White Mountain Cider Company

White Mountain catered our wedding in August 2020. They were amazing to work with prior to the wedding, answering all my questions quickly and making custom adjustments to the menu so it was absolutely perfect and met a lot of dietary restrictions. Then COVID happened... White Mountain went above and beyond to make sure they could still accommodate our wedding within the restrictions and more to make sure our guests were safe and healthy. They added extra staff, served instead of doing a buffet, and so much more making me feel extremely comfortable without any extra cost for all the extra legwork. I can't recommend them enough and we are so excited to get to visit the restaurant on our anniversary in the future - a bonus!

We couldn't be happier with having Chef Teresa and the crew at White Mountain Cider Co cater our wedding. In the planning process, Teresa was easy to get a hold of and happy to spend time on the phone brainstorming ideas. She was incrediably accomodating with our menu tasting when a snow storm came in. The food is exceptional, the service warm and professional. Teresa and Kendra made certain that we felt comfortable, free to express any changes we wanted, and confident that our vision would come to life. On the day of the wedding, they blew us and our guests away with a delicious, locally-inspired menu, along with some favorites from their restaurant (seriously, get the duck!). Their servers were super professional, friendly, and helpful, making sure the bride and groom were eating (keeping our plates for us, bringing us apps before we could get to cocktail hour), and did a beautiful job setting up our tables. We can't wait to return to the restaurant many times in the future to enjoy their amazing food.

From the second we began the wedding planning process, my husband and I both placed having amazing food as a top priority - and White Mountain Cider Company delivered! Teresa worked with us to blend all of our favorite foods/flavors into a single coherent and delicious menu - everything from zataar roasted eggplant with freshly baked pita, to green curry shrimp, to the world's best goat cheese polenta. The most common quote from the night was "Oh my God, the XYZ was SO good!" - and every individual dish was named at some point by some person. It was all so very good. What I cannot stress enough is just how much Teresa worked with us to make sure that our personalities were reflected in the food that was served - and used her own (incredible) talent to ensure that it was a meal that worked together and not just a collection of our favorite foods. In addition to Teresa, the entire team was a pleasure to work with - the staff ensured that both my husband and I were well fed, and went above and beyond to remember certain things about our likes/dislikes (for example, giving my husband extra sauce to put on his rice without his requesting). White Mountain Cider Company was not only able to deliver on the big things, but also on all the little things, and were an integral part of making our wedding exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

The White Mountain Cider Company catered our wedding flawlessly! The food was spectacular and really made our day extraordinary because not only are we in love we love to eat. From the hors d'oeuvre to the desserts everyone raved about each course! Teresa, the head chef and owner asked all about our favorite dishes and she created a magnificent feast that fit our outdoor summer wedding theme perfectly. Teresa is truly a gifted artist/chef and blew our minds with her creative and innovative menu and execution of every dish! We love to eat at her restaurant and hope to celebrate many an anniversary there! A thousand thank yous to Teresa and her staff for making our day spectacular!
