are the most organized. Kathy, the owner, doesn’t actually check her email, though they have an online contact us page on the website. We had originally put in a request on the website and never heard back before we called to get more information. Because they are a cupcake retail store, if you're not local and don’t know what flavors you may like, you could struggle with deciding on flavors. We live a couple hours away and had gotten cupcakes when we were in the area meeting with other vendors, but when we went for a tasting, we had the option of a few cupcake flavors to try. For our tasting, we did ask for a special flavor to be made that day so we could try it, which Kathy was happy to do for us. We decided on a chocolate cake with strawberry filling and cream cheese frosting, with a gold mountain design painted on it for our cutting cake, which came out beautiful! Our cupcake flavors were chocolate peanut butter, vanilla/vanilla with sprinkles of our wedding colors, maple bacon, and pumpkin cheesecake. We rented their wood slice display and they delivered everything and set it up, but we found out afterwards that the driver had gotten to Loon (40 miles away from the bakery and potentially 2+ hour drive one way during foliage season in the White Mountains) and had to go back because they forgot things. We were also stressed during our reception because we were sitting next to the cake table during dinner and it looked like half of our cupcakes were not there because they wee scattered on the table in between the wood slices. This was after we had been told about the turning around issue and couldn’t get up to count them at the moment, so we were scrambling trying to make sure everything was fine. Again, everything turned out fine and was delicious, but was a bit stressful working with them.

h was helpful to Cathy and once I started describing what I wanted she starting drawing and the process was so easy. In addition to the cake I ordered cupcakes which we were able to sample for a small fee which also included a beverage of choice. I also ordered a Grooms cake that was a surprise for my hubby that I also designed with Cathy. Throughout the process Cathy and her partners kept in touch and were very quick to get back to me to answer any questions or concerns I had. The week prior Cathy called me in a panic stating that the eatable decal I provided for the Grooms cake had crumbled when she attempted to put it on a piece of fondant. She was so upset and was so apologetic. I reassured her that I could easily get another made and get it to her by the weekend. When I delivered the new decal she gave me the biggest hug and stated "you are the most calmest and sweetest bride I have ever worked with, thank you!" The cakes and cupcakes were delivered and set up exactly the way I wanted and everything was delicious. I can't praise them enough for their warm, friendly,and professional service and the outstanding job they did in creating the best looking and tasting cakes and cupcakes for our wedding!

y 60 and were priced over $300 for a plain 3 tier cake, no sort of coloring or designs were included in this pricing. TO have the piping and coloring we would have been looking at at least $100 more on top of that. We ended up getting a cake elsewhere, for only $250 with all the coloring and piping just as we wanted it.

Cupcake Wars was televised. When we saw they won, we called immediately after to reserve the date. We met with the owner, Kathy, and tested a few cupcakes to see which ones we wanted to choose. Kathy helped us with how many we needed to feed everyone at the wedding, and they even offer a “Mt. Washington” cupcake as the huge cupcake that the bride and groom can cut together. They set up the cupcakes beautifully and once we cut into our cake – the cupcakes went SO fast. We could have ordered a few extra dozen and it still wouldn’t have been enough. They were all delicious! If you want cupcakes in the Jackson area, White Mountain Cupcakery is the way to go!

They incorporated our colors and our theme beautifully, delivered and set up the cake table for us and did it all with a smile and for a great price! Much less than we would have paid for a regular cake. Plus, it was so fun to have cupcakes! Great job!
