White Fence Farm in Trade, TN, is a gorgeous rustic wedding venue set in the lush countryside and mountain ranges of the region. This space is easily accessible and just 15 minutes away from the town of Boone. White Fence Farm is owned and run by Denise and Fulton Lovin, who are both long-time Boone residents. They opened the farm in 2012.
In this beautiful and secluded location, you and up to 300 guests will have the opportunity to enjoy stunning views while you celebrate one of the most important milestones in your life. The farm is situated on 105 acres of rolling hills with a naturally occurring bowl-shaped amphitheater, perfect for a wedding ceremony. Surrounding the farm are lovely springs, a fish pond, cow fields, walking trails, and wildflowers. You can make use of the available stage, which is complete with a dance floor ready for you and your loved ones to dance the night away. The magnificent team at White Fence Farm will have tents ready should you wish to add more seating and dining space to the already available barn. If you and your wedding party would like to spend a few days before or after the festivities at this wonderful grange to relax and unwind, the farmhouse comes with three bedrooms and two airstreams for on-site lodging. Other spaces on the property can be used as accommodation, including the hotel.

Owners
We live in Boone NC and have hosted weddings for the past 12 years at our venue in Trade TN. We also own vacation rentals in the heart of downtown Boone on King Street. We have been married for 27 years and celebrated our wedding in the area as well, on Watauga Lake. We are proud of our farm venue and constantly adding fun and beautiful features. Denise is a psychologist as well and has a private practice, while Fulton owns student apartments at Appalachian State. We love the mountains and proud of what we have created in this beautiful area. We keep our prices affordable so that we can share this space with those who love rustic, natural settings as much as we do.
