Thank you to Kari for our wedding day coordination! We opted for the month-of coordination package and we could not have been happier. To name the biggies: Kari coordinated bus transportation for all of our family and guests who were staying at 5 hotels, she planned the first look logistics, the vendor set up at the venue, and she also helped to plan our ceremony logistics. She was EXCELLENT with one of my more challenging family members and I greatly appreciated her taking the time to call and talk to them multiple times during the month of planning to go over and execute all the details they wanted for our wedding day-- and she did it all with a smile. We could not have done it without her and our only regret is not getting the complete wedding planning package for our wedding.

Hiring Kari was the best decision we made for our wedding! She took care of everything the day of and made it so stress free for us! She supported us through rescheduling due to COVID and continued to check in through our additional year of planning and provided great ideas and feedback on different aspects of the wedding. The day of was absolutely perfect, Kari handled everything and there was no doubt that everything was in great hands with her and her team managing vendors, timelines, decorations, etc. I am so grateful for her support and am sad I don't get to work with her anymore, than you for everything!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I picked the "month of" package with Kari and it was the biggest help in the world. She is extremely organized, kind, and passionate about her job - I knew I could trust her to help the day run smoothly. The wedding day itself was so busy but I didn't have to worry about anything. Kari took care of all the background things and I solely got to enjoy the day. I don't know what I would have done without her. I would highly recommend hiring a day-of coordinator for your wedding, but only if it's Kari!

If I could give Kari 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Having her be a part of our wedding day, was hands-down the best decision we could have ever made. I’ve been in the wedding industry as a planner myself for over 8 years, and I chose Kari to be a part of my day because I knew she would do an incredible job. Not a huge surprise to me, but she even surpassed my expectations. Having a covid wedding was extremely stressful,and she was a huge support throughout the whole process. It was discouraging at times to plan with the unknown of how the pandemic was going to affect our day, but Kari constantly kept us excited and positive- being our biggest cheerleader. Leading up to the day, Kari handled all vendor communication, to-do lists, decor lists, floor plans and timelines. On the day she used her incredible eye for design and styling skills to make my vision come to life. She kept my large bridal party on track so we didn’t skip a beat (Having 9 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen did not make this an easy task!) and most importantly, let me enjoy the day. Aside from marrying my best friend, the gift of her presence and hard work was the biggest gift I could have gotten. It’s so true that your wedding day flies by, so make sure you have someone who is there to handle the details. Please please take my word for it and hire Kari. She will go above and beyond for you so you can enjoy your day to the fullest.

I cannot say enough good things about Kari. Working with her was extremely helpful. She made our day perfect and flow exactly how I wanted. She went above and beyond my expectations. After the wedding, my friends and family kept talking about how helpful she was. She had helpful tips and suggestions along the entire planning process as well as being organized and on top of every detail. Thank you Kari!

There aren’t enough words to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for Kari, and everything that she provided with White Loon Events! As a bride, she completely took away the stress leading up to our big day. Not to mention we got married in the middle of a pandemic... She knew all of the details that were part of my wedding dream as well as I did. The timeline she put together for our special day was SEAMLESS!! She allowed time for everything we wanted, but also left some buffer room so we never felt rushed. I didn’t have to deal with any vendors we hired the entire month before the wedding, and let me tell you - that’s pure magic! From set up to tear down on day of, Kari and her team were all over it. It’s true what they say, the day goes by too quick. Can’t express enough how wonderful it was to have all of that stress taken away so my husband and I could enjoy every second of it. Best decision we made when planning our wedding! Forever thankful.

If you love details, Kari is your girl! Kari coordinated and planned my whole bridal shower and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! It was a French-market themed bridal shower (since I was engaged in Paris) - she thought it would be a perfect theme, which it was! She had the charcuterie boards to the macaroons and, of course, champagne! Kari enhanced every detail she planned at the party! She even had ice cubes with flowers in them - it was beautiful! I appreciated everything Kari did and how she thought of everything that went into a perfect bridal shower! She planned the games surrounding the theme and even had favors (mini bottles of wine with straws attached to them) for each of the guests! If you want every detail to be thought of, Kari is your planner! She never misses a step and always is two steps ahead. She truly makes any event even more special because you can fully trust that she thought of everything!

I want to start this review by saying that when my wife told me of her intention to hire a wedding coordinator, I was dead set in my opposition. My thought was the wedding costs were already piling up, and we had both discussed keeping a reasonable budget on our big day. That being said, we hired Kari from White Loon as a month of coordinator, meaning she had 30 days to prove her worth (from my perspective). My wife was in constant contact with Kari from the first day, but it wasn't until our two week meeting at the venue that I first met her. My first impression was that she definitely knows how the day of a wedding operates, and asks the questions that we didn't have all the answers to. She completely offloaded my wife of all vendor contact, and devised a week/day of event timeline based on our conversations. She was super responsive to emails, and appreciated being involved with any details we were still working out. She was there ironing out the ceremony details with us the night before the wedding, and really helped to ease my wife's nerves. The day of, I'll completely admit, was more chaotic than I ever expected. Kari was there to keep us on task, and remind us of what was coming up throughout the day. She had her hand in helping with anything and everything that arose, including using leftover greenery to decorate the arch above our wedding ceremony. Kari and her assistant worked tirelessly throughout the day, and it was a huge reason our wedding day was perfect. I don't like to admit when I am wrong, but now that I am married I figure I better get used to it... I was wrong thinking we could handle all the details, big and small, with family and friends helping. Everybody was instead able to enjoy the day as guests, and my wife and I didn't worry about a thing knowing that when something came up, Kari would handle it or ask us what we wanted to do. High praise for Kari and her services!!!

I absolutely loved having Kari plan my wedding! From the very beginning, she was so fun to work with. She was always very prompt in returning my emails and was VERY organized in her emails-which I really appreciated. She kept things moving along and was very organized, so that I never worried about missing deadlines or getting things booked. She listened to me and had great ideas to add to my wedding plan. She definitely has an eye for design, as her creative ideas really added a lot to my venue decor. I would highly recommend her to future brides!
