tions. Every detail of my bouquet was captured so beautifully! It truly feels like I get to relive my wedding day every time I look at it.

nd even ordered two separate shipping boxes to clearly distinguish between the two designs I had requested (a pressed frame and a 3D shadow box). Despite giving clear instructions, they immediately seemed confused and even questioned why I sent two boxes. Things only got worse from there. During the design process, they mixed flowers from both bouquets together, which was explicitly not what I asked for. Because of this mistake, they had to reorder flowers for my shadow box since they had already pressed flowers that were supposed to be preserved in 3D form. This completely defeats the purpose of preserving *my actual wedding bouquet*. The process dragged on for over 7 months of back-and-forth, and in the end, they didn’t even use the real flowers from my bouquet for the shadow box. When I finally received my pressed frame, although it is visually pretty at first glance, it arrived in poor condition. There were large white specks and bits of dried flowers scattered inside the frame, making it look dirty and poorly assembled as if it wasn’t properly cleaned before shipping. To make matters worse, there was no meaningful apology, no accountability, and no compensation offered for the multiple errors and delays. Communication throughout the process felt dismissive and lacked any compassion for what should have been a very sentimental and important keepsake. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience and a complete waste of money.

wonderful job. I love that they update you about their progress on your order and send you pictures so that you can see the creation before it is permanently finished. This allows you to make changes to your design. They are also exceptional at communicating, I sent them a text and they responded in like 5 minutes! They helped me determine if my flowers were in good enough condition to send out before I spent the money! Highly recommend them(:

s very nice and the idea is nice. The customer service seemed to be pretty quick to respond for the most part but not very helpful in the end. The pictures you see online on their website are much prettier and brighter than what you get in real life. I did not like the end results, I almost cried when I saw it in person. I think the flowers look really old and yellow and the whole thing looks pretty kitch. I spent so much on it, I feel like I HAVE to get over it and try to like it. I think only certain flowers would really work for this process. I think if I would have just asked them to remove the orange flowers, I might have been able to like this, but I didn't think of that in the moment. Honestly, I say do a very small frame or don't do it at all. I hate that I got such a large frame and spent so much money thinking this would turn out better. I'm embarrassed that I spent so much on it.

sorry! They are pressing” and I never got another picture to confirm they had them. For 12 weeks I worried they didn’t have my flowers. When my rough draft came in, I had to look serval times to make sure it was even my flowers. It looked NOTHING like my bouquet. I was so sick about it, I didn’t know what to say or do. How do you tell someone “I hate that and I can’t believe I trusted you with one of the most important keepsakes from my wedding” The final product did not look ANYTHING like my bouquet. They also picked very dark and drab flowers. ‼️DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR SOMETHING THIS IMPORTANT!!!‼️

Long story short, after having problems with my necklace design (that whole process was a separate nightmare), I inspected the finished frame that they had sent me and noticed flowers that didn’t appear in my original bouquet. Sure enough, they accidentally added white spray roses from someone else’s flowers! I’m floored that this happened (after all, this is what this company specializes in!!) and they couldn’t even offer me an explanation as to why or how it happened. Ironically enough, when I designed my wedding bouquet I specifically told the flower shop that I did not want any roses or tulips and it ended up being white spray roses that White Poppy added. I would like to point out that they made things right in the end with a full refund (minus shipping- and shipping wasn’t cheap!) but this was a once in a lifetime purchase. They were overly apologetic but it doesn’t change the fact I will forever have someone else’s flowers on my wall (not to mention there’s another person out there who didn’t get their roses!). Epic fail and huge disappointment!

White Poppy always responded in minutes. This was so important to us, especially when it comes to something as precious as wedding flowers. We received our preserved florals very quickly, about 3-4 months after our wedding. Everything turned out SO beautiful. We got my bouquet pressed, my husband's boutonniere pressed, as well as a jewelry dish, ornament, and necklace. Everything is absolutely perfect and even more beautiful than I ever could've imagined. I am so glad I chose White Poppy to preserve such an important piece of our wedding day.

t it got packed correctly and would get there in time. Every one of my messages to the White Poppy team were met with understanding and the replies were so fast! Even though my florals were in a bit of rough shape getting to them, as I forgot to have them sent for a couple days after the wedding, the end results in the items I ordered are stunning! The pinks and whites are still so beautiful and I am absolutely obsessed with the quality. I imagine peonies are not the easiest to work with but they are perfect in my frame!! Zero bubbles or blemishes and beautifully packed! I am so glad I added an ornament after the fact, and they had no issue adding in that to my order and using the florals they had to do it. Thank you for creating such beautiful pieces I will cherish forever! I can't recommend White Poppy enough!

o the wrong address, and then didn't admit to doing so and said that UPS had messed up. It wasn't until my husband had painful conversations with the shipping company from the tracking number who stated that the address was wrong from the flower company. He contacted White Poppy again who kept saying they had our correct address, and it was only when we forced the White Poppy people to show us the shipping label (which was wrong) that they admitted they were wrong. They were like "oops sorry!" with lots of flower emojis (very tone deaf) and offered a refund, but then only gave refund to the frame itself and not the flower box or any of the shipment. We were super disappointed in something we trusted them with and can never get back, and then profoundly disappointed at their response when this was an expensive service and something so sentimental. If they would have just admitted the wrong address in the first place, we could have maybe tracked down the original person that it got sent to, but now it has been weeks. Please do better. For everyone else reading this, I know there are a million places that do this now, and I would wholeheartedly not recommend this for professional attention to detail or customer service. On top of it, they sent an additional refund that did not even cover the shipping or color correction. Absolutely disgusting customer service - they should be ashamed to mishandle someone's personal treasured items from their wedding. I have never so passionately not recommended a vendor in my life.
