was very helpful, explained the process fully, pulled dresses she knew I would love based off of the pics I sent her, and then we found THE ONE!!! Then we hit a snag…when the dress came in, the designer had actually cut the wrong size! The team at White Traditions immediately took action, contacted the owner then the designer. Express shipped my dress back and they made me a new one so fast! Best customer service hands down!
