White Swan Bridal

After having my appointment cancelled by another bridal shop, my sister called White Swan Bridal. We were told we could come right over to look and try on dresses. The attention from the owner and employees were excellent! Let's just say I would recommend this Bridal shop to everyone I know. After trying on a great deal of dresses I found the ONE and said yes to the dress! Photos will be coming soon you guys!

Nafen knows her stuff!! She was fantastic. She knew what she was talking about and I did not once feel pressured. I was able to look through the dresses myself and she pulled some after I started when she knew what I liked about each dress. We ended up doing a custom dress and she was very prompt with expectations. She was knowledgeable about what would/nt work, she wanted to make sure it would all flow together and knew all of the options to suggest based on the look I explained. Nafen knew my look and talked me through getting it. Other dress shops seemed to have workers that zipped you up and told you it looked good. Nafen went well above those shops and seemed to have a lot of experience in dress design and alterations which helped me make my decision. Thank you for excellent service and sharing your knowledge to get the perfect dress for me!

I absolutely love this boutique! Not only is the owner so kind and helpful, but there are so many styles and wedding dresses available in-store. The dresses are elegant and the customer service is remarkable. This is definitely the place for the perfect dress.

The best bridal salon!! They literally have so many options for customization, so you end up walking away with a dress that was custom made for you . Their selection is amazing, the service was spectacular and they really do make your experience so special. I don’t think I could’ve imagined a better dress than the one I picked here. Nafen and Hanan are very professional. They made me feel so special and they made sure that I left without any worries. Loved working with them! I designed my own dress. I combined 2 designs of the floor samples that they have and made a custom made the dress from scratch. My dress arrived in less than a month and was all done including the alterations in less than 1 week after that. I loved the fast shipping and fast service they offered.
