ervice that perfectly reflected our love story. Professional, kind, and reassuring, Diane made us feel at ease throughout the process. Very last minute there was an emergency switch to a different officiant (no fault at all of Diane) - before I could even react, Diane had already found a highly capable officiant (Sarah) who did an amazing job. I can’t believe how quickly Diane worked to make the switch especially given the unprecedented situation she was in. Highly recommend for a memorable and heartfelt ceremony!

t as a couple, even sending a list of religious and non-religious readings for us to choose from. Using this information, Diane wrote the most touching ceremony that we were able to preview (vows redacted). Her kindness and warmth told us from day one that Diane was the right person to marry us.
During the ceremony, her attention to details in-the-moments were flawless, including pausing to let one of us gather ourselves or smooth out any runaway veils! We love her so much, and appreciate her commitment through everything. We love you Diane!

Thank you, Diane.
We can’t thank White Swan Wedding Services and Diane enough for the incredible way she supported us through our wedding ceremony. From my very first communication with her, I could...
tell that she was different. When she was unavailable to support us with our original wedding date, she kindly guided me to resources to locate another officiant. So when we decided to move the wedding date, I knew she was the person I wanted. She was so kind, thoughtful and caring. She truly wanted to get to know us and our story and used that to create a beautiful ceremony for us. When she then broke her foot 2 days before our wedding, she didn’t cancel on us, she simply asked for us to ensure that we could find a way to accommodate so that she could still support us. And she thought of every detail, helping us to select the ideal scripture reading for the ceremony, guiding us as we wrote our personalized vows to even stepping out of the way for our first kiss so she wouldn’t be in the photograph. Our ceremony was heartfelt and personalized like it was officiated by someone who knew us for years. Diane was everything we hoped for and so much more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend White Swan Wedding Services and Diane to anyone and everyone getting married in the Wisconsin area.

ny, guests felt the ceremony was “relaxed and funny” “showed our personalities and relationship to a T” “we were crying happy tears right along with the bride”.
She made the planning of the ceremony so easy for us. Diane was clear and concise with all her communication, keeping both myself and my husband updated along the way. When the wedding weekend finally arrived, we could rest easy knowing that Diane had things under control. She was prompt and prepared for the rehearsal and kept the wedding party in line. Diane was so detail-oriented, ensuring to step out of the first kiss photo and even helping us arrange the ceremony stage a bit. From our first meeting to the very end of the ceremony, Diane was professional and friendly. This isn’t Diane’s first rodeo and it shows!! She is a true professional in the wedding game and we have ZERO regrets with choosing her as our officiant.

or our "unity ceremony" we didn't want to do the usual candle or sand type of thing, so she had suggested a wine blending ceremony which fit our personalities and interests so well. That was one of our favorite parts of our ceremony. Diane was able to keep our large bridal party in line and ran through our rehearsal the night before the wedding quickly and efficiently. You can tell Diane has done this many times before and is great at her job

ld connect with, and someone who was organized and prepared to help us with all the sentimental and also legal steps to get married. During the process of picking our officiant, we knew right away the Diane was all that we were looking for. We started with an hour zoom meeting to get to know each other, that turned into more than an hour because we immediately connected. Diane conducted a great interview to get to know us and learn what we were looking for. She then helped us with building a beautiful ceremony. She offered us so many options for ways to make to ceremony special. From different vow options, readings, unity ideas, etc. Diane also helped greatly with the organization of the ceremony and wrote a beautiful script based on all that she learned from us. We had finalization calls, she was prepared at our rehearsal, and brought many tears to our guests as she crafted a beautiful ceremony that greatly captured our love. Your positive intentions and effort truly showed throughout our entire time working with you.
If you are looking for someone to do a beautiful job officiating your wedding ceremony. I cannot recommend Diane Tremmel, with White Swan Wedding Services enough. We sincerely thank you Diane for creating an unforgettable wedding day for us.

an official ceremony, but didn't know where to start or what to do. Thankfully I found White Swan Wedding Services online and she was available for the wedding day. Diane listened to what we wanted and created the perfect script for us. The vows were perfect! Diane is so sweet and professional (her outfit was also super cute!). After the ceremony, she took care of the marriage license, so it was one less thing to worry about. I'm so glad I found White Swan Wedding Services; it took a lot of stress out of the day!

he left all decisions up to us, and did not go around what we said nor did she do it her own way. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable, and even talked us through the steps on what was going to happen. She even gave us the choice to repeat our vows to one another, as she knew how nervous we both were. Diane was also very accommodating when we kept canceling plans and rescheduling them. We were very fortunate to have Diane with White Swan officiate our intimate wedding ceremony. If anyone is looking for an officiant for their wedding, I would HIGHLY recommend Diane!

our small intimate wedding ceremony, she made the process so smooth & special. Even after having read through the drafts multiple times, I still teared up at the altar - she weaved & integrated our love story wonderfully. Thanks Diane!
Diane was so kind and paid attention to every little detail!
She truly made us feel like the most special couple in the world on our big day 💜

I needed to do. The restaurant in Green Bay, The OC was perfect. We almost had the place to ourselves so felt intimate. Originally is was going to be us and our witnesses. But our 4 turned into 10. With every 2 we added Diane said ok great I'll add two more.
The small ceremony was very cute, and she made it original to us and our beliefs and words we had chosen to say. Our families were very impressed by her as well. My new sister-in-law requested Dianes information for a friend of hers looking for a intimate wedding. I gave it to he without delay. I very much recommend Diane for any wedding you choose, big or small.
Also, after the wedding she kept us informed of the filing of our marriage license. She sent us all the post wedding information we needed in order to change my last name.
I cannot thank her enough.
Diane was an AMAZING officiant for our wedding. She was more prepared than I could have imagined and flexible when we had to move our ceremony to a different spot on the beach. An ...
intimate ceremony on Lake Michigan was loud with the breeze and the waves but she had a microphone so everyone heard her well. Her communication skills are top notch and she wrote up a beautiful story for my husband and I on how we met. Watching back on our video she also had great eye contact with the groom and bride. You could tell she was more than happy to be there with us. Overall a great experience with a kind soul.
