Hi - I am the founder of White Swan Weds out of a deep passion for bringing meaningful celebrations to life and making people feel truly special (it’s the Italian woman in me). With over 5+ years in the wedding and events industry (including my time at The Knot), I’ve worked and attended weddings from every angle: planner, coordinator, assistant, guest, bridesmaid, and maid of honor. Because of that, I understand what it takes to create seamless, joy-filled moments that couples and their guests will never forget. I’ve had the privilege of working with couples from many cultures and traditions, each inspiring me to design celebrations as unique as the love stories behind them. By blending creativity with thoughtful coordination, I focus on every detail so you, your family, and your friends can fully enjoy the magic of the day. My good friend blessed my future husband & I with Giovanna’s services as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier! She was extremely detail oriented...

, communicated with me so well, handled all the coordinating of my vendors, which took a huge load off of me, and far exceeded my expectations! She was so pleasant to work with and handled everything so professionally. You can tell she does this because she loves it- not just for the paycheck. She truly cared that our wedding day would be magical and it really was. I had so much peace the day of our wedding and it was one of the best days of our life! I can’t recommend Giovanna enough and highly recommend every bride getting a wedding planner or at the last, getting a day-of-planner. Thank you again Giovanna!

and attention to detail allowed the bride to relax and enjoy her day (and even the days leading up to the wedding day) to the fullest. We used her day-of wedding coordination and because of this, the wedding day was smooth and flawless. My friend didn't have to worry about a thing and was able to be fully present. Giovanna was also able to assist with unexpected circumstances as well, without a flinch. She was very reasonably priced, absolutely lovely to work with and I highly recommend her services to any bride-to-be.
