White Pine Grove

de the whole day run so smoothly. I also never hesitated to contact her with questions before our day as she was extremely willing to help and answered all of my questions within just a short amount of time. Her husband was also super helpful and they are both such nice people! I highly recommend booking with them!

I honestly felt like Kathy had been a life long friend or part of the family throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend White Pine Grove!!!

y great and caring people the Laubs are. Kathy was there every step of the way and took care of all our needs and desires to make our daughters day special! Her care for us and our family and daughter and son in law went above and beyond, and we would so recommend this venue but more importantly these people to anyone having a wedding! My family will have perfect memories or our daughters big day forever thanks to them, I have two more daughters and would love to have their weddings there also!!!!!!

ore our wedding, and they were so kind and helpful in ways we didn’t even know we needed. A wedding can be stressful but they took the stress right out of it. And incredibly accommodating with our circumstances. The venue itself was breathtaking and once I saw it I knew it was the place for us to start our forever. I am so grateful we found a gem like the White Pine Grove. You can tell they care about the people involved, it’s not just another wedding to do. They are kind to the core, and these days that is hard to find.

dors in order, timeline, ceremony, and so much more! It was such a perfect team! The barn is stunning and I wouldn't change a thing with how our wedding day went! Thank you so much for making our wedding day run smoothly! ❤️❤️

ator as well! Kathy was amazing to work with, she answered all our questions and was great with communication. She makes your day go smoothly and helps wherever she can! Our wedding was 9/23 and it was perfect 😊

l. There is plenty of parking and grassy areas for a cocktail hour, yard games, and more. The groom's cabin is great and separate from where the girls get ready. Inside the barn is beautiful! Kathy, owner and day of coordinator, was amazing! She was easy to work with, communicated well, and was pleasant and accommodating. All of this at a great price. Only two things to keep in mind - 1) there is a bit of an echo in the barn and 2) it is a bit remote (which makes it beautiful) and some vendors may not want to travel that far or charge a travel fee. I highly recommend White Pine Grove.

communicating with the photographer and DJ. I’m so thankful for Kathy’s help and experience. She made my whole day go so smoothly. The land is gorgeous. The barn is gorgeous. Everything is in such beautiful condition and she takes wonderfully care of the property. We are both so thankful to have had you for our wedding day ❤️

ll of the details for the day, they were clear to communicate with us so our day could flow well and be as beautiful as possible, and they had the most hospitable and kind personalities! 100% recommend if you are from the Ohio area!

nts on how beautiful the barn was. Kathy also worked as the day of event coordinator. She was so helpful both before the wedding and on the wedding day. She took so much stress off our plates as we got close to the wedding day through all her efforts. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony, but we had rain. Kathy and Dave were ready just in case to have the ceremony inside, and it went beautifully as a result. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a fun location to get married.

xtremely organized. They made the whole experience of wedding planning so much easier and very personalized to what my husband, myself and our families were looking for. The owners had many connections as well, so they knew what sorts of vendors we could use in the area, such as catering, bartending, and photography. Kathy was extremely accommodating the day of the wedding as well. She helped my dad and I know exactly when our cue was to walk down the aisle in accordance to our music :) now the venue itself is BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely stunning. All of our guests were in awe of how beautifully modeled the barn was, especially on the inside. And the arbor where we got married was everything I could have wanted + more. The vines, as well as the arch, were beyond beautiful. Overall, having our wedding at WPG was a fairytale. I can’t thank the owners enough for all that they helped us with. ♥️

orable. The grooms cabin is another plus. The reception area is spacious and the table layout is perfect. But to top it off the best part is Kathy. She helps your special day flow so smoothly. She is a very special person and she is a blessing to have. I can’t thank her enough for all that she helped us with. Thanks again for making my daughters wedding day amazing.

o road noise during our ceremony!) and the inside of the barn itself is beautifully crafted. There's a large kitchen, plenty of fridge space, electrical outlets inside and out, and a sound system. The best thing about WPG, though, was the owners! Kathy was so helpful in planning our day, working out behind the scenes issues, coordinating with vendors, and thinking of details that my husband and I might have missed. We keep saying the best decision we made for our wedding was to book White Pine Grove. I'd choose it a hundred times over!

nd to make the day special. You won't regret having your wedding at White Pine Grove!!

e tell you we did not have one complaint. Everyone complimented the venue. Enough space for everyone to dance and have fun. I used Kathy as an event coordinator as well and it was 1000 times helpful. The day went so smooth without any problems. Not a single thing I had to worry about the day of!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

end over backward to make sure your big day goes as smoothly as possible! The venue is so gorgeous that the only decoration you really need to purchase ahead of time is decorations for the tables! (although the tables are so beautiful you might not even need those!) There is so much natural light that floods into the barn through big windows that your pictures will look amazing from any angle, at any time of the day! There are multiple locations for the ceremony, indoor and outdoor. We decided to have ours indoor in case of weather difficulty (thank you Ohio) and Kathy and her husband accommodated us with no issues! There are also countless areas to have pictures taken! A little tip : me and my husband snuck away for 15 minutes during the reception to go get some "golden hour" pictures while the sun was setting, and with the backdrop that the bright green field laced with trees offers, we looked like we were in a fairytale! If you are on the fence about going with this venue or another one, I can say with 100% confidence that White Pine Grove will give you a magical wedding day. Thank you Kathy!!!!!

have received so many compliments including, "this is the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to," "this venue is SO cool," etc. If you want to have a perfect day with smooth coordination done by the venue owner itself, come here. If you want to wow your guests and have the wedding of your dreams CHOOSE White Pine Grove.

orchard (where we had our ceremony) and on the other side by an arbor (where we had our cocktail hour). Each space is beautiful, and Kathy knows just what to do to bring each to life with curated (by her!) antique furniture, flowers, and greenery. Kathy herself was such a joy through the whole process. She was more than accommodating--easy to communicate with, professional, and so lovely. You really feel like you're a part of the White Pine Grove family. I would highly recommend using her as your day-of coordinator too.

ad and very flexible (the original plan was to be married in 2020, but plans had to change due to the pandemic). The venue is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. We would definitely recommend White Pine Grove to anyone looking for their wedding venue!

big event she was reaching out and contacting all of my other vendors to help make sure that things ran smoothly! I would recommend White Pine Grove to anyone for any event. It's elegant and spacious by itself, and the Laubs were so great to work with. (You can also rent tents and outdoor seating from them, which is an added bonus versus having to get another company to haul things to the venue to set up)

was my own wedding over 20 years ago and organizing our sons wedding was quite different. I appreciated the recommendations Kathy gave and I’m happy to say the wedding was perfect!

iful. Not only my husband and I, but I am certain everyone who attended could attest to that! The rolling hills, the plants, flowers, vineyard, the rustic and welcoming barn, and all the intricate details show the time, energy, and love that has been poured into the venue. Kathy kept in good communication with my mom and I through the planning process, and she offered a good amount of decorations to put up around the venue, which is just what we were looking for. The day before the wedding went very smoothly and Kathy was readily available to help with whatever we needed. There was the option to use a tent if it were to rain, but we had a perfect weather wise (and in all other regards) day. It was also neat to see the way our videographer, Diego Santamaria, the photographer, Aliyah Burton, the DJ, Kurt Kershner, the decorator/florist, Tammy Reel, the cake designer, Sophie Laub, worked together, as they had done on a few other occasions as well. We were glad with all the vendors we chose! It worked out that many were already friends, and became even better friends through the day.

anning my wedding and the venue itself is stunning it looks like something out of a fairytale! They made sure my husband and I where able to HAVE FUN and didn’t have to worry about any minor details because she was ON IT! I will ALWAYS recommend White Pine Grove because of the extraordinary work of Kathy and her family in helping make my wedding day the best day of my life!!

ut things, sharing what decoration tips she had, and making the day beautiful. I used a lot of the decorations the venue had, which made it easier, with less to worry about. They made sure to keep guests safe and comfortable with Covid-19 guidelines, and were so helpful with letting me know what was required. I wanted a specific pallet decoration for a timeline and was going to make it myself - and Kathy made not one but two! That is the kind of amazing, supportive place this venue is. We all loved working with them. We got married under the grape arbor in October and it was gorgeous. We loved the getting ready space for the girls and guys, and all the beautiful picture opportunities around. Highly recommend White Pine Grove!

my guest were impressed by the beauty of the venue! I would recommend this venue to all couples!!

ecial day and were very accommodating for any special requests we had.

that you're not tied to any theme. Your wedding theme could be romantic, rustic, modern, vintage..anything. DEFINITELY check it out!!!

so helpful and welcoming, and willing to bend over backwards to make the day perfect. There's so many places to take photos (around the property or up the road). Our wedding was in July (aka sweltering hot), but the central air in the barn and a tent outside made it extremely comfortable. We couldn't have been happier with White Pine Grove.

very nice. The owners are also some of the sweetest people—very accommodating and helpful. We have had many people comment to us on how unique and beautiful the occasion was, all thanks to the venue. We had nothing but a positive experience there and would highly recommend the facility to anyone!

akes for wonderful backdrops for wedding photos. After spending time outdoors, it was great to come back to a climate-controlled barn. With plenty of parking space, indoor plumbing, heat, and air conditioning, the wedding guests definitely stayed comfortable and had a great time here. The inside of the barn set up well for a large reception after the wedding. There was plenty of space for tables with food, but we also had a blast dancing around for hours. The options are endless at White Pine Grove, and it is the best location around to have a one-of-a-kind wedding! I highly recommend this venue.
