White Ink Calligraphy

I have been following White Ink Calligraphy on Instagram for a long time and knew I wanted to work with them for our day of details immediately. We worked with White Ink for our welcome sign, unplugged ceremony sign, seating chart, and placecards with meal indicator wax seals. I gave Claire some descriptors on an intro phone call and a few inspiration photos and she brought it to life. I cannot wait to get our professional photos back to see the signage in the context of all of our details, but we are so so happy with how everything turned out.

WOW...I was blown away by how beautiful their work was for my wedding day. From the save the dates, the stunning invitation suites, and all of the day of signs and calligraphy, Claire and Townley brought my visions to life by creating the elegant and classy look I was going for and carrying those details into everything. They followed the inspiration I gave and added their own spark, making sure the final product was perfect for me each time. Their talent and expertise made my wedding day and the process leading up to it just amazing. It's all in the details, and they nailed it. Thank you always!

Oh my word.... the fabulous team at White Ink made all our calligraphy/stationery/wedding signage dreams come true! From the very first meeting, Claire and Townley were fun, engaged, creative, and dedicated to helping our colorful wildflower wedding vision come to life. They were focused on keeping us within the budget we established (which we really appreciated) while dreaming up some beautiful/creative designs that really set the tone for our whole wedding. They were incredibly fast in creating proofs and making design edits to create the perfect invitation suite! Claire was incredibly sweet, patient, and kind with me when I was feeling particularly overwhelmed with wedding stress. I cannot imagine working with a better team and I truly cannot imagine more beautiful work than the art created by White Ink. I highly recommend the White Ink team and am trying to find any excuse to work with them again! :)

These girls are the best in the game to work with and very professional and so friendly! They made the process so much fun and easy! Especially with the timelines they created made the process very efficient! Will be working with them as much as I can in the future!

Absolutely loved working with Claire and Townley! I used White Ink Calligraphy for signage and a custom program (I already had my invites by the time I found Claire but wish I could have done those with her too). The products turned out wonderful. Moreso, Claire was great! She was so responsive in her communication and has the most contagious, positive attitude. HIGHLY recommend White Ink and hope to have another project to use them for in the future.

White Ink did our seating chart, welcome sign, and table numbers and everything was absolutely beautiful! Claire was so easy to work with and extremely nice. I hired White Ink Calligraphy to do our envelope calligraphy and all of our wedding day signage, and lets just say, she did not disappoint! From our first email interaction, to our in-between phone calls, to our porch pickup conversations, Claire exceeded my expectations. She is so personable (I feel like we are BFFs) and she always made me feel so good about the decisions we were making. She really brought our vision to life! I can't leave Townley out, either. I had a Zoom meeting with her about Invitations and although we went a different route with our invites, Townley's interaction with us was also superb! White Ink Calligraphy was has been such a blessing to me, I cannot say enough good about them. They are truly the best and anyone who uses them will not be disappointed. Can't wait to use them again for our Holiday Cards!

Claire is a magician! So easy to work with, so sweet and we couldn't be happier with the finished products. I really felt like everything we ordered from her elevated the overall aesthetic of our space. Some people try to DIY these types of things to save money and I totally get that, but don't waste your time. The money spent is WELL worth the peace of mind and quality.

Claire and her team are AWESOME! I found her from a post by my wedding venue and I am so glad that I did. My wedding was one of I think eighteen weddings that she had in one weekend and you never would have known given how perfectly everything turned out! Claire did a number of our wedding signs and seating table numbers. Her work was better than I had imagined! She is very responsive, easy to work with, and wants to make her client’s visions come to life. Being an out of town bride, her and her assistant delivered everything to the venue and even delivered day of personalized cards to our AirBnB! I’ve already ordered holiday ornaments from her and I can’t wait to frame a few of our signs as keep sakes. I can’t recommend her enough :) so happy I found Claire and White Ink! Definitely hire her and her team if you’re looking for that personalized and dreamy touch to your wedding!

Claire and her sister did an amazing job on my customized wedding invitations. I was going to use minted but the prices were so comparable I wanted to have a more direct experience. They were extremely professional to work with so I decided to reach out for more customized work for my wedding; such as a seating chart, menus, welcome signs, and table numbers. She does it all! Working with one small business was the way to go for all my calligraphy needs. Her rented items also saved me so much money rather than paying full price for something I would only use once. I will continue to support her business beyond wedding needs! Thank you Claire!

Claire is amazing! She created the perfect welcome sign, bar signs, seating display, guestbook sign, and place cards for our destination beach wedding! She is super easy to communicate with and prompt with her quotes. I was able to rent easels and table numbers from her and take them with us to Florida. She made pickup and drop off very easy! If I could go back, I would have used her for our entire invitation suite. I hope to work with her again in the future!

Claire is truly amazing, and I highly recommend her. We booked Claire for my wedding in February for invitation calligraphy, and signage at my wedding. Everyone raved about their invitations and how pretty the address were written. She also knocked our acrylic welcome sign, table numbers, seating chart, bar signs, Polaroid sign, and place cards out of the park. Everything was so beautiful, and Claire has a great selection of rentals to make all your dreams come true.

Claire's work is so beautiful and made every part of my wedding that she was involved in feel so special! Working with Claire was incredibly fun and creative. She has an insane amount of rentals available for calligraphy —anything and everything you can think of. Claire did our envelopes, our welcome sign, our guest book sign, and an amazing customized chalkboard wall for our photo booth (we love books and cats, so the chalkboard wall was designed as bookshelves. It was so perfectly us!). Work with Claire, and you will not only have an amazing calligrapher but also a friend for life.

The calligraphy on your save-the-date, rehearsal, and wedding invitations are the first impressions you’ll give your loved ones on what they can expect during your big day. And who doesn’t want to make a great first impression!? Well lemme tell you! I only wish that I could write words as beautifully as Claire can create them! She is, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is Nashville’s best calligrapher for weddings and all special events, and I could give you a thousand reasons why. All her work is gorgeous, personally tailored to your specifications, and made by someone who somehow has a ridiculous balance between creativity, professionalism, beauty, and heart. But most importantly- her work/ White Ink Calligraphy’s work is TIMELESS. On your 20th, 30th, or I don’t know- hopefully you’re 70th wedding anniversary, you’re undoubtedly going to look back on things you would do differently. But I can promise you that you will never look back on Claire’s work with regret. I’m already getting “over” our wedding invitations. But I still look at Claire’s envelopes and signage for our wedding with fangirl eyes. Even my now husband, who didn’t notice 90% of the wedding stuff (brides know it and if you’re in it now I swear your husband will get better!) said he was happy we went with Claire- Huge win! She’s an amazing person, and her work obviously reflects her love for her projects and her clients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to give us that “extra something special” for our wedding day. Claire made us a welcome sign and a seating chart for our 4/27/19 wedding. She did such an amazing job and her work was a great addition to our decor. She was quick to respond and provided us with exactly what we requested. I highly recommend her for any calligraphy needs!

I became very attached to our wedding signage (no idea why) and Claire made it absolutely everything I wanted. She also customized our guest book, a cutout of the Nashville skyline, that we cannot wait to hang in our home. I highly recommend Claire for that special touch at your wedding!

Claire is absolutely the BEST! I found her while searching for vendors for my daughter's wedding in Nashville because our photographer, Abigail Lewis, had done a photo shoot with some of Claire's work. We COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED with her work. She wrote the invitation suite, addressed the envelopes, did all signage, escort cards, and place cards. Multiple guests wanted to know who had done the beautiful calligraphy on the envelopes. She is great at communication - I ALWAYS received a response promptly! Claire is a joy to work with - upbeat and fun, answering questions and making suggestions, and she even mixed a custom green ink to match my daughter's invitations. She also has awesome signage rentals and we used her acrylic table numbers. I will continue to use her work for parties and holidays, and I've already placed my Thanksgiving order with her!

I LOVE White Ink Calligraphy! I have used Claire for personal and business projects and she amazes me every time. Her talent and kindness are two of the many many reasons I send my brides to her.
