I had a great experience with this store. The selection of dresses was exactly what I was looking for. Olivia was kind, positive, and attentive with helping me find the perfect wedding dress and veil. They are strict with sticking within your budget and do not put any pressure on the client to make a purchase. They also took my measurements correctly and ordered the appropriate size and colors for me without issue. I would recommend this store to anyone wedding dress shopping!

Within an hour of arriving, I ordered my dream dress and truly was taken care of! They have a great selection and everyone was so eager to help and radiated joy for their brides!!

Do NOT choose this bridal shop. They promised my dress would arrive in April and it’s mid May with no dress in sight. I traveled from the east coast to try on dresses with family and friends since I’d moved away. I’m deeply regretting choosing my dress here as I have NO dress and my wedding is so near. Sad.

The staff are super friendly and allow you the privacy of changing into and out of dresses (which may not be a huge deal for some, but it just makes for a more comfortable experience).

Had an amazing experience. I'm plus sized and every dress they put on me either fit or was too big, I wasn't squeezed into small gowns like at other boutiques. Anna was a great bridal consultant and the manager helped me get a great idea of what my dress would look like with alternations. I went here first and then came back after looking else where. Loved my experience at White Traditions. This was the first shop I went to for dress shopping and I never once felt pushed to buy a gown during my first experience. I worked with Emily and she was amazing at listening to styles that I preferred and only put me in dresses she knew would fit me. As a curvy individual, I was very nervous about fitting into gowns, and she really made me feel comfortable by only putting me in ones that would fit. The first dress I tried on at this store was the dress I ended up purchasing and I cannot wait to wear it for our big day!

I tried a couple of places before I found White Traditions through a friend. After other experiences, I'd highly recommend White Traditions. They allowed me to try on as many styles as needed to find the perfect dress, gave me attention and support and made me feel very comfortable along the way. Emily was a great guide through the process of finding my dream dress! 10/10 recommend!

White Traditions was the only store I went to when looking for my wedding dress. My consultant Madison was incredibly patient and listed to my feedback until I found the perfect dress. Carolann was also great with making sure the correct size was ordered since I fell in between two sizes, which I really appreciated. To top it off, my dress came in 3 months when it was estimated to arrive in 6 months. I could not have asked for a better experience.

White Traditions was so helpful in finding me a wedding dress & bridesmaid dresses. They were so welcoming, kind and helpful. I felt at home and they had a wide range of options to choose from. They were willing to have dresses from the designer I liked shipped in if I didn’t like any in store as well. They hosted all my bridesmaids on the same day and allowed everyone to try on a bunch of different options. They overall did wonderful!

This was the third shop I'd visited, and I hadn't yet found a dress I could see myself in on my wedding day. I brought my vision and details to Emily and she found me the one! I only tried on a few since I knew the look I wanted, and Emily definitely understood what I was looking for! The energy in the shop was so comforting, and prior to walking in I felt very anxious about finding my dress. The ambiance put me at ease and Emily was very helpful with any questions I had, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I did not feel rushed at all, and I only wish I had visited this shop earlier! Would definitely recommend.

I'm a plus size bride so I was very nervous about trying dresses on. She listened to what I wanted to try and pulled a lot that I was able to try on. The dress that I instantly loved was one I never would have picked for myself. But it was beautiful on me! I couldn't get over it! No one at the store was pushy or made me feel like they just wanted to make a sale. I can't wait for my dress to come in so I can go back to the store!

White Traditions was great about providing one on one customer service in finding the perfect dress for my wedding day. The customer service was excellent and timely. My dress also came in in less than 3 months, which was a definite added bonus!

I loved going here for my wedding dress! Not only is the aesthetic what I was looking for, but the staff is so kind and helpful. We first had a virtual appointment (during COVID lockdown), so I got to see a lot of dresses I thought I was interested in. Then at the in-person appointment, I tried on the ones I liked during the virtual meeting and more the staff pulled that matched my style. They got a lot of dresses I really loved, so it was a hard decision. The whole process was easy and fun, and they recommended the perfect size to choose as well as alterations options. Emily is WONDERFUL! She went above and beyond in my opinion to make me feel comfortable and help me figure out what I really want and love in a wedding gown! Emily took my thoughts into consideration and was extremely helpful with the entire process as well as celebrating me when I chose my dress! Everyone at White Traditions Bridal House was great, even helping me figure out measurements and what size to order! Can not compliment them enough, also their general layout of the building was welcoming and well designed. I felt like each time I was there I had my own area and wasn't right next to another bride. I met with Samantha this past week and I cannot recommend her or this salon enough! She was able to bring my vision to life and made the shopping experience extremely low-stress and actually enjoyable! The atmosphere in the salon is just perfect and so relaxing. My consultant, Samantha, made finding my dream dress so simple! I asked for a couple things, but I was uncertain about the specifics of what I wanted. She pulled a few dresses for me that were exactly what I was thinking, but couldn’t exactly put into words. Also, their selection is great and has a ton of different styles. I would think any bride could find something they loved here. Loved my experience at White Traditions!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Sam was amazing. At first I was kind of nervous when she said “ok you guys hang here and I’ll go grab some dresses” not going to lie. About cried. Not being able to point out exactly what I wanted was scary. But she more than delivered. She brought me some of the MOST beautiful dresses and I actually ended up buying the FIRST one she pulled for me. Throughout the process I never felt pressured to buy. She made sure it was the one before even asking if we planned to purchase that day. Sam truly listened to what I had to say because she even included details that we had talked about regarding the wedding in her email. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a dress!!!

I had an amazing experience here picking out my wedding dress. I was able to bring just my mom, my sister-in-law, and my MOH because of COVID but they were very accommodating with my MOH facetiming in another one of my bridesmaids. Kellyn made me feel so supported & beautiful. She really helped me narrow things down to find a dress that had some of everything I had wanted.

I picked white traditions bridal house as my very first dress shopping store. I was super nervous before entering the store since I normally have a hard time finding a dress that supports my large bust. Jamie was my consultant & she did an amazing job picking out dresses that not only supported me, but also made me feel stunning. I forgot all my worries and found my dress in one appointment! I highly recommend this store as the ladies were all super sweet, helpful and really made the experience all the more enjoyable.

I did not end up buying my dress here, but I am still very impressed. The dress selection was amazing! There are very unique and classic styles. The girls there really knew how to find the most stunning dresses perfectly suited to your style. Everyone here was helpful and sweet. White Traditions were amazing for my wedding dress shopping and bridesmaids dress shopping, I found the dress of my dreams and they made everything easy and straight forward! The shop is beautiful and close to home but...I wish we hadn't gone with Jim's Formalwear through them. When it came down to the guys suits we had nothing but trouble; it started out great, we picked the suits out, made sure that we picked one of the only styles that wasn't "ultra slim" because my now husband, his father, my step father and the best man are all broad shouldered and that style doesn't work for them. Then the suits came in, 4 groomsmen, 3 father figures, and my groom and the only person whose suit fit was my father in laws; everyone else's had something wrong, everyone got replacements and it all fit...except my husbands. His replacement jacket was still too small, and the Tuesday 3 days before our Friday wedding he went back in to show the ladies at shop exactly what was wrong so that they could see how it needed to fit. They told him the replacement would be in on Wednesday, then on Wednesday I get a call that his replacement jacket will be in on Thursday. This made me pretty nervous since we had already had 2 jackets not fit and now his replacement was back ordered and not coming in until the day before our wedding. On Thursday he went to pick up his replacement jacket and they had in fact gotten him two jackets but rushed him out of the shop without letting him try them on there. So he brought them down to our venue where we were getting ready for rehearsal and tried them on...one was too small, the other too big and at this point it was too late to do anything else about it. Also he informed me that they told him "It's an ultra slim, that's how it's supposed to fit" (my stepdad was told the same) and it hit me, we didn't have the correct suits; we specifically picked suits that weren't ultra slim... Summary, for your wedding dress and bridesmaids dress needs I COMPLETELY endorse White Traditions! For suits...look elsewhere and avoid Jim's Formalwear at all cost

White Traditions Bridal House was the only place I went to when looking for my wedding dress. I knew that they had a wide selection of the boho style that I was looking for. I found my dress back in January and got married this past Friday. The dress was absolutely stunning and guests woul dnot stop complimenting me. It had that vintage, boho vibe that I was going for and I could not have been happier with how it all came together on my big day. The experience I had at the shop was incredible. They welcomed myself and my group with open arms and were very polite. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about White Traditions Bridal House and always recommend new brides to head their way for a great experience!

This shop is amazing! I tried on a lot of dresses that were not quite it and they were so patient with me and really listened to me to find dresses I might like. I ended up adding sleeves onto the dress I got and they were very helpful when telling me my options and very punctual when contacting me about my purchase. I definitely recommend them for your bridal needs!

White House Traditions was absolutely amazing, and made finding my wedding dress so easy! They answered any questions I had about the dresses. They also allowed me to take my time on the decision and allowed me to set up another appointment after my first one to try on ones I wanted to see again! I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else to find my dream dress. I had a few ideas in mind but my consultant worked with me and ended up finding me the PERFECT gown. I ended up buying a dress, belt, veil, and even found the color of my bridesmaids dresses all in one appointment . Every bride should feel as special as I did when shopping, and you will definitely feel like a VIP at White Traditions.

ABSOLUTELY go here for your bridal gown needs! They have top of the line gowns, and are such a pleasure to work with! I had my heart set on a specific gown, and they were able to borrow it for me from the designer so I could try it on for my family. I appreciated that extra effort so much! Highly, highly recommend!

Sam was great at my appointment, she listened to what I was thinking about and picked out some really great dresses for me to try. Even though I was not ready to say yes to a dress I did not feel in any way pressured, which I appreciated! The dresses at this shop are all so beautiful!

THE BEST BRIDAL GOWN EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to a lot of different stores before going to White Traditions and I felt like my stylists were never listening to me. From the start at White Traditions, everything my stylist, Sam, was pulling was exactly what I wanted to try on. She was so nice and friendly and I never felt pressured. She also went the extra mile to ensure the gown I fell in loved with would get here on time. I can not say thank you enough to Sam and the rest of the team at White Traditions.

I can not recommend this bridal salon any more!! I had such a great experience the moment I walked in the door with my stylist, Sam. She was super helpful and was able to capture my style just by looking at a few Pinterest images. I was so happy with every dress I tried on and ended up finding the dress by the 5th one!! Their selection was so modern and stylish.

White Traditions Bridal House is full of immature young girls who do not know how to handle business. I bought my wedding dress from White Traditions Bridal House in St. Charles, MO. Had a TON of issues with that as well. They sell Bill Levkoff Bridesmaid dresses there in the store. When my MOH and I went into the store to pick one out we were told the price of dress style #7059 was between $150-$170. When one of my bridesmaids went to order, she had to put $134 down and was told that was HALF of the price! Because of this pandemic, my bridesmaids have not been able to work. I received a voicemail stating that my bridesmaids needed to call in their measurements and that the dresses could not be ordered until they were all called in, that is also stated in their policy on the receipt. We are baffled that the price of the dress is almost $300!!! So my bridesmaids that did order have called to try to cancel the order and we will take our business elsewhere, however the store has LIED to myself and them saying that the dresses were being ordered as they were being called with measurements. They did admit that they did not have the dress in the store nor had it arrived yet, however because the measurements were sent to the designer, that we were not allowed a refund. During this time of uncertainty in our lives I wish my TWO bridesmaids could cancel their orders with full refunds. All of my bridesmaids are parents who are out of work for an undetermined amount of time. As an essential employee, I am utterly DISGUSTED that this is how people are being treated during this time in our lives. We do not appreciate being lied to, told false pricing, and lied to about policies. The dresses have not been shipped yet and we need the orders cancelled. But they will not do that for some unknown reason. They are only after the money. When I was trying on wedding dresses there, no one even helped me straighten, see the back of the dress or get the dress on, my family had to do it. They are completely incompetent and do not deserve your business. I will never recommend them.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at White Traditions. I read all of the reviews and was really looking forward to going here but my expectations fell short. I felt super rushed, and the consultant made me feel pressured to pick a dress right then and there or it wasn’t going to get in on time. She actually said, “You should have picked out a dress like last week.” I understand that she was trying to be honest, I just felt like there could have been a better way to go about it. Trying on dresses is suppose to be such an special experience, and she ruined it for me.

They are amazing!!!! Everyone I had any contact with were awesome! Positive, helpful, and overall gave a great experience. Also the prices of their dresses were great very reasonably priced! So happy I went there!

This was the 4th bridal boutique that I had visited when trying to find my dress, and I couldn't have imagined buying it anywhere else! I wish I had gone here first!! The staff was wonderful and their selection of dresses was way better than the other three bridal shops I went to.

I said yes to the dress! I found my wedding dress here and everyone was very helpful. It was a trunk show and I kind of felt rushed at the end of our appointment. I was measured with my clothes still on and a padded bra and was advised to order a dress 2 sizes too big.... I said i didn't think that was right but i was assured that they could always take the dress in and not let it out. Well when my dress came in, I was basically swimming in it. I was very unhappy, it always looks different with the clips I guess. I ended up taking the dress to TWO different alterations ladies to have the dress taken in so many times. I'm happy I found my dress and was happy in the end, but it could have saved a lot of money and time if I would have gotten the size I actually was.

Loved everything about my dress. They had great ideas to personalize everything to really fit my vision. The only problem was their alteration recommendations. I went with the top person on their list, Peggy, to make sure my dress was in good hands. 7 appointments later, my dress ended up getting botched and I left in tears. White Traditions offered some solutions incase it couldn’t be fixed which I so appreciate. I just wish they could monitor who they recommend for alterations a little bit more so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I friend had bought her wedding dress here and I had got my bridesmaid dress for her wedding here. They were great to work with and the dresses came in correctly. When it was time for my wedding, my bridesmaids bought their dresses here as well. We had a great experience and all the dresses came in the correct color and sizes. The girls kept saying they couldn't wait for date night to wear their dresses again. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Such a wonderful experience! The shop is very warm and welcoming. It was my first place I looked for a dress, and I ended up walking out 2 hours later with my dress. They did a great job helping me stay in budget and helping me find exactly what I wanted (even when it was the opposite of what I thought I did). In a great part of town too in order to have a lunch out afterwards to celebrate your big day. I couldn’t recommend it anymore!

This store was the second stop for me this weekend on my search for a wedding gown. I wish it had been the first! Everything from start to finish was high quality and personalized attention. I was helped by Carolann and she did an awesome job. She didn't know this, but I had another appointment at another salon earlier in the day. It was an awful and negative experience and I went into this appointment totally deflated and feeling down. Luckily, that all changed. I ended up finding my dream dress and I couldn't be happier. I even plan on going back to look at bridesmaids dresses and possibly suits. I would recommend this store to everyone!

AMAZING! I got both of my bridal gowns one for the ceremony and on for the reception, All of my bridesmaids gowns and all of our tuxedos from White Traditions and they were perfect! The experience through all of wedding planning was phenomenal very professional and fun i couldn’t of asked for anything more! I HIGHLY recommend shopping here for your big day! You won’t regret it!

I searched for a couple of months for dresses, and decided to make an appointment at White Traditions given their excellent reviews. While my friends and I were browsing the store, the person helping us pulled some dresses based on what I described to her. They were all so beautiful! The first one I tried on actually ended up being "the one"! Overall, I loved my experience at White Traditions. Again, they were able to take the qualities I described to them, and helped me find my dress. I also feel like they had a unique collection of dresses. They were very knowledgeable in answering all my questions, and I was able to drop in while my dress was on order to hold up swatches to the sample dress. Also to note, they have a nice selection of jewelry and hair pieces as well! Thank you, White Traditions!

This place was wonderful! My MOH, mom, and mother-in-law came in and we’re provided too-knot has service! I had an idea of what I wanted and was nervous about sizing as I am a plus-size woman. The woman helping us listened to what I liked and pulled an additional dress—I thought I would hate it so I tried it on first. We all immediately started crying from how perfect it was (in my price range and perfectly fitting). I tried on several others but ultimately left with the first one and it was breathtakingly perfect!

I was having a hard time deciding, but the girls at White Traditions really helped me find the reasons I NEEDED to get my dress. My dress was absolutely perfect on my wedding day. My mom, two friends, and I had a wonderful experience at White Traditions finding my wedding gown. We had a comfortable area to hang out and we all felt comfortable grabbing any dress for me to try on. I found my dress last June, picked it up in the fall, and my wedding was this May (2019). I ended up spending more than I had planned (probably because I got a ball gown!), but was super happy with the dress I picked. I would absolutely recommend White Traditions, especially to any bride who has more than a minimal budget for a dress.

I loved White Traditions!! The first day we went dress shopping, my first stop was here. I went in with a slight idea of what I wanted and showed Carolann a few pictures from Pinterest and she helped me find my dream dress! What I loved most about WTBH is that there is not an overwhelming selection of dresses, but a very trendy/unique selection. I also loved that the girls are not pushy like most places! They are rather encouraging and helpful! They make you feel as if you’re shopping with friends instead of just being a customer 😊

Ordered a dress from White Traditions. When the dress came in it was the wrong color and the wrong size. Instead of offering to fix the issue, the manager required us to prove it was the wrong dress with a picture from our phone. Had we of known this was their solution to fix their mistakes we would have taken a picture when we ordered the dress. They hung up on us with no solution to the problem. The wedding is just a few months away with very little time to get another dress. Will NEVER recommend this company and will ACTIVELY tell friends and family to never go their.

I had so much fun wedding dress shopping at White Traditions Bridal House. It is such a cute boutique and the girls were all so friendly and helpful. I first heard about it because two of my friends also found their dresses there and referred me. I'm so glad they did, because I found my dream dress there too! Everything I tried on at White Traditions was unique and different from what I had seen at other stores. You will love the atmosphere and the experience. Jessica, the owner, and the multiple other girls who helped me were so kind, patient and excited for me. I highly recommend you check out White Traditions!

Associates were super helpful, and there were a TON of plus size samples to try on. They had the space to accommodate my embarrassingly large group. And my dress arrived like two weeks sooner than they promised. I was super happy with my entire experience

Had such a great experience at WTBH! All the women were amazing and super fun and helpful when I was looking around. The dress I bought was a little more than I had intended on spending but it was so worth the price! I don't regret anything I paid! they even ordered me extra material because I was debating on adding sleeves (I did not add anything to the gorgeous dress but I was happy they helped me in case I wanted to). I found my veil and my girls got their bridesmaids dresses there as well! I even added a bridesmaid on last minute and they were very helpful in her dress and having it expedited before the wedding date with plenty of time for alterations! I highly recommend using them, it will be an amazing experience you will never forget!

White traditions was the first and last wedding shop I went into to find my dress, they impressed me that much from day one!! The staff members are fun and helpful, the dresses are unique and beautiful, and the shop itself is just perfect. Would recommend to any bride looking for that perfect dress shopping experience!

I was a walk in bride. On a Saturday afternoon. Let that sink in. Yep I committed the cardinal sin. But let me give you a little back story, it’s a long one because I have to paint you a picture. I have recently lost a significant amount of weight and had to let go of the first dress I loved and start the search all over again. I had tried to make an appointment at the bridal salon we purchased my mom’s dress and my maid of honor’s dress at but they didn’t have an opening until next weekend. So I made an appointment at another salon and emailed the consultant my colors and pics of my other dress and felt pretty good about the appointment. I gave my girls the details and crossed my fingers, threw some salt over my shoulder and went about my week. Fast forward to Saturday. As soon as we walked into the salon my heart sank. Everything from the carpet to the furniture to the counter was dated. And I don’t mean a few years. I’m talking I went back to when I was shopping for my first wedding dress in 1991. Then the consultant came and greeted us. She wakes us back to the dressing room area, again hello 99’s. You guys, the dresses she pulled were nothing like we talked about. The Handmaids Tale comes to mind. So we were there less than 10 minutes. She was very nice, said she would call another location very close and have them pull a few things but the color I was looking for would be hard to find. Again my heart sank further and tears formed. So we head to the other place. My girls jump into action and fire up the Google machine. White Traditions they say is 4 minutes from here. That’s where we are going. Well, somehow half of us end up and the wrong place. And my 90’s nightmare continues with a lady who doesn’t know silver from gold and rose gold from pink rhinestone. Needless to say the tears were flowing freely. Finally I get to the doorstep of White Traditions and am greeted by Kellyn who automatically says “Oh no no no. Let’s get you some water and show you what we’ve pulled for you. Can I hug you, you need a hug.” Folks this fierce little girl my niece’s age made a nightmare into a dream day. The first dress she had me try on (Butter was its name) was something this chica would’ve never even thought I could pull off. In the end I ended up with Moscato a beautiful Shakespearean dream that will make my fiancé fall out and get that perfect photo as I walk down the aisle. So thank you Kellyn Mana and White Traditions Bridal House for taking this walk-in bride and making her and her girls feel welcome! ❤️

I loved my experience at this bridal shop! They let me pick what dresses I wanted to try right off the rack and they helped me get in and out of them quickly so that I could try on dozens in one appointment! Much more my style than having someone picking for me and getting me slowly in and out of dresses at other shops. I also loved the variety of styles and the prices. The girls were all very kind and helpful. And best of all I found my dream dress and veil! I reccomend them to all! -KP

Sorry to have to write this, but we had heard such great things about White Traditions and read great reviews. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The atmosphere and experience was not at all what we expected and neither were the dresses. The staff was nice and friendly, , but unprofessional with teenagers/very young inexperienced adults in jeans and tennis shoes as consultants who seemed to know nothing about wedding dresses and didn’t care to. My daughter picked out and tried on her own gowns with little to no help. It was not surprising that it was my daughter and only one other bride in the place at 11am on a beautiful Saturday morning.

I bought one of the Justin Alexander gowns in November 2017 from trunk show sale. Best decision ever and everyone at the store was helpful. The staff were able to work with my budget and also help me find the dress I envisioned. Thank you for the good dress shopping experience

Jessica was so amazing at my appointment to help me feel beautiful and find the perfect dress for my wedding. I came into the shop flustered and upset after another appointment where I was treated rudely and told I was crazy for trying to find a dress 4 months before my wedding. I was laughed at and left feeling so disheartened. I walked into my appointment with Jessica at White Traditions and she assured me we would find my perfect dress and I would love it; not to worry! Not only did she run around the store and check shipping dates on dozens of dresses but she helped me find exactly what I was looking for as far as fit, style, color, and price. She was so attentive and helpful and gave me the bridal experience every girl hopes for. I would recommend White Traditions Bridal House to anyone as their dresses are amazing and the customer service was truly special.

This place is incredible! Not only are their employees super helpful, but they have an AMAZING selection of dresses! They hand pick the top designers so it's not overbearing when you go to first try on dresses. There is a style for everyone. I chose a James Madison gown that was exactly what I dreamed of wearing since I was a little girl. Beaded from head to toe with crystals, fitted to my shape, straps and a little something extra in the back for a little fun. I would recommend this shop to anyone if you are looking for the full bridal dress shop experience!

White Traditions has a wonderful selection of dresses and the ambiance and is amazing. I purchased my two piece dress in May of 2017, and I recently got married on May 26th, 2018. The staff there are wonderful to work with and the ordering/picking up process was easy. They are reasonably priced!

I had such a great experience finding both my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses here. The staff is very helpful and organized. The dress selection is outstanding-so many beautiful dresses to choose from! I would highly recommend White Traditions to any future brides!

Start to finish an excellent experience. Finding my dress was the first thing I wanted to do after getting engaged. I made a first appointment with just my mom and me. From the second we walked in the door it was the bridal experience every girl dreams of. I worked with Cole and she was fantastic. She supported my "vision" but also didn't hesitate to push me a little - which worked out perfect because I completely abandoned what I thought I wanted and THE dresses ended up being one she selected. Wow. Just wow. I cannot find the words to describe the service, experience, staff, etc. I had given up finding a dress after a few attempts at other bridal shops and walked in an hour before closing in a Saturday afternoon. After actually taking the time to listen to me and let me try on things, the wonderful young woman who was helping me casually suggested something I had overlooked. It was the dress. What’s better is she talked to someone and she let me buy it off the rack about 6 weeks before the discontinued date knowing that I only had about 5 months and just wanted to be done with dress shopping. I would recommend anyone go here first because the rest aren’t even worth wasting your time on. Thank you so much!
