward room set up, however. Some tables had poor views of the head table, several others were in the next room. I would have given a rating of 3, but we had a big problem with their preferred rental vendor, Satin Chair. We hired this company to rent gold chiavari chairs with chiffon sashes. The day of the wedding reception, White Eagle apparently told Satin Chairs to bring in 12 additional chairs, which they should not have - These additional chairs were not needed. Yet – I am now being told I must pay for these unnecessary chairs! I am sorry White Eagle recommends and works with this vendor. I would strongly suggest using a different rental company for your banquet at White Eagle!

We are both so incredibly happy with the professionalism and care of the staff at White Eagle for our August wedding. The venue is beautiful, with lovely views of the surrounding golf course. The interior rooms are stately and accommodated our 130 guests easily. Lillian was a pleasure to work with—she truly cared about the success of our wedding and worked very closely with us for several months to nail down the details with ease. The tables, linens, and china are all in great taste and photographed very well. We were married outside on the patio—what a view for our guests and a fabulous backdrop for our wedding photography. Lillian has a list of vendors that she can give you—the vast majority of our vendors came from this list, and we have given them 5-star reviews on this site as well. Perhaps most importantly....THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. Even picky eaters from our families raved about their meals. I highly recommend doing the hors d’oeuvres, as well as the upgraded liquor package (it is worth it). We chose the chicken vesuvio, beef tenderloin, and a ravioli—all wonderful. I am from this area, and have known about this venue for a long time.... I cannot recommend White Eagle enough.

Just had our reception here. It was amazing!!!! The people there are so helpful and the venue is beautiful. Totally recommend it!

We had our ceremony on the beautiful lawn overlooking the golf course and lake (with fountain), followed by cocktail hour, then dinner & dancing. Everything was wonderful. Lillian is the coordinator there and she was amazing to work with through the whole process. Anything I needed, she would get back to me ASAP. She was able to give me other vendor recommendations for flowers, decorations, etc and about getting some discounts! She was present on our big day and organized all of the set up and even our rehearsal practice. Our wedding went off without a hitch thanks to her. She even helped with moral support since I was planning from out of state. The food was AMAZING. We gave guests the choice of beef tenderloin and chicken vesuvio and I received countless compliments about how delicious the food was. It was simple to coordinate with Lillian doing our tastings too. The venue space was beautiful. Cocktail hour was spread out in the foyer, outdoor patio, and in the library near the dining room and it was the perfect amount of space for guests to mingle without being crowded (we had about 165). Included in the price per head was some centerpieces (through 1 or 2 recommended florists), our wedding cake (through 1 of 2 bakers), and other odds and ends. It was worth every cent! I believe we were just over $100 per head (exclusive of taxes) but we upgraded to the top liquour package and had entrees. I wouldn't change a thing. The space was great for sound as well, no problems hearing our band throughout the reception area, yet all guests were able to carry on conversations in the surrounding areas without having to shout. The staff were fantastic as well: Louie our head waiter was in charge of the tear down and keeping us happy all night. He did an excellent job of making sure myself and bridesmaids were well hydrated before the ceremony and immediately afterward (it was a June wedding outdoors). This was the perfect country club wedding (and open to the public for weddings), and it still would be my top choice if I got to do this again! I wouldn't change a thing! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

I could not be happier with white eagle. Lillian and Louie were more than great to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions and they set up the reception exactly as I had requested them to. The hall was absolutely beautiful I could not have asked for more. Also the food was excellent and came out hot for everyone :). I highly recommend white eagle to any bride looking for her perfect venue,

White Eagle was great! We worked with Lillian and she was so helpful and very accommodating. She always responded right away and provided several recommended vendors for us to work with. She took care of everything...she coordinated with our vendors for set-up/break-down and her team set up all of our decorations (which we dropped off a few days in advance). Everything was taken care....nothing for us to worry about day-of. We had Louis the night of and he was so helpful, from bring us drinks when we couldn't make it to the bar, to packing up all of our things. Our toasting flutes and serving set were washed and re-packed and he helped load everything into my in-laws car. White Eagle is a beautiful venue and provided a wonderful experience. My husband and I chose White Eagle for our wedding because the Club is classy and very spacious! The ballroom, library room, foyer room, outdoor patio, and outdoor ceremony site were all included in the package. Our wedding was the only wedding taking place so it was very private for us and our guests. The staff at White Eagle was great during the wedding. Lillian, the banquet Manager was there to help with any questions during the planning process. The place is beautiful and we had nothing but compliments from our guests.

We looked around at a few different golf clubs for our ceremony and reception and White Eagle was, by far the best choice. They were very welcoming and friendly! We booked with them at a time where they were in the process of changing the menu and we were able to choose if we wanted to use the old menu and pricing system or the new one. Lillian, the event coordinator, was amazing. She replied to my emails right away or called back in a timely manner. She was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We had a large bridal suite for the ladies and they provided beverages for us. We didn't realize that the guys weren't set up with a room to get changed in, but the staff worked with us and set the guys up in a room for themselves. The catering staff was very efficient with the meal. At the end of the night, Louis (the event manager for the night) had everything boxed up and ready to go. They even wrapped up some of the meals of guests who didn't show. We had a few guests with special circumstances (leaving early, dietary restrictions, etc) and White Eagle was accommodating on everything. The food was fantastic and the cake was incredible! Tracey the cake baker was also a joy to work with! I would highly recommend White Eagle Golf Club for any bride!

I loved everything about White Eagle. Lillian, who planned my wedding was amazing throughout the entire process. Louis, who was my captain, couldn't have done a better job at making sure the reception was perfect. The food was really good also. I would definitely recommend White Eagle to anyone looking for a fabulous venue.

The first time I walked into White Eagle I fell in love with the venue and knew that our wedding would be there. Our beautiful wedding was in April and it was amazing. We had our ceremony and reception at White Eagle. Lillian was such a wonderful help as we planned our wedding. She is so sweet and very easy to work with in the planning process. White Eagle is such a beautiful venue and the food is amazing. All of our guests were so impressed with White Eagle and how beautiful it is and how amazing the food was. We continue to hear compliments on how wonderful our wedding was! Louie was also helpful and wondeful during our reception. He was so nice and was easy to work with also. White Eagle helped to give me the wedding of our dreams! I would highly recommend White Eagle!! Totally love White Eagle and have the best memories of our wedding:)

Everything that you would ever picture for a traditional wedding and more is what White Eagle offered :) My husband and I went and saw 6 other venues on top of this one, and we saw this mid-way through our process. When we walked in we both said there is no way we can even afford this place! To our surprise Lillian helped us a lot and we made it work! From 18 months out to 1 week out, she made sure eveything was perfect! Our guests could not stop talking about the food and how beautiful the place is. Great thing about it was that we were the only wedding at the Golf Club, and it wasnt oneof those venues that hold 2-4 weddings at a time.

White Eagle Golf Club was such a beautiful venue for our December wedding. The food was delicious, the staff was fun, professional, and accommodating, and Lillian was a joy to work with! The layout at WE is spacious and the views are breathtaking. Our guests are still raving about the entire night! I highly recommend White Eagle to anyone wanting a stunning, elegant, and memorable wedding reception. We thank the White Eagle staff and Lillian for making our wedding night truly special!!

I recently had my wedding ceremony and reception at White Eagle Golf Club and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Lillian, the banquet coordinator, was wonderful! She was always responsive to my emails and phone calls and she was extremely flexible and accommodating to any and all requests. The staff was friendly and attentive the entire night. The food was delicious just as it was during the tasting. My one and only complaint was that the venue is set on a beautiful golf course but the photography was very limited in the areas we were allowed to go to.

The atmosphere and backdrop of the golf course of White Eagle makes this such a great place to have your wedding.

It was a pleasure to work with White Eagle Golf Club. We met with them multiple times including a food tasting. Every time they listened to our thoughts and had great suggestions. Lillian (the coordinator) was great! She returned my phone calls and emails very quickly and was very thorough and accommodating. I always knew what was going on with the schedule and any reception costs. The day of the wedding I had no worries whatsoever about how the reception would be. The staff during the reception were always available and checking on us. We never felt like we needed to track them down and they were quick to respond. When a glass broke on the dance floor, it was all cleaned up within 3 minutes and the dancing continued. The staff was so friendly and did a great job of making it a special night. The hall is gorgeous and is on a golf course. Your wedding is the only wedding there that night and the space is perfect. Giant mirrors are behind the head table and look so nice in pictures. The dance floor is very large and we had plenty of space (we had 150 guests). They also have 2 bars open so nobody had to wait too long. I would HIGHLY recommend White Eagle to anybody looking for a reception hall in Naperville.

White eagle club was great! We had our ceremony in the grand foyer and reception right after in the reception area. Service, food was excellent. Only had one disappointment when we heard bartender told our guests they were out of miller lite right after dinner! My husband talked to the coordinator and quicky were restocked with miller lite which all our friends and ourselves drink. Other than that, everything went great! Would highly recommend!

Lillian at White Eagle is the best. Things couldn't have gone better and when something or another inevitably started going awry, the banquet managers and servers were helpful and accommodating. I wish I could get married again so that I could go back there. Weeks later people are still raving about the food and the venue. The one drawback was the bridal room, which wasn't as nice as some I've seen, but since you don't spend much time there and there was plenty of space, it didn't bother me at all. I strongly recommend White Eagle. They were classy, all-about-you, and hardworking!

White Eagle Golf Club is a beautiful venue for a wedding and I did thoroughly enjoy my reception! The food was very good and the florist and bakery that White Eagle recommeneded we work with were both phenomenal. We had fantastic photos on the property and enjoyed having the cocktail hour outside on their nice patio. The only issues I had with the venue is that the coordinator/planner for the venue is not very organized and is not very good about communicating. I am a planner for a living so I provided her with a very detailed outline/timeline for the evening. (She did not once mention any sort of timeline, so I felt the need to put one together myself.) There were no calls prior to our wedding, so we were checking in with her on details and due dates. There was not even a follow-up call after our wedding, so we again, were checking in with her. Due to her lack of organization, (she is not present for the actual wedding), her wait staff was not as prepared as they should be. The food, although good, was served late, which cut into our time on the dance floor. They refused to serve any food until our speeches were complete, even though requested a certain time for the food to be served, whether the speeches were complete or not. Our menu options were clearly marked on everyone's table cards, yet the wait staff was asking all of our guests what they should receive. We had two special birthday cakes that needed to be delivered with the cake to all guests and the wait staff forgot and served a regular piece of cake to both of those relatives. All of these details were clearly spelled out in my document that I had typed up for the coordinator, which was not communicated to the staff for that evening. Overall, the venue is very picturesque and I had a wonderful time at my wedding at White Eagle. I would just recommend being very clear and organized when it comes to dealing with their coordinator!

My reception location held about 300 people which was an important factor when deciding on reception locations. It was newly re-decorated and looked beautiful.;They are changing their wedding packages so just know what you are getting yourself into when you look at all of them.

The food was great. The manager was very nice. The view was fantastic.;I was supposed to get a 'bride room' upstairs, but the room was set up for some other dinner, so I had to use the public bathroom. Very dissapointing. The cake baker was horrible. My wedding was small and the baker refused to do any cake I liked because of the size. The finished cake was too small and the pieces were paper thin-I didn't even get the top layer.
