White Pines Entertainment

r guests. Thank you for being a special part of our day!!

positively! My husband and I were really pleased with White Pines' already-existing repertoire--beautiful classical music, and really fun arrangements of popular songs (we never expected that we'd get to have a Sigur Ros song for our wedding party's processional!). When we were deciding on a song for us to walk down the aisle to, we requested an arrangement of a kind of obscure song that we both love and White Pines emailed us back almost instantaneously--they could get the arrangement (for a surprisingly reasonable fee!) and were happy to play it for us. That kind of service was above and beyond what we could have expected. Michelle was incredibly lovely to work with--extremely responsive and informative, and dedicated to making sure the quartet was incorporated smoothly and stress-free into our ceremony. The planning stage was in-depth and thoughtful, which meant that, on the day of the wedding, Michelle and the other musicians were able to set up and get ready without adding an ounce of worry to our day. (We especially appreciated Michelle working with us and our officiant to make sure all of our questions were answered.) All of the musicians were extraordinarily professional--even when a couple of minutes of surprise rain interrupted our cocktail hour. We couldn't recommend White Pines more to add a special touch to a ceremony!

ere looking for. Also, very responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process, even with music requests!

how talented the musicians were. We had several custom requests and the trio performed each song perfectly. Michelle was responsive, thorough, and a joy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend White Pines Entertainment for all string duo/trio/quartet etc. needs. Thank you, White Pines!!

, we did a hand fasting ceremony and picked an Irish song that was played lightly while each parent came and wrapped a ribbon around our hands. Every song started and stopped perfectly and they coordinated with our officiant so we didn't have to provide any instructions on cues etc. Our guests said they were impressed and enjoyed having live music to listen to during cocktail hour. Would highly recommend!

helle was extremely responsive and clear with all the details we needed to set up for our big day. We loved having them be apart of our day and would highly recommend for anyone looking for musicians for any event!

didn’t even bat an eye when we requested the quartet play Star Wars and Harry Potter before the ceremony started. Their prices are extremely competitive too and Michelle is one of the most responsive vendors ever. Thank you again!

lle, who was great to work with. She was so responsive and nice. Their music was beautiful and added so much to the wedding. Highly recommend!

nd book them today! You won't regret it! Backstory: I found White Pines in an unusual way. I had been working with a different group, Renaissance Strings, (RS) and they were extremely difficult to work with. (I only mention their name because I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through!) Long story short, I ended up having to fire RS two weeks out from my wedding date because they didn't listen to me and they weren't respectful of my opinion. I've literally never fired anyone in my life, but I was so sick of being treated badly. I found White Pines and literally hired them less than two weeks out from my wedding! It was an amazing difference working with White Pines. They listened to everything I had to say, they gave me so many options for music, and let me completely customize my day. White Pines went above and beyond for me! I was shocked at how amazing they were. I was communicating with Michelle at White Pines, who was extremely nice, professional, responded to emails fast, and above all, I could tell that she actually cared about what I had to say, which was so welcome after having such a negative experience with RS. Michelle was very caring, supportive, and accommodating. What took me weeks to accomplish with RS was solved in one simple email with Michelle. On the day of my wedding, White Pines played an absolutely beautiful set of music. Everyone complimented them. I got to walk down the aisle to my song, and it was pure magic. I can't say enough good things about Michelle & the White Pines team. I will be forever grateful that they were able to help me so last minute & that they did an absolutely phenomenal job! Please hire them for your wedding, you'll be so happy that you did!

as one of the things I was excited about most on my wedding day, and they delivered an awesome performance. They accommodated all of my song requests and their sound is breathtaking!

ommendations. The online planning form kept all the details organized and I appreciated that the duet came prepared and did not require anything from me the day of. I liked having the flexibility of classical music, popular music, or even a mix of the two. I highly recommend them!

easonable price. YES-Book then now!

r ceremony. Highly recommend.

I had so many people come up to me afterward to tell me how much it really added to my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. 100% recommend.

relude and ceremony itself. They were prompt, professional, and talented. I would recommend their services for anyone looking for ceremony music!

ed a Coldplay song and sent it to us by email, to give us an idea of what it would sound like as a string ensemble! The musicians traveled all the way to The Toledo Zoo in the middle of a snow storm, we can’t thank them enough! The string duet was so beautiful, it made me ugly cry so much I couldn’t even walk down the aisle right away. If you’re thinking about booking live music, you HAVE to book them! I can’t reccomend them enough!

n happier with how everything turned out.

emony an unforgettable fairy tale. In addition to being a fabulous musician, Michelle was very responsive and professional. The musicians traveled all the way to Mackinac Island and performed beautifully throughout the entire ceremony. Thank you again, White Pines Entertainment, for being such an important part of our ceremony!

ail hour to a stunning and entertaining part of the day. I’m so happy White Pines was able to work with me to get a string trio last minute, and they were the perfect exquisite addition. The value of adding a string accompaniment to your wedding is unmatched, and we were receiving compliments well into the night for their performances. We asked them to play classical during the ceremony, and popular music during the cocktail hour. They even took requests from our guests! Such a wonderful addition and rounded out the beautiful day. Thanks Michelle and White Pines!

temporary and traditional songs to choose from. The musicians were very punctual and professional.

est ensemble in our area! Michelle was quick with correspondence, responding almost immediately to any inquiries/questions/concerns I had. Their repertoires are extensive, including a well rebounded mixture of classical and modern. Plus they are affordable, we were able to stay within our budget. Our guests were impressed with the musical skills of the trio. Thank you for being a part of or big day!

tions. They played all the songs beautifully and made the ceremony and cocktail hour extra special. They have class, professionalism and are truly talented. Thank you!

ought they did an excellent job and made the whole event feel more elegant. Before the wedding, they were also super communicative and helpful, which was very appreciated as a busy bride! Would definitely hire them again!!

then I found Michelle and she was more than willing to make my dreams reality. I thought I had some really odd ideas and I wasn’t sure if they would even work out, but Michelle made it happen. I sent them specific arrangements for cello/piano duet and cello quartet and asked if we could make them work. Michelle was absolutely amazing and was more than willing to work with me. She even had a completely custom arrangement for a cello quartet arranged for us and it was absolutely perfect. Working with Michelle was seriously the BEST. She was so helpful and made something I thought could only work in my dreams a reality. I had absolutely no worries the day of my wedding or even leading up to it. Michelle was that good. On the wedding day, they looked great and sounded amazing and I was able to get swept away by their beautiful performances and truly enjoy my wedding. I received SO many complements. It was absolutely perfect and a dream come true. Thank you White Pines Entertainment! <3

were friends of friends. Their lack of responsiveness and ability to deliver what I was looking for left me feeling a little panicked- until I found Michelle at White Pines Entertainment. I emailed her around 9 pm and before the night was over she had responded with a quote and song list. The next morning I had an invoice and agreement in hand. She was quick to respond to every question and was able to accommodate every song I asked for- including a duet with a friend of mine who sang Ave Maria by her side. The music was beautiful, and it was such a comfort knowing I could rely on her based on her responsiveness and attentiveness. Price was very competitive with other musicians that I found. Feeling at ease with Michelle was priceless. I whole heartedly recommend Michelle and her team at White Pines Entertainment!

ding was 6 months ago and we still receive compliments regularly on how fantastic the string quartet was. White pines truly took our ceremony up a knotch. We were blown away, the music made our ceremony feel so elegant and romantic. They have an amazing song list and their customer service is bar none. Our ceremony would not have been the same without them. We would highly recommend! In fact my grandmas 80th birthday is coming up and we are even talking about hiring white pines again for that as a surprise! LOVED LOVED LOVED the string quartet, thank you for making our wedding ceremony truly special :)

o thankful to have had them on our big day!

group of people. Michelle was very responsive with emailing, accommodating with the selections I chose, and just an all around pleasant person to work with. I gave them direction on where to play for the ceremony and reception before hand. They all showed up and moved from one area for the ceremony to the next for the reception without any more interaction or direction from me. They are completely competent and very able! Obviously very experienced with different kinds of events. I would recommend them to anyone and also to play at any future event that I host. We received many comments from guests that they enjoyed the musicians and song selections; we left reception song selection to the musicians and they set a wonderful mood.
