About this vendor
At White Pine Manor, our heartfelt desire is to provide an affordable yet timeless wedding venue limited only by your imagination. Every detail of our venue was intentionally designed to create a beautiful, stress-free wedding experience centered around you and your loved ones.
Our main goal in building White Pine Manor was simple: reduce stress and make the engagement season enjoyable again. We know wedding planning can quickly become overwhelming, so we created a venue experience that helps couples slow down, enjoy the process, and focus on what truly matters — celebrating their love story.
Because we believe your wedding day should never feel rushed, every rental includes access beginning 24 hours before your wedding day and your entire wedding day to decorate, celebrate, and fully enjoy every special moment with family and friends.
To make planning easier, every couple receives time with an experienced designer before the wedding day. We love helping brides bring their vision to life while making the planning process feel exciting instead of stressful.
We are also proud to offer an extensive inventory of wedding décor, greenery, and faux florals for our couples to use. Not only does this help reduce waste and protect the environment through reuse, but it also helps couples save money on decorations that would otherwise only be used for a single day. Many of our wonderful brides even donate décor after their weddings to “pay it forward” to future couples — something we absolutely love.
To create the best atmosphere for photography, we collaborated with professional photographers while designing the venue. Our bright white interior and east-facing orientation provide beautiful natural lighting and stunning photo clarity throughout the day.
We also offer a private bridal suite, a spacious caterer’s kitchen, climate-controlled facilities, indoor restrooms, and dimmable lighting throughout the venue to create the perfect ambiance for your celebration.
Our cathedral ceilings were chosen in honor of my mother, who always believed they looked like arms reaching toward heaven. I could not imagine anything more beautiful above you as you begin your new life together.
One of our favorite features is the large barn door separating the lobby from the main venue. Once your guests are seated and the music begins, the doors open dramatically as your bridal party and you make your grand entrance.
For outdoor ceremonies, we offer a beautiful wedding space just beyond our back patio, surrounded by peaceful creeks on both sides for a naturally romantic setting.

One magical month ago, my husband and I got married at this fanatical, incredible venue. The White Pine Manor is simply stunning. The breathtaking venue was an absolute dream come ...
true location nestled at the crossroads of nature, elegance, and rustic romance. It is a space that captures not only everyone’s attention, but captures everyone’s hearts and spirits, too. It is a zone of love because the owners, Jo Ann and her husband John, are such genuine stewards of the space their attention to detail and connection shines through.
My friends and family loved the White Pine Manor’s location as well, and the space easily accommodated the 65 guests we had for the wedding. I couldn’t tell which area I loved more - the inside or the out! Both are crafted and handled with so much care and attention, that I pinch myself to think of how lucky we were to have found it! But really, it’s more like the perfect venue found us ;)
I would recommend White Pine Manor for more than just weddings - every season this venue shines and there are so many different ways to make it your own. I could absolutely this spaced used for any and all significant events in life!
And I will be coming back!!

thtaking scenery, impeccable grounds, and beautifully designed spaces created the perfect backdrop for our celebration.
What truly sets this venue apart, however, is the owner. Jo Ann is a remarkable host who goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients shines through in everything she does. She took the time to understand our vision and helped us execute it flawlessly, offering invaluable advice and support throughout the planning process.
Every guest raved about how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly everything went, thanks to Jo Ann. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand affair, this venue and its owner will make your wedding’s day unforgettable. We cannot recommend White Pine Manor enough—it truly is a dream come true!

I can not express enough that Joann is a steward of celebration. It's truly a blessing to find someone who is not only dedicated to celebrate happy moments in life but also finds ...
passion in it. A huge heart too, we felt so taken care of. She knows her community well and we were planning this wedding from out of state and her knowledge and links with the community were beyond helpful!
We had our wedding during the Solar eclipse, there were some wedding crashers and she came just in time to save the day when they refused to leave! Like a super hero swooping in - but knowing her i'm sure she gave them some great recs. of were to also see the eclipse because she's just that kind!
Just an amazing venue also - stunning. Just like a dream come true!
I happened to be quite busy taking up as much over time hours i could. My husband did A LOT of the planning and Joann's communication with him was helpful and he felt confident in the communications. I wish I got to get to know Joann more when planning, but I'm so grateful that she was just as eager to work with the groom.
Joann thought of everything and more! She had a barrel of blankets in clase things got cold (april weather - we had snow just days before) and setting up the tables and sweetheart table.
Just so kind and thoughtful. Our wedding couldn't have been better thanks to you Joann!

Jo Ann made the entire wedding planning process a breeze! My husband and I are high school sweethearts. We picked our date to be on our 10th dating anniversary, 09.29.23. We booked...
with her 18 months in advance to our wedding date. Within those 18 months, she regularly checked in with me and my now husband with our plans, our wedding vision and shared updates about the wonderful additions she added to the venue. She truly values your thoughts and questions and understands that wedding planning is not easy. We were planning our wedding while completing our Masters’ degrees, so Jo Ann helped keep us on track with everything. Her guidance played a huge role in the overall outcome and beauty of our wedding day. Her thoughtfulness is visible in every aspect of White Pine Manor. She has an eye for detail and practicality that made a huge difference when she designed the venue. We were blown away with how her mission to help couples make memories while planning their big day and take the stress out of the process. Jo Ann welcomed us regularly to the venue to see our plans come to life and during that time spent with her, she encompassed us with compassion, support and encouragement. These attributes made me begin to refer to her as a fairy godmother. Being around her and watching your wedding come together is a magical process. We are forever grateful for the experience and partnership we shared with her.
Jo Ann was amazing to work with and she did a beautiful job setting up our perfect wedding. We loved everything about White Pine Manor.

he amazing wooden chairs for the guests- there's history and meaning all over the venue. But the real heart and soul is the owner who truly cares about the people who walk through her doors. She thinks of everything and goes above and beyond in every way she can. She tries to make sure that you have as little as possible to worry about. She even sets up the parking with thought and care so that guests' accessibility needs are considered. For my wedding, I had so many compliments about the decorations and overall venue. I saved so much time, money, and sanity by using White Pine Manor. If I could give my experience 10 stars, I would.

I felt very special to be in a venue owned by someone who cares so deeply about young people who need an affordable option to host a wedding. It’s affordability came with charm and elegance and a wonderful coordinator. We could not have chosen a better location!

er was ever so helpful in every way she could be including finding me a dj the day before my wedding because mine canceled on us! It is a beautiful place, helpful people, and I couldn't ask for a more beautiful wedding!! If I was going to ask for something more it would be that it had an actual room for the groom and Groomsmen to get ready in but they fit in the bathrooms just fine!!
Excellent service, communication, beautiful venue! Jo Ann was amazing to work with! All my guests were in awe of the venue, and it was affordable!! We highly recommend!!

s way more helpful and caring and kind than you could hope for, she went above and beyond for us to help our day be what we wanted. She met us for multiple last minute appointments to go through things and give me peace of mind. She has so much decor to use, and it’s always decorated so beautifully. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a more helpful and kind person to help. The barn is as breath taking on the inside as the property is on the outside. And when the sun sets and all the lights are in the back, your heart stops. We truly can’t recommend White Pine Manor enough, if we could do it again, we would definitely still use them. We will for sure be recommending White Pine Manor to everyone we know for weddings and events.

's wedding dreams to fruition!Joann went above and beyond serving us with grace and kindness. She is driven to serve her clients. We felt like our wedding as important her as if it were her own wedding. I honestly cannot say enough about the White Pine Manor as the perfect venue for anyone who wants to have a beautiful, small to medium sized wedding. It was big enough for our needs and small enough for an intimate feeling. Joann has tried to think of everything to make her mission and vision come true! We were even able to have a catered rehearsal dinner in another beautiful on site building. She recommended a wonderful caterer as well! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts White Pine Manor!💜
