White Knight Limousine

The day of my wedding, our 14 passenger limo arrived at the church to come pick us all up. As we were riding around, our limo broke down on the side of the highway on the way to take pictures. This was unfortunate as it was 98 degrees out and cutting into our photographing time. We sat there for about 30 minutes until our photographer at least came and picked my husband and I up. We left our bridal party stranded on the highway for another 20-30 minutes until they had another vehicle come out. We missed out on pictures and just riding around and enjoying the moment/day. After our wedding I emailed them to let them know I was slightly upset with the situation and for how much we paid, would like to figure out a compensation. The response I received was a bit upsetting as they told us there was nothing they would basically do, but they were just glad we were all safe. They made sure to let me know the limo was now fixed. I unfortunately was extremely disappointed in the customer service and the fact that we didn’t at least get a little something back for us being stranded on the highway and my bridal party even longer. I get things happen, but when you pay $500 for a service, it does get a bit pricey and you expect quality. Unfortunately I won’t be referring people to use White Knight because of this. I guess I’m just glad we are all safe.

The 14 passenger definitely does not fit 14 full sized adults....closer to 11 or 12. If your groomsmen are big, spring for a larger limo

We wanted an SUV limo for our wedding because we were tired of squeezing into a small limo for other weddings. White Knight had the best prices for what we wanted. Our driver was AWESOME! Our out door picture taking was cut short so we had extra time in the limo. He drove around downtown Grand Rapids honking the horn so everyone would notice us. We loved it!
