We had planned for an outdoor ceremony, but we had rain. Kathy and Dave were ready just in case to have the ceremony inside, and it went beautifully as a result. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a fun location to get married.

The owners had many connections as well, so they knew what sorts of vendors we could use in the area, such as catering, bartending, and photography. Kathy was extremely accommodating the day of the wedding as well. She helped my dad and I know exactly when our cue was to walk down the aisle in accordance to our music :) now the venue itself is BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely stunning. All of our guests were in awe of how beautifully modeled the barn was, especially on the inside. And the arbor where we got married was everything I could have wanted + more. The vines, as well as the arch, were beyond beautiful. Overall, having our wedding at WPG was a fairytale. I can’t thank the owners enough for all that they helped us with. ♥️

self is beautifully crafted. There's a large kitchen, plenty of fridge space, electrical outlets inside and out, and a sound system. The best thing about WPG, though, was the owners! Kathy was so helpful in planning our day, working out behind the scenes issues, coordinating with vendors, and thinking of details that my husband and I might have missed. We keep saying the best decision we made for our wedding was to book White Pine Grove. I'd choose it a hundred times over!

the venue. Enough space for everyone to dance and have fun. I used Kathy as an event coordinator as well and it was 1000 times helpful. The day went so smooth without any problems. Not a single thing I had to worry about the day of!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

possible! The venue is so gorgeous that the only decoration you really need to purchase ahead of time is decorations for the tables! (although the tables are so beautiful you might not even need those!) There is so much natural light that floods into the barn through big windows that your pictures will look amazing from any angle, at any time of the day! There are multiple locations for the ceremony, indoor and outdoor. We decided to have ours indoor in case of weather difficulty (thank you Ohio) and Kathy and her husband accommodated us with no issues! There are also countless areas to have pictures taken! A little tip : me and my husband snuck away for 15 minutes during the reception to go get some "golden hour" pictures while the sun was setting, and with the backdrop that the bright green field laced with trees offers, we looked like we were in a fairytale! If you are on the fence about going with this venue or another one, I can say with 100% confidence that White Pine Grove will give you a magical wedding day. Thank you Kathy!!!!!

Kathy herself was such a joy through the whole process. She was more than accommodating--easy to communicate with, professional, and so lovely. You really feel like you're a part of the White Pine Grove family. I would highly recommend using her as your day-of coordinator too.

(You can also rent tents and outdoor seating from them, which is an added bonus versus having to get another company to haul things to the venue to set up)

The rolling hills, the plants, flowers, vineyard, the rustic and welcoming barn, and all the intricate details show the time, energy, and love that has been poured into the venue. Kathy kept in good communication with my mom and I through the planning process, and she offered a good amount of decorations to put up around the venue, which is just what we were looking for. The day before the wedding went very smoothly and Kathy was readily available to help with whatever we needed. There was the option to use a tent if it were to rain, but we had a perfect weather wise (and in all other regards) day. It was also neat to see the way our videographer, Diego Santamaria, the photographer, Aliyah Burton, the DJ, Kurt Kershner, the decorator/florist, Tammy Reel, the cake designer, Sophie Laub, worked together, as they had done on a few other occasions as well. We were glad with all the vendors we chose! It worked out that many were already friends, and became even better friends through the day.

I will ALWAYS recommend White Pine Grove because of the extraordinary work of Kathy and her family in helping make my wedding day the best day of my life!!

day beautiful. I used a lot of the decorations the venue had, which made it easier, with less to worry about. They made sure to keep guests safe and comfortable with Covid-19 guidelines, and were so helpful with letting me know what was required. I wanted a specific pallet decoration for a timeline and was going to make it myself - and Kathy made not one but two! That is the kind of amazing, supportive place this venue is. We all loved working with them. We got married under the grape arbor in October and it was gorgeous. We loved the getting ready space for the girls and guys, and all the beautiful picture opportunities around. Highly recommend White Pine Grove!

make the day perfect. There's so many places to take photos (around the property or up the road). Our wedding was in July (aka sweltering hot), but the central air in the barn and a tent outside made it extremely comfortable. We couldn't have been happier with White Pine Grove.

time outdoors, it was great to come back to a climate-controlled barn. With plenty of parking space, indoor plumbing, heat, and air conditioning, the wedding guests definitely stayed comfortable and had a great time here. The inside of the barn set up well for a large reception after the wedding. There was plenty of space for tables with food, but we also had a blast dancing around for hours. The options are endless at White Pine Grove, and it is the best location around to have a one-of-a-kind wedding! I highly recommend this venue.
