White Stone Events accommodates up to 250 guests and offers multiple indoor and outdoor settings, making it ideal for weddings of every size and style. As guests arrive, they are welcomed by beautifully manicured grounds, an elegant backdrop for a romantic outdoor ceremony. Indoor ceremony options are also available for those who prefer the comfort and sophistication of an indoor setting. Alpha offers 6,300 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, complete with soaring 18-foot ceilings, oversized sliding doors, elegant black-and-glass garage doors, and convenient indoor restrooms. This striking venue showcases a refined modern aesthetic and accommodates up to 250 guest. Smaller gatherings of up to 120 guests can be hosted in the Bravo building, a 3,600-square-foot venue originally built in the 1940s. This refined space features four sets of sliding doors, beautiful chandeliers, original architectural woodwork, indoor restrooms, and an impressive open-beam ceiling. The adjoining patio showcases three elegant fire features, offering a lovely setting for guests to enjoy the evening outdoors. Charlie welcomes up to 150 guests within a contemporary setting highlighted by a unique art installation behind the generous corner bar, indoor restrooms, and exposed architectural beams. inely committed to making our day as special as possible, always responding quickly and thoroughly to any questions we had. Their support and positive energy made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The venue itself is stunning, offering warm, rustic charm and plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy. We had around 200 guests, and the layout was so well-designed that there were no lines at the bar and everyone could move comfortably throughout the space. The staff (shoutout to Lisa!) managed the event seamlessly, keeping everything on schedule and handling last-minute adjustments with confidence and enthusiasm. Their flexibility and professionalism ensured everything went exactly as planned. The open, picturesque property provided incredible sunset views that made for unforgettable moments and beautiful photos. Parking was easy, and thoughtful accommodations like golf cart transportation helped guests with mobility needs fully enjoy the celebration. Overall, this venue delivered an unforgettable experience thanks to both its breathtaking setting and the outstanding team behind it - we couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our wedding!

White Stone Events was the first venue we toured, and we could not get the venue and team out of our heads when picking our venue. definitely make you feel like family. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and photographs very well. We took advantage of the recent upgrades to Alpha and it was a fantastic space; big enough to comfortably accommodate our 150-ish guests, décor, dance floor, buffets, memory table, etc, but still felt intimate. They coordinated well with our outside vendors and I appreciated that we weren’t limited in our vendor selection. They made a lot of things just work without stressing us out at all. The setup for my caterers/servers was excellent and accommodating. The Romeo suite was so much fun for the groomsfolk, but the Juliet suite was an AMAZING amenity. The salon chairs and backlit mirrors were so convenient for my HMUA. The suite was comfortable and roomy despite the zillion people I had coming in and out. The full kitchen (particularly the full size fridge/freezer) was super nice to have. We had our ceremony on the west lawn, which was absolutely beautiful. They also were very enthusiastic and accommodating about letting us get some photos with our dogs and incorporating them into the ceremony. One of the most notable things, though, was how well they handled adapting to my and my guests’ mobility needs. Several of my older family members use walkers and were worried about the walking or the grass and they all felt very accommodated and cared for and were able to enjoy the day. I myself have a disability that affects my ability to walk and stand for very long; this was no problem for them. They shortened the aisle for my ceremony, knew exactly how to create a beautiful ceremony where both we and our wedding party were seated, and they put a lot of mileage on those golf carts getting me and my family where we needed to be safely and comfortably. I cannot recommend White Stone strongly enough and I would have every event there if I could.

o be such an asset to Sugar Grove, IL For years to come. Kari, Lisa, Debbie and the entire team at White Stones makes you feel like family the moment you step onto the property. We watched their vision for their Alpha barn come to life for over a year and the day of our wedding, they did not let us down! The barn is so rustic and beautiful and the perfect setting if you are looking for a barn wedding. Their property is themed to go along with the local Sugar Grove airport with call signs as the name of their barns (Alpha, Bravo, Charile). The grounds are well cared for and photograph beautifully. The bridal and groomsmen suite are such a nice touch for photos and space for the bridal party to congregate before the big day begins. There are multiple spaces on the property for different sized events and their outdoor spaces with firepits and string lights are such a nice touch. The barn is located back into corn fields so you really feel like you have the entire property to yourself! This is more of an a la carte wedding venue so you are free to bring on and choose from your own vendors. The White Stone Team made our day so easy and carefree. Everything was set up perfectly and they are beyond wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend using White Stone Events for any event you are looking to host- but especially for your wedding day!

From lending a hand to the florist, checking in with the photographer, DJ, and caterer, our day was in very capable hands! that we clicked with them and they welcomed us as family the first day we checked out the venue. Their creativity, the attention to detail, the professionalism - they have it all. Even with all of the moving parts of our wedding day, they were a hundred percent supportive from end to end of the event. If it also helps anything, they have beautiful views from the fields to the various looks of the barn (which they put a lot of work into!) Bottom line, this is THE place to hold your events. This is the team you want to work with. Don’t bother to consider other options!! Nothing but love for their entire team!
