e have felt less important than the others. I had to contact them two days before our wedding to give them the info about where to be when, the photos we received don't live up to the standard of the awesome photos we saw on their blog when we picked them, and getting any product from them was like pulling teeth with lots of excuses. They said that we would receive our photos in four to six weeks. After 7 weeks of waiting, we still only received half of our photos. The ones from the last minute, sub par replacement of the wife didn't appear for at least a few days later and were lackluster to say the least. Furthermore, they were the only vendor to require that we pay in full before the event (even if it was stated in their policy, every other vendor made arrangements with us to be paid after we received their final product since that's what we were more comfortable with), yet they were the only vendor we had not received a final product from months after our wedding. Each time I emailed with Chris, I just received lots of excuses about why we didn't have the things we had been promised...spam folders, other photos to edit, lost in the mail... I would never recommend them to anyone.

to be taken in settings where there were interesting props/backdrops nearby. Nevertheless, White Haute does great work and we couldn't be happier!
