We knew we needed full planning services as we did not know the area and did not know where to start when it came to choosing vendors and design. Going into the process, we were completely overwhelmed. Once we chose White Lace and started working with Elena we were immediately put at ease. Elena understood us from the very beginning- turning our jumbled ideas into a cohesive plan and design. She guided us through the vendor choosing and design process with expertise while still honoring our vision and budget. I never had to worry about being behind or missing a detail because Elena was completely on top of it. Meticulous, well-informed, and always prepared, Elena was our fearless leader. I never thought I’d be one of those cliche brides, but my wedding was truly the best day of my life and it’s due to Krissie and her team. It was a completely stress free process (minus some venue issues we experienced with some unanticipated construction but again Krissie helped us navigate and ensure it had zero impact on the day); I had the BEST time and every detail was absolute perfection. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to - and they have been to a lot! I am still smiling! To start, I want to share that I was very skeptical going into the process of working with a wedding planner. Many friends and family members all expressed that I shouldn’t expect much from a planner but I’d be glad I had one for the day of coordination. Let me tell you how opposite my experience was from the moment we started working with Krissie over a year before our wedding day. From the beginning, Krissie was warm, attentive, made us feel important, and got us excited about planning. Krissie is exceptional at what she does. She is an excellent and timely communicator, is extremely organized, has relationships with amazing vendors, and has impeccable taste, By the end my mom and I (who can be quite opinionated) joked that we weren’t capable of making a decision without getting Krissie’s approval first - she truly became that trustworthy and we valued her opinions greatly. She has is incredibly patient and generous with her time; she offered up SO much of her time hopping on hours long calls to discuss everything from big decisions to minor details like spending probably too much time on the wording of the invites ;) ; she made sure all of our questions were answered and always made us feel comfortable. She also has this incredible capability to take the most vague unorganized thoughts I would have about a vision I had in mind and be able to somehow translate it into exactly what I was envisioning and more. And let me tell you, the day of the wedding was absolute magic! Every detail was perfect - the moment the ceremony was over, my husband and I were greeted with our own appetizers and our signature cocktails – what we didn’t eat, they made sure to put next to our plates at dinner to ensure we got to try all the delicious food we had selected! She was able to navigate the flow of the evening and make minor adjustments to the schedule because we all were just having way too much fun dancing to be interrupted. And the best touch…! The White Lace special! Coming back to our room to find two slices of cake waiting for us. I could continue on. Krissie is truly a dream to work with. I wish I had another wedding to plan just so I could keep talking to her :D.

Krissie assisted or guided me in every detail of my wedding (choosing vendors, invitations, design, setting up my entire wedding, telling me what to say to my bridesmaids, and SO much more). Krissie is extremely kind, focused, detail oriented, respectful and has so much experience and passion for her job. The two weeks leading up to my wedding there were a few significant last minute esthetic changes I decided I wanted and Krissie was so helpful in lining up potential vendors to make my vision come to life in an extremely short amount of time. I had always wanted to do a champagne tower but never really planned to add this in because my venue could not put it together. I brought this up in one of our final reviews and Krissie was more than flexible to jump in and execute this and it turned out exactly how I pictured, this was such a fun part of cocktail hour and also made for an amazing photo opportunity. Krissie was more than patience with me and extremely helpful. When it came to the wedding day it could not have gone more flawlessly, every detail was executed perfectly and I couldn't have been happier. Leading up to Krissie calmed any nerves and made sure I had nothing to worry about. Krissie and her team were overly prepared, organized, and in sync with one another. Krissie kept the schedule on track and coordinated all the vendors. She was very kind, warm, charismatic but also kept everyone in line, in a respectful way. Before my dad and I walked down the aisle Krissie had us pause and take in the moment, the sounds, the view, the smells, all the people that were there for us and really shifted me back into enjoying the moment and soaking it all in. As soon as we sat down Krissie had a sample of all the appetizers from cocktail hour brought to us and our favorite cocktail. She checked in with me throughout the evening but was also like a fly on the wall, never making a scene and working in the background. When the night was over and we went back to our room Krissie had organized for a piece of our wedding cake to be waiting for us, along with more late night bites. She also coordinated getting our card box and guest book back to us by the end of the night so no one had to worry about it. All of our wedding party and family had the best things to say about Krissie and her team. After the wedding I was upset with myself for not taking my husband and I's name cards with Mr and Mrs, when I sat down I made a mental note to grab them at the end of the night but totally forgot. I recently was re-going through our card box looking for something and found them in the card box, Krissie had put them in their to save them for us without me even telling her to do so, something that seems so simple but meant so much to me. I so strongly recommend White Lace for your wedding planning and am convinced it is the only reason our wedding day went so smoothly and without any issues. 10/5 stars, she brings your vision to life, executes the timeline and vendor management and sprinkles in joy, love and happiness (of course with reliability).

We are both residents and super busy - we would have never been able to pull this off without her expertise. On our actual wedding day, everything went so smoothly and all I remember from the day is being so blissfully happy and carefree. Of all of our vendors, Jessa was probably the most important part and definitely the highest value (I would pay more in retrospect knowing how crucial her role was in making our event so perfect!) the highest value. Everything about a wedding can be very overwhelming. Selecting your vendors, the thousands of emails you have to answer every week and trying to stay within your budget is not for the weak. You could have a 5 min phone call with Jessa and all your stress will go away. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely loves what she does. You could text her at 9pm and she will get right back to you. Of course there were all the small details that most wedding planners will remind you of, but I think the real magic of Jessa and her team is their relationships with vendors. I was lost when it came to finding vendors but Jessa sent us personalized lists based on our style/preference and it made things a million times easier. Not to mention, everyone you talk to LOVES Jessa. We knew we had an amazing wedding planner but where Jessa really shined was on our wedding day. The morning of our wedding we had to come up with a plan B for our outside ceremony due to that terrible word… rain! Jessa handled EVERYTHING. She made our plan B look like we had planned it for a year. Looking back, I would not have changed a thing. Jessa was the reason we now have memories that we will cherish forever and we are forever grateful to her and her team. Thank you for everything!!!!

She recommended vendors based on a two hour initial phone call getting to know us and what we would like our day to look and feel like. We ended up with the most incredible team and the most memorable day. And Krissie had all the documents a couple would ever need! I am a very organized person so this was SUPER helpful to us, having checklists and awareness so that we had all our ducks in a row from the beginning, through the middle, and to the end. I can't imagine having a wedding without her. She is someone we truly trust and honestly can't say enough wonderful things about her! She assured us that her team would handle all things big and small, even including knowing of any family dynamics just in case anything weird happens on the day of. She even made sure we ate, and boxed up several desserts for us to have for later. There was never a time where either of us were worried about a thing. Even if we emailed her with a single question no matter how big or small, she always responded with an email discussing an answer, never just a few sentences, but usually paragraphs of information, which always ended up answering more questions we would have had down the road had she not done that. You can just tell she absolutely loves what she does and it never felt like a bother to ask anything along the way. I could go on for ages but I have to stop eventually! We just simply love Krissie and the entire White Lace Team! You will not be disappointed, we promise!!!

it was and I would have been beyond stressed and unable to enjoy the day. I could not have asked for a more amazing wedding planner than Krissie. As soon as I spoke to Krissie on the phone for our consultation call, I knew I wanted her to be my wedding planner. She was warm, excited, engaging, caring and genuinely passionate about her career. We had a long engagement and she was responsive throughout our engagement and would answer all my frantic emails and random questions at midnight. She would constantly check in with me and see if I needed anything and ask if the vendors were communicating with me. She constantly went above and beyond in every single way for me. On the Monday before my wedding, Krissie and I had a 90 minute final planning call to go over the final timeline and she walked me and my mom through every step on the timeline. She could tell I was overwhelmed and a bit stressed and told me to breathe and just try to enjoy this time in my life. It meant so much to me that she took the time to calm me down and remind me of how special this time was. Krissie was so helpful during our rehearsal. She was patient and kind and understanding with our bridal party. We went through the rehearsal several times and we practiced our first kiss 3 times, which made me feel more comfortable. Krissie and her team were absolutely instrumental on the day of the wedding and the day truly could not have been possible without White Lace. She had me make a "Krissie corner" so that everything needed for the ceremony and reception was in one place ready to go. She and her team set everything up and the reception looked better than I even imagined. Krissie came and checked on me multiple times while I was getting hair and makeup ready to see how I was doing. At one point, we were even ahead of schedule with hair and makeup and I know that was all thanks to Krissie. I felt relaxed and calm while getting ready and not rushed at all. When my dad and I were about ready to walk down the aisle, he noticed there was some dirt/makeup on his suit jacket and Krissie pulled out a little blotting sponge and got rid of the schmutz! She was prepared for anything! As soon as the ceremony was over, she brought my husband and I drinks of our choice and constantly made sure we were hydrated and fed. She orchestrated the family and bridal party photos and made sure we were back on time for the grand entrance. She even took behind the scenes photos and sent them to me the next morning! Krissie and her team brought everything back up to our honeymoon suite so there was nothing for us to do at the end of the night. Everything was truly orchestrated perfectly and it could not have been better. Krissie's assistant Elena was amazing as well and took care of our dog, who was in our ceremony. She made sure he was fed and safe in his crate in our room. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Krissie and White Lace and she is truly the reason my wedding went so smoothly. My dad, who originally squawked at the idea of a wedding planner, even said he 1000% saw the value in Krissie and would use her again in a heartbeat. I am beyond grateful to Krissie and I cannot recommend her and White Lace enough to other couples. I promise you won't regret using White Lace as your wedding planner!!
