White Hot Events

Everything started out well in working with Erika....until wedding day. The flowers were WRONG (umm roses and carnations for my bouquet when the contract specifically stated peonies, dahlias, lily of the valley, and roses)??? Everything wend downhill from there - the bridesmaids bouquets were wilted, the centerpieces in the reception were wrong. Luckily, my wedding coordinator got on the phone with Erika and had her fix my bouquet and the centerpieces better (because I had specific types of flowers written in the contract). Unfortunately, I forgot to write specifics for the bridesmaid bouquets. We just had to pull the really bad wilted flowers out and make due with them. My bouquet was semi-fixed but still not what I had ordered (and I was so OCD about it that I had a picture AND types of flowers in the contract for this). Seriously, how could this have been messed up?!?! Simply put, would I ever work with Erika again? NO, NOT EVER!!

I worked with Erika with White Hot Events for the flowers and linens for my wedding. I totally trusted Erika to make great decisions since I really wasn't too picky on flowers, I just gave her a general direction on the color choices. The flowers were so beautiful - all my guests commented on how great everything looked. She also provided beautiful linens and vases for the centerpieces. Erika was always very professional, friendly and had great ideas.
