At White Pine Manor, our heartfelt desire is to provide an affordable yet timeless wedding venue limited only by your imagination. Every detail of our venue was intentionally designed to create a beautiful, stress-free wedding experience centered around you and your loved ones.
Our main goal in building White Pine Manor was simple: reduce stress and make the engagement season enjoyable again. We know wedding planning can quickly become overwhelming, so we created a venue experience that helps couples slow down, enjoy the process, and focus on what truly matters — celebrating their love story.
Because we believe your wedding day should never feel rushed, every rental includes access beginning 24 hours before your wedding day and your entire wedding day to decorate, celebrate, and fully enjoy every special moment with family and friends.
To make planning easier, every couple receives time with an experienced designer before the wedding day. We love helping brides bring their vision to life while making the planning process feel exciting instead of stressful.
We are also proud to offer an extensive inventory of wedding décor, greenery, and faux florals for our couples to use. Not only does this help reduce waste and protect the environment through reuse, but it also helps couples save money on decorations that would otherwise only be used for a single day. Many of our wonderful brides even donate décor after their weddings to “pay it forward” to future couples — something we absolutely love.
To create the best atmosphere for photography, we collaborated with professional photographers while designing the venue. Our bright white interior and east-facing orientation provide beautiful natural lighting and stunning photo clarity throughout the day.
We also offer a private bridal suite, a spacious caterer’s kitchen, climate-controlled facilities, indoor restrooms, and dimmable lighting throughout the venue to create the perfect ambiance for your celebration.
Our cathedral ceilings were chosen in honor of my mother, who always believed they looked like arms reaching toward heaven. I could not imagine anything more beautiful above you as you begin your new life together.
One of our favorite features is the large barn door separating the lobby from the main venue. Once your guests are seated and the music begins, the doors open dramatically as your bridal party and you make your grand entrance.
For outdoor ceremonies, we offer a beautiful wedding space just beyond our back patio, surrounded by peaceful creeks on both sides for a naturally romantic setting.

true location nestled at the crossroads of nature, elegance, and rustic romance. It is a space that captures not only everyone’s attention, but captures everyone’s hearts and spirits, too. It is a zone of love because the owners, Jo Ann and her husband John, are such genuine stewards of the space their attention to detail and connection shines through.
My friends and family loved the White Pine Manor’s location as well, and the space easily accommodated the 65 guests we had for the wedding. I couldn’t tell which area I loved more - the inside or the out! Both are crafted and handled with so much care and attention, that I pinch myself to think of how lucky we were to have found it! But really, it’s more like the perfect venue found us ;)
I would recommend White Pine Manor for more than just weddings - every season this venue shines and there are so many different ways to make it your own. I could absolutely this spaced used for any and all significant events in life!

We had our wedding during the Solar eclipse, there were some wedding crashers and she came just in time to save the day when they refused to leave! Like a super hero swooping in - but knowing her i'm sure she gave them some great recs. of were to also see the eclipse because she's just that kind!

I happened to be quite busy taking up as much over time hours i could. My husband did A LOT of the planning and Joann's communication with him was helpful and he felt confident in the communications. I wish I got to get to know Joann more when planning, but I'm so grateful that she was just as eager to work with the groom.

Her guidance played a huge role in the overall outcome and beauty of our wedding day. Her thoughtfulness is visible in every aspect of White Pine Manor. She has an eye for detail and practicality that made a huge difference when she designed the venue. We were blown away with how her mission to help couples make memories while planning their big day and take the stress out of the process. he amazing wooden chairs for the guests- there's history and meaning all over the venue. But the real heart and soul is the owner who truly cares about the people who walk through her doors. She thinks of everything and goes above and beyond in every way she can. She tries to make sure that you have as little as possible to worry about. She even sets up the parking with thought and care so that guests' accessibility needs are considered. For my wedding, I had so many compliments about the decorations and overall venue. She met us for multiple last minute appointments to go through things and give me peace of mind. She has so much decor to use, and it’s always decorated so beautifully.
