Becky was wonderful and supportive in the process of selecting a dress. The dress came in quickly and I was in love with it! I used their contactor, Sheryl, for altertions. Sheryl was very skilled and understanding in getting my dress perfect.

Every girl dreams of the day she goes wedding dress shopping, and it was truly a day to remember! Maggie was my initial consultant who helped me with my appointment, but all the ladies there are very kind, helpful, and reassuring! I think one of my biggest take aways was I was at the end of my appointment, and I was between two dresses. Maggie DID NOT pressure me at all to pick a dress. She told me to sleep on it and not make a decision right then if I wasn't ready. Knowing I had someone in my corner with zero pressure, no judgement, not trying to get a sale, thats the girl you want! Ironically, I ended up putting a belt on my dress and it just made it and I said yes to my dress that day! I was also recommended to use Vicki as my seamstress and she was EXCELLENT! She was so easy to work with, and super kind. We met a few times and she worked her magic, and my dress fit me like a glove! My mother in law even used her to alter her dress for the wedding too! I will always keep Vicki in my back pocket for any needs!

White Satin Bridal was amazing. all the girls were so patient, kind, and not judgmental. the atmosphere was so easy and comfortable. however, aside from the place itself, they have a list of seamstresses that are highly recommended and I used one of the girls named Vicki and I was thoroughly displeased. she was rude and condescending and I felt like I couldn't ask a single question or voice a concern with out feeling belittled and like she was nothing but annoyed. if you use their Seamstresses, pick someone else!

Great variety of dresses at various price points. The staff always provides great customer service, whether trying on a dress or picking up tuxes. Maggie was our initial consultant and she did a fabulous job of selecting dresses that my daughter liked!

I got my dress here and it was a wonderful experience! All of the staff is so nice and make the process so fun and exciting!

I bought my dress from white satin bridal in Plainfield. It is by essence of Australia. The choosing my dress experience was great! The woman who helped me was very nice and professional. I could tell she really enjoyed her job. The dress came in right on time and they gave me a few seamstresses to work with. I was recommended Vickie. She was very nice and timely for each fitting appt. On the day of my wedding we realized there was a big snag in the netting by the neck of my very expensive dress and as we were buttoning the sleeves, one had 7 and one had 8 buttons. My photographer and mother also had to cut numerous strings that were hanging off of the dress. I was pretty upset with this. In my opinion, the strings and large snag should have been taken care of by the seamstress and the missing button should have been noticed by someone.

They truly made choosing a wedding dress special. Their selection was just beautiful.

White satin bridal is a fantastic place to go shopping for your wedding dress. I heard about this shop from my maid of honor who also purchased her dress here. My consultant, Heidi, was so welcoming and attentive. I didn’t really know what style I was looking for and she was so patient as I was trying on dresses and gauging what I liked and disliked. The dress I ended up picking was actually one that she recommended. I never felt pressured by her and she did a wonderful job making sure I stayed within my price range. I also want to give a shout-out to my seamstress Sheryl. She took me on last minute when my first seamstress unexpectedly cancelled on me. She got all my alterations done on time and everything turned out perfectly.

This salon is great. I didn't purchase my dress from here, but wanted to give a special thank you to my stylist Barb. From the moment we walked in she was extremely welcoming, attentive and catered to my every need. She helped me find the type of dress that fit my body best. She was amazing and bent over backwards to help me pick a dress for my special day. Anyone looking to purchase a dress from here - go see Barb!

From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better experience! With covid I had to postpone my wedding and they were so accommodating!

White Satin truly made my experience finding a dress great!! I didn’t have the same experience at some other places when dress shopping and Dawn truly took the time to see what I like & let me try on as many as it took until I found my dress! Unfortunately it sat in the closet for almost a year and a half due to postponing due to covid, but when returning to get it steamed before the wedding they were nothing but wonderful. Lots of dresses to pick from! Would highly recommend.

I could not have been happier with my experience at White Satin Bridal! They were the only bridal salon that I could find within 2 hours of my house that had the dress I'd been eyeing online. They had it pulled and ready to go when I arrived, but when I decided that it wasn't the one, my consultant pulled similar styles until I found one that was perfect! I can not say enough great things about Heidi -- she was incredibly knowledgeable about how to assess quality and fit in the dresses (how the fit changes when sitting vs. standing, checking to be sure that none of the detail on the dress would be irritating to my skin -- so many things that I would never have thought about!) The staff and selection absolutely made my trip worthwhile, and I continue to recommend them to other brides I know!

I purchased my wedding dress from White Satin Bridal and could not be happier with my choice!! My shopping experience was so personal. My first appointment was on a Tuesday afternoon, and I was the only appointment at that time. Dawn was my consultant, and she was so helpful and thoughtful with her dress suggestions. I felt comfortable with her right away, and we spent a great hour working together. I went back for a follow-up appointment on a Saturday morning because I had narrowed my options down to 3 dresses - 2 at WSB! The salon was bustling and vibrant during this appointment, there were several other brides there at the same time as my appointment - and my experience was the same as when I was in the salon alone! They take their time with you, and make your appointment feel personal. I worked with Dawn again for this appointment and Robin the owner who I met that day. I really got the feeling that everyone that works there wants you to be happy, not just make a sale. I never felt stress or pressure to make a purchase, they were informative with production and shipping expectations, and all of their pricing was incredible reasonable. If I could give the salon more than 5 stars I would, I can't recommend them enough!

Robin and all staff at White Satin Bridal were extremely amazing to work with! Buying a wedding dress can be extremely daunting and stressful, but Robin and her staff made it such an easy and breezy process. The staff were all very patient, they made me very comfortable, and they made finding my dress and bridesmaids dresses so fun and exciting! All I had to do was explain the look I was going for, and they brought numerous beautiful dresses for me to try on. I was in love with multiple dresses, which in my opinion is not a huge problem to have! Working with a bridal store is a lot more than buying a dress! Not only did White Satin help me find my dream dress, but they helped me plan my 14 bridesmaid dresses (yes I said 14) and groomsmen outfits! They helped me with every detail, and were very flexible to let me call or come in whenever I needed help with something! If you are looking for a friendly bridal store to work with throughout the wedding planning process, this is definitely the place!

My consultant was attentive and really listened to what I was looking for in a dress. In one appointment, she first helped me determine which style of dress I liked best and then focused on finding dresses in that style with all of the other details I was looking for. That day I found the perfect dress for me! I enjoyed the experience so much I went back there to find the bridesmaids dresses.

I cannot speak more highly of WSB! As an out of town bride, I was planning on getting my dress at a boutique near me (DC), but I was in town for venue selection and made an appointment on a whim just so that I could see what silhouettes looked good on me since it was the first time I was trying on dresses. Carmen was our consultant and she was great about finding different styles for me to try on and "rule out". I can fully say I was not intending on buying my dress that day, but 5 dresses in-- I found my gown. It was everything I thought I didn't want in a dress, but am so glad that Carmen chose it for me. She was such a wonderful and knowledgeable consultant and made the whole process so great! Fast-forward to two weeks ago when I picked up my ordered dress. Barb was helping us and she was also fabulous! She helped me try on what seemed to be 20 veils until I found the perfect one. All of the women that have helped us at WSB from our consultants, Carmen and Barb, to the women I speak with on the phone with questions, have been enthusiastic and extremely professional! If you are in the market for a wedding dress, I highly recommend WSB as their staff and dress selection make the experience 10 out of 10!

Amazing experience!! I walked in extremely nervous(almost threw up outside) only to find my best friend, my future sister in law and my future mother in law.. with out all of them and my mom I would have been a wreck the entire time. After looking thru some dresses I picked one, had each of the ladies picked one and the experience continued. The first dress I tried on was perfect!! I cried!! I don’t do emotions well so that was a sign.. I had to try more on just to make sure. Tried the first dress on and I had more tears and extreme happiness. If you know me there isn’t many things that I get emotional about. I didn’t want to take it off. That was it. I said yes to the dress!! Amazing one on one service. They even stayed late to finish my appointment! Can not say enough about this place!! So excited about fittings!!

I loved working with Sara! She gave thoughtful suggestions and listened to my concerns. I never felt pressured or persuaded to get something I didn't want. Buying a bridal gown is stressful, but she made it relaxed and fun! I loved by bridal gown and would highly recommend this store to any bride!

I had a wonderful experience at White Satin Bridal after being to 2 other bridal shops prior to. They came recommended by a friend and I am SO glad I went because I finally found my dress! Heidi was AMAZING!! I cannot recommend her enough! She was so kind, pulled dresses for me, and she really knows her stuff about different designers/styles. I narrowed down my pick to 2 dresses with my mom and Heidi let me come back an hour later with my bridesmaids to help me "say yes to the dress". It was such a fun experience (not to mention the prices are unbeatable)!

White Satin Bridal in downtown Plainfield is such a wonderful little boutique! I had the sincere pleasure working with the ladies to help me in finding "My Perfect Dress"! These ladies truly love the job they are called to do! My Mother, Grandmother & I came in for my appointment and instantly they became like family! Their attention to detail and what your likes and dislikes was greatly appreciated, I never felt once that they tried to push a different dress towards me. I am so glad a friend of a friend of mine posted that she found her dress at White Satin Bridal though Facebook cause it made me go to their page and see all the other girls who found their "One"! They were very helpful and patient with me as I chose my wedding dress. They also made the dress shopping experience very enjoyable. On top of that, their customer service was on point, as we had an emergency come up where we had to get another dress within one month of our wedding date, and they made it happen. Friendly staff and beautiful dress selections. Would recommend.

White Satin was actually the only place I had a bridal appointment and it did not disappoint! They had such a wide variety of styles and all within a reasonable price range. The staff was a pleasure to work with. From picking the dress to alterations, they were so patient and helped made the dress buying process easy.

The owner was so helpful! We had a mishap in a girls bridesmaid dress. She did everything to solve the issue! She even offered to pay for fixing it! I would highly recommend this bridal shop!

I picked out my dress at White Satin Bridal in December 2017. I received my dress, shipped out of state, several weeks before its promised date, and WSB was super accommodating with me being an out of state bride. My family and I had a great experience trying on dresses and they had a great selection - we actually came in looking for one designer, but ended up going with a beautiful Essence of Australia gown. When I came back for my wedding in August, they steamed the gown for me last minute which was a HUGE relief, and were so kind and accommodating from start to finish. Thank you!

I had been shopping at two different bridal stores before going to White Satin Bridal. I thought I knew what I was looking for, but after working with Heidi, she suggested something completely different and that's what I fell in love with! She was willing to let me try on as many dresses as I needed to, and did not pressure me at all to make a decision. She clearly knows her stuff! Any of the other employees that I met were also very friendly. Great small store that definitely has the bride in mind!

I found my Wedding Dress at White Satin Bridal. Not only did I love my dress, but I loved the customer service and consultants at White Satin Bridal. From the beginning to the end when I picked up my dress, I enjoyed my experience and I was treated well. Everyone at White Satin Bridal was extremely helpful and kind. The staff are always welcoming and they make you feel very comfortable. Appointments also were always convenient. White Satin Bridal is a smaller shop with a whole lot of class and elegance!

I was extremely disappointed with the staff here. They treated us terrible. We got a total of 6 dresses from here and 5 out of the 6 were all the wrong sizes. When we went to see if their mistake could be corrected they scammed us completly. We found out they get a cheaper price from the manufactuor doing it this way and scam their customers. To “help me”, all they did was give me a seamstress’ phone number who charged outrages prices instead of them changing the dresses to the correct sizes. My dress was 5 sizes too big and instead of trying to help me, they belittled me and we’re extremly rude. Do not waste you’re time at this place. They are terribly rude people and are a complete scam.

I loved my experience working with everyone at White Satin Bridal. They have a large selection of dress are so helpful and nice. My seamstress Willie Vidmar was awesome and super easy to work with for alterations.

This store was great! It is small inside but they have dresses of all styles and budgets. No one pressured me to buy a dress. I obviously ended up purchasing from there and my dress was absolutely stunning. Willie who did my alterations was so funny and nice, and she did a great job. My dress was perfect!

I couldn't be any happier that I purchased my stunning gown at White Satin! The ladies at the salon are WONDERFUL! They were all extremely accommodating, friendly, and fun-loving...they made my experience an unforgettable one! They always remembered my name and all of my bridesmaids' names. We were always greeted in the salon with hugs...it was like visiting family! The ladies that helped me find my perfect dress were amazing...they listened to what I thought I wanted and helped guide me along the way without ever pressuring me. My husband also rented his tux and the groomsmen tuxes through White Satin, and he even said that he "had a blast" with the girls when he went in to be fitted. I have recommended this salon to multiple friends who recently got engaged, and I will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for their dress.

I loved this shop! I saw a gown on facebook and they had it. I hink I was the first person to try it on. The price of it shocked me. Way less than I had anticipated. People are still talking about how beautiful my dress was!

This shop was amazing! After visiting a big chain wedding store I decided to try my luck at a smaller dress shop which is how I found this one. I went in and picked out about 5 or 6 dresses that I thought I liked with no success and then my consultant, Diane , pulled a dress she thought I would like. I fell in love with it right away and came back the following week to buy it. I would highly recommend this place!

Love this shop! I found my perfect dress in my first visit. I like how small and quaint it is. The only negative is that I ordered a hair clip 4 months in advance and I went to go pick it up a few days before my wedding. The clip was never shipped and panic set in. Thankfully they overnight shipped it for me.

The ladies at White Satin Bridal were a dream to work with! I loved the personal attention they paid to me and my bridesmaids throughout the process. I was worried that dress shopping would be stressful, but they made the day fun and relaxing. Sulah, my seamstress, is a miracle worker and made sure my dress fit perfectly just as I had imagined it!

Sarah and Robin are amazing! I couldn't have been happier with my dress. I loved my whole experience with the shop. Not only is it small and intimate, nobody pressured me to purchase my dress. They stayed within my budget and made the whole process super easy. My alterations couldn't have gone better. My dress fit perfect on my wedding day. The great thing was, the seamstress charge based on the work that they do to the dress. Most places charge a flat fee and this helped keep my cost to a minimum. They even pressed my dress for free. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them!

This place was absolutely amazing. You can tell everyone who works there enjoys their job and is truly there to make you happy. They were all so warm and welcoming and truly excited for you. I felt no pressure to buy anything and they just really wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable with any decision I made. The dress I ended up with was breathtaking. Plus, it is always nice to shop local and support small businesses.

My dress shopping experience was the best. They slotted an hour and gave me and my bridesmaids free reign over selected dresses. My dress consultant was very patient with me and helped me pick the perfect dress. Alterations were great too! I felt like my dress was made for me.

This was one of the three bridal salons I went to to look at dresses, and it was my least favorite. They had a large selection of dresses which was wonderful, but they had so many brides in there and they all had 4-5 dresses in their dressing room that it was a little chaotic looking for dresses to try on. I did not necessarily feel special jumping in and out of dresses so that other brides could try them on. Also, the dressing area was a bit crowded with everyone's people. I did not end up buying a dress from them. Overall, I would probably recommend them to a friend in the area, but would recommend going during the week so it is not as busy.

I found the perfect gown at White Satin Bridal. My dress was 50% OFF, off the rack and fit perfectly. Every sales associate was helpful and not at all "sale-sy". I was referred to them by a friend and I will send people to them as well.

I went to 2 bridal salons to look at dresses. I found 1 and White Satin Bridal that I loved and 1 dress at another salon that was absolutely gorgeous. I ultimately made my decision based on the level of service that I received at White Satin Bridal. I worked with Sarah and Ashley to select my dress and they were phenomenal. I felt like they really cared and weren't just trying to make a sale, they wanted to make sure I was happy with the dress even if that meant that I got it somewhere else, but of course I didn't. I have no regrets about going with White Satin Bridal and my dress. We purchased all of the Bridesmaids dresses there for the same reason. I also purchased my veil and all of my jewelry there. Everything was perfect.

The ladies at White Satin always remembered my name, remembered important details about my day, and seemed truly interested in making sure that my experience was top notch.
