People with food allergies beware. We had our wedding here on Labor Day weekend and while 90% of the day was perfect, the 10% that wasn’t almost led to an overnight hospitalization due to their kitchen staff and servers not taking food allergies seriously. I am tree nut allergic, as are two of my bridesmaids and my mother. We talked to the venue and Chef Jonathan multiple times about that concern and were assured that it would not be a problem and that they would simply omit tree nuts from the day entirely to avoid a potential mishap. Chef Jonathan personally assured us that he took allergies very very seriously. We discussed this at the tasting, on a follow up call, and included all allergies on our guest count list as required by the venue. On the day of, after the ceremony, my mom grabbed an hors d'oeuvres from a server who told her there were no nuts in the dish. When she began to feel a reaction starting she asked the server to clarify if there were nuts they admitted that they did not know. The kitchen only admitted there were tree nuts in the Brie Bites after being confronted by my maid of honor. My mother tried taking an antihistamine but ended up having to go to the hospital to be monitored and missed hours of our wedding. On top of all of this she was scared, we were scared and she felt sick for days after due to the reaction. And she missed important moments from our wedding that we can never give back to her. Thankfully none of the rest of us accidentally ate the appetizers due to the groomsmen running to warn us. There were also tree nuts all over the charcuterie board, and nothing had any kind of allergy cards to help people know what to avoid. After the wedding we reached out to the venue to voice how angry and heartbroken we were that our wedding memories were now permanently tainted with this scary experience and met with half apologies and no real sign that they understood how serious this could have been. They admitted that they noticed the brie bites had almonds in them after the tasting and rather than let us know, had assumed it would be fine because I had eaten them at the tasting (after I had asked if anything we were tasting had nuts and been told that it was safe). They say that they are implementing new training, but any trust in their food safety has been firmly shattered for us. It’s so unfortunate because the venue is gorgeous, the gardens are amazing and before cocktail hour it was a perfect wedding. But we can’t recommend this venue at all, and if we could do it all again we wouldn’t go back. Our guests' safety is worth more than a ceremony space with a view.

Perfect is the correct word for our daughter's wedding here last weekend ! The grounds, the views, the staff, the food, the amenities, the boat ride, the cake....from the ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner and dancing and bonfire and dessert - truly wonderful !! Amanda worked her magic and coordinated with our amazing vendors. Our wants, needs and wishes were granted and it could not have been a better wedding !! There was great planning communication and implementation. The items we brought were displayed beautifully. The menu, chef consultation and quality of the food were incredible ! The cake and desserts beautiful and delicious ! The bars and bar tenders were outstanding ! The staff and maintenance crew were incredibly helpful ! Our guests had an awesome time and the bride and groom truly had a wedding to remember !!

I could not recommend the Whiteface Club enough for anyone planning their dream Adirondack wedding. Brooke and her team made planning a breeze; she was organized, calm and collected, and incredibly responsive to every single message sent her way. And once the day arrived, she kept everything running so smoothly, we never had to think twice about logistics. The Whiteface Club gave us an amazing list of vendors, which made it easy for us to find an incredible DJ, photographer, and florist. The spaces are beautiful - you have to spend way less on florals and decorations because the natural light and beauty grace every part of the venue. Our guests loved the variety of spaces, from the ceremony gardens, to the dock and boathouse, to the clubhouse with several outdoor seating areas and an extra bar. Guests were able to go wild on the dance floor while other guests looking to relax had plenty of space to move around elsewhere. The team went WAY above and beyond when our shuttle bus got stuck at the end of the night. Brooke and other members of the Whiteface staff (and their spouses/family members) drove stranded guests back to their lodging, and brushed it off as no problem. So many of our guests claimed it was “grown up summer camp” and “the most fun wedding ever”, and it’s all thanks to this amazing place! Run, don’t walk. Thank you Whiteface!

Have your wedding at the Whiteface Club!! Brooke and all the Whiteface Club staff made the experience as simple and enjoyable as possible from day 1. Brooke is a fantastic communicator -- she was so helpful and easy/pleasant to work with throughout all the planning months, and was amazing on the day of the wedding. The food was delicious, boat ride was SO fun, and venue is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you to Brooke and all the other Whiteface Club staff who made our wedding day everything that we could have hoped for!!!!

We had a truly incredible wedding and reception at the Whiteface Club & Resort this past September. Lake Placid is such a special place for me and my husband, and now that our friends and family have visited this stunning venue, they understand why! The wedding garden right on the lake is simply magical, and having exclusive access to the clubhouse, boat house, and gardens for your entire wedding day makes everything flow so smoothly. Brooke and Haleigh were absolutely amazing during the planning process - we don't live in the area, so I was initially nervous about semi-long distance planning, but they were super responsive and made sure that every detail was taken care of so we could just relax and enjoy the day! We truly could not have asked for a more perfect day, and our guests are still raving about the food and those unbeatable views. Everything about this venue is spectacular - we can't recommend it enough!

Awesome venue – could not have asked for a more perfect day. The reception layout is perfect and the band was great. The dancefloor was smaller which made it feel more intimate and exemplified the band even further. Having two separate bars was a major plus and there was never a line to get a drink. We also had a cigar bar which was fun with the bonfire lit outside. Haleigh and Brooke made everything so easy, anything we wanted they made sure was there for us and took care of any/all last-minute changes. Don’t sleep on this wedding booking!

EXCELLENT. We recently got married at The Whiteface Club & Resort and the whole experience was incredible. We got married during peak leaf season and the weather/property could not have been more beautiful. The Whiteface Club wedding coordinators, Haleigh and Brooke, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was brought to life for the wedding of our dreams. They helped personalize the venue to our specific needs while making sure everything ran smoothly. We transformed the outside deck area into a winter wonderland that took a lot of coordinating to fit our “winter chic” vibe. They were both extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. The overall layout of The Whiteface Club & Resort is hard to beat. The wedding moved seamlessly from the reception (complete with hot spiked apple Cider) to the cocktail hour in the boathouse (featuring a canoe with beer/wine) and finally, up to the main reception area on the golf course. We took a boat ride on the Whiteface club’s Mahogany boat and the time alone (along with the incredible photo’s captured) was one of the highlights of the night. The reception area featured a separate dessert room where we displayed an array of cookies/cupcakes/treats next to our wedding cake. The day was simply amazing, and our guests are still raving about the beautiful landscape and unique Adirondack venue. Highly recommend!

This venue, and the spectacular views are meant for hosting weddings! Brooke was excellent to work with - personable, professional and attentive! The food was excellent, and fun was had by all! The many compliments from our guests confirmed just how beautiful the day was.

Haleigh and Brooke are a dream duo - they are super responsive, organized, and flexible. We had our wedding at WFC last weekend and it was more than we could have ever hoped! The food and drinks were amazing, the venue is beautiful, and the view….well the view is worth every single penny. The entire weekend ran so smoothly, we even threw in random requests in the few weeks leading up to the wedding and every single thing we wanted was accommodated!! If you’re looking for a beautiful mountain venue, this is 110% the right place for you!

If you want an outdoor (or indoor) wedding at Lake Placid, surrounded by the Adirondacks, this is your place! Beautiful setting with an Adirondack theme everywhere you look. The wedding garden sits right on Lake Placid and has Whiteface Mountain in the background. The wedding couple chose this location because they hike all the high peaks of the Adirondacks. It was perfect! The wedding planner(s) were great to work with and helped me out as I tried to get everything organized for my daughter from 3000 miles away. They provided a list of vendors to choose from and a variety of places to stay. They even accommodated a site visit 7 months in advance so that I could get a better sense of the location and facilities. I would highly recommend doing a site visit. It was easy to order in items such as table center pieces and have them sent directly to the venue. I provided pictures of what the couple wanted, and the wedding planners did the rest. They also filled in decor where needed as they have a supply room full of items. All of the food was fantastic from the hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour to the buffet style dinner and the wedding cake. The couple wanted an Adirondack theme on the wedding cake and they delivered it perfectly with mountains all around it and the hiking couple on top! Though we had hoped for an outdoor wedding, we ended up with a rainy day and the wedding planner and her staff moved the ceremony inside without a hitch. It was still beautiful, right on the lake, and I was happy to have a backup plan just in case the weather did not cooperate. We went from wedding straight into the cocktail hour! Whiteface Club and Resort also offers a ride around the lake in an old wooden CrisCraft boat for the wedding couple. Immediately following the cocktail hour, all the wedding guests gathered on the boathouse veranda to see the couple off for a trip out on the lake. This is a nice touch and the couple loved it! The couple did not opt for a DJ and Whiteface even helped out with the sound system. It worked out fine and there was lots of dancing by many in attendance. To top off the food service, the couple wanted a wedding cake with a mountain theme to it. The cake design was exactly what they asked for as mountains were applied all around on the sides and the hiking couple was atop. I received many compliments on the cake design. Whiteface took care of all the cake preparation. What I would say about coordinating with the folks at Whiteface Club and Resort is that they are very responsive, good to work with, and will help you pull off a fabulous event. They are organized, friendly and allow folks to relax and enjoy the big day. Most importantly, the wedding couple was thrilled!!

We had the most beautiful wedding and reception at the Whiteface Club & Resort!!! We couldn't have asked for a better day, with the gardens, lake, and lodge - everything was stunning and in full bloom. Brooke and Haleigh were absolutely amazing, very responsive, and made sure that the day ran smoothly and that all details were taken care of. Brooke is awesome and really acts like a day of wedding coordinator - which is such a bonus and really made me feel so relaxed! Highly recommend!!

I could not have asked for a better wedding and it is all because of the team at the Whiteface Club & Resort. From pre-planning all the way to day of execution everything was top notch and seamless. Our guests couldn't get over how magnificent the venue was but on top of that were incredibly impressed by the quality of the drinks made by the bartenders, the friendly servers, and the delicious meal crafted by the kitchen. In my opinion, there is no better place to get married in Lake Placid or the Adirondacks for that matter.

We had our rehearsal dinner and sunday brunch at Moose Lodge at Whiteface Club and both events were amazing! Brooke was so great to work with and made the planning process super easy. They put together 2 long dinner tables on the dock for our rehearsal dinner and it was so beautiful, highly recommend!

Wow, where to begin. Our wedding at the WFC was absolutely perfect. Brooke was unbelievably helpful through the entire process and went above and beyond for our magical day. As locals, this was the only place we toured for our wedding as we knew we wanted to get married there. The FOOD was unstoppable and the chef was able to accommodate our requests as needed. We were unbelievably lucky to be married in one of our favorite spots, on a beautiful day, in Lake Placid, NY. We could not have asked for anything more. The Whiteface Club and Resort is a first-class location and venue for a perfect wedding in the picturesque Adirondack Mountains. The breathtaking view of Whiteface Mountain from the ceremony garden is what made us commit, but it was the wedding weekend that truly made this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Brooke and Haleigh made sure every detail was as we wanted it, including a very intricate dessert table that took much attention to detail to set up. The food and drinks were plentiful and fantastic, local & very fresh. My wife and I especially loved our post-ceremony boat ride on Lake Placid to enjoy our first few moments of being married together. Every single guest said that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended, and Brooke and Haleigh and the hospitality staff are a huge part of making that happen. It’s a truly spectacular location, inside and out, and we can’t recommend highly enough!

The WFC is a beautiful wedding venue. The wedding coordinator Haleigh and staff were as lovely and detailed as our surroundings. The moment we met Haleigh we were put at ease and confident we would be provided a beautiful day. All of our stress about the what if’s washed away. Haleigh is accommodating, attentive, assured and answered all of our questions, calls, texts and e-mails quickly. She was great! One day before the wedding, we stopped by to measure. Haleigh took time between meeting with other couples to hear our idea. After we explained we were starved since we had just spent hours with our florist beforehand, we’d love lunch at The Cafe. It was closing. Haleigh insisted she ask the kitchen to stay open for one more meal. They agreed and we had lunch on the patio. There we talked with staff about the grounds and how beautiful it was. We got to hear a lil about them and what brought them to Lake Placid. The staff were so nice to us and we really loved getting to know some of them. They all worked so hard to remove furniture, add props to the patio and couches in the Cafe all to add to our guests experience. Shout out to The bartenders. They were awesome too! Grounds keepers all rock! We were so excited for our guests to experience walking through the Wedding Garden. It was enchanting as lil humming birds fluttered about. It was a beautiful day and the garden was was in full bloom and putting on quite a show. It felt like a dream. All of our signage was where we asked for it to be. Haleigh was right there to instruct us. Our rehearsal was rained out but Haleigh again put us all at ease and had it organized for us. We communicated throughout our stay in Lake Placid leading up to the wedding. She was always available. The ceremony was just breathtaking with Whiteface Mountain across the Lake. Prior to the ceremony the staff were hanging out paper cones with rose petals but the wind started to blow the petals out. Haleigh let us know and told us what she can do. They looked perfect and we were able to have the rose petal toss that we dreamed of. Haleigh always had a solution and not a road block to keep our vision alive. Off to The Boathouse. The displays were full and large and the servers delivered trays of delectables. The bar was stocked with our signature drinks and ready to serve up whatever was ordered. (pleased with what I saw) The couple took a complimentary Hacker Craft boat ride which we can all appreciate the craftsmanship there. Beautiful boat and beautiful addition to the day. The staff alerted us when it was time to meet on the dock. It allowed us a photo op by drone. What a great shot of the bride and groom with all the guests. Next stop The Clubhouse. The patio looked amazing . The staff staged it perfectly. We had an outside vendor bring in rugs and a couple vintage items and they were allowed to stage as well. The staff and vendors all worked together with Haleigh’s direction. The room was better than we imagined and the service was friendly and timely. Our meal was delicious. They added a water station which was a great idea. We danced all night! We used The Cafe, Fire Pit and Reception room. Our guests really enjoyed all the areas. The grooms family came from Louisiana and they all fell in love with the area and The WFC. Thank you for being a part of our story. We will always remember our time spent at The Whiteface Club fondly. I believe we landed at the best place in Placid to have our wedding.

We just had our dream wedding. It went off flawlessly. Brooke and Haley did an outstanding job from start to finish.

Having our wedding at the Whiteface Club was beautiful, accommodating and FUN. Kristin makes all of the couples feel excited and stress free - you can tell she is made for the wedding industry, she's so patient and inventive!! It was the wedding of our dreams and the garden around the ceremony space was the CHERRY ON TOP.

We visited the venue in Fall 2019 and knew that Whiteface Club was the place for us for our July 2021 wedding. Kristin is just the best! She made everything super simple leading up to the day and anticipated our every need on our actual wedding day. She always made sure we had a snack or a drink when we needed and allowed us to have personal time when we needed to step away just us two. We had a little snag with our transportation company and Kristin took charge and got everything back on track immediately. I wasn't stressed one bit! Our guests were absolutely blown away by the scenery, the gardens, the food, and how unique the whole event was. It was our dream venue!!

After a 2 year planning saga with COVID, we had our absolute dream wedding at the Whiteface Club. Kristin was all over each detail from day 1. She is highly responsive, thoughtful, warm, and always thinking of other ways to make your wedding even more fun. All of our guests were blown away by the venue, the gardens, and the incredible food. Nobody wanted to leave at the end of the night! I cannot thank Kristin and the rest of the Whiteface Club team enough for all of their support!

Kristin, the wedding planner, helped us pretty much every step of the way. She made everything much easier and stress free! The wedding itself was absolutely perfect. Multiple people have told me it was the best wedding they've ever been to.

We decided that we wanted to do an outdoor ceremony in February 2020 with 150 people. Kristin was absolutely amazing!!! Her ideas for the day were way more than we could ever have imagined. The grounds were stunning. She even organized hot spiked beverages for guests before the ceremony started. The staff for the reception could not have been nicer or more polite. Instead of sit down tables, we did more of a moveable feast. The food was amazing. Every vendor that Kristin suggested was phenomenal, and the space could not have looked more beautiful, I highly recommend her! And I would recommend taking advantage of Lake Placid in all of its beauty in the winter!

Our wedding was magical from start to finish; I can’t imagine having had it anywhere else. They are the best of the best!

My husband and I got married at the Whiteface Club at the end of August five years ago. It was an amazing day!!! It was only the second venue we looked at but after taking a tour and meeting with Kristen we immediately knew it was where we were going to get married. Kristen was amazing to work with. She listened to all of my ideas and added in her own expertise. We had the rehearsal dinner at the lodge, the wedding in breathtaking gardens, and a breakfast for all our guests the next day. Kristen and her staff were on top of every detail the entire weekend. Everything went perfectly (or at least that’s how the staff made it seem). A few days after our wedding a friend told me that the bar had run out of Labatt Blue during the reception and that a waiter ran across the street to buy a few more cases at the grocery store. After hearing that story I can only imagine what other tiny details the staff went above and beyond for. Five years later and people still tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to! My husband and I had dinner at the lodge for our five year anniversary and even that was amazing! The hostess wished us a happy anniversary on arrival and reminisced about our wedding day which she worked. We got to catch up with Kristen and were treated like royalty. It was like having a little wedding family reunion and made our anniversary that much more special.

Kristin and her team are amazing! The venue is gorgeous everywhere you look; inside, outside, and during all four seasons. I’ve photographed several wedding there, and I get excited every time I get an inquiry to shoot there again! From Kristin’s personal and thorough planning to the great food, classy and fun atmosphere, and endless photo ops, I highly recommend Whiteface Club & Resort.

From the very start, Kristen at Whiteface Club & Resort was great. She was there every step of the way and truly a pleasure to work with to plan our special day. She made sure to make our special great, even when it started to rain. The venue itself is beautiful with Whiteface mountain behind and a beautiful wedding garden (even though we couldn't use it because of the rain). I wouldn't hesitate in reccomending this venue for any wedding or event.

My husband and I eloped due to Covid and will be having a vow renewal and reception with all of our family and closest friends at the Whiteface Club in Summer 2021! We have been planning our reception with Kristin Parker (wedding planner) for over 1.5 years now and it have been an amazing experience - Kristin always puts her couples needs first, is so welcoming and inviting and makes the planning process seamless and exciting!! We cannot wait to celebrate next year at the Whiteface Club - this venue has hands down the BEST views of lake placid, most beautiful gardens, stellar service, delicious food, and truly the best set up for an true Adirondack wedding. There are plenty of rental property’s on site, too which is a great perk. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

You will not find a more stunning location than Whiteface Club & Resort. We visited six different venues and WCR was far and away the most beautiful with a lovely private garden and incredible lake and mountain views from every location. Kristin is an absolute dynamo - she is so passionate about her work and weddings and it shows countless times over. She was there every step of the way with so much enthusiasm, and happy to help with literally anything you could possibly need. Her team and staff are equally attentive and incredibly professional; every detail was meticulously addressed, service was exceptional and friendly and the kitchen was very accommodating for the number of kids and vegan/vegetarian guests we had. Everyone had a blast and guests are still telling us that it was the most beautiful wedding venue they’ve been to. WCR is perfect for its incredible views alone, but Kristin and her team are what truly elevate the experience to something exceptional.

Everything about the venue was absolutely amazing. Kristin couldn't have helped make our wedding day more special. She was so incredibly helpful from the moment we met her. She supplies you with reliable vendors and checks in on you often to make sure you have everything you need. We ended up repurposing my bridesmaids bouquets as center pieces and she helped us on the day cut the stems to make them look perfect as center pieces. She goes absolutely above and beyond. It ended up being a rainy day and it cleared up just in time for the ceremony. She said they normally decide at noon to have the wedding inside or outside but 10 minutes before the ceremony she did her magic and made it so our wedding could be outside by getting a group of people together to wipe down all the chairs. Rain or shine the venue is absolutely stunning on the lake. The garden is breathtaking as is the dining room in the club house.

Kristin is truly AMAZING!! I was instantly put at ease by her energetic personality and ability to multitask, especially since we live out of state and needed a lot of help planning our wedding. She was always accessible by email or phone, and walked us through every step of the process, and being super accommodating about our options. Everyone had the best time at our wedding and they raved not only about the beautiful venue but the amazing staff. Overall an amazing place and experience, can't recommend Whiteface Club & Resort and Kristen enough!

The venue itself is beautiful. Having exclusive access to the Wedding Garden, Boathouse and Lodge, for the whole weekend, makes you feel welcome and special. Only doing one wedding a weekend takes away a lot of pressure and stress. Everything on the property is a perfect complement to the stunning beauty of Lake Placid and the Adirondacks. This being said, the physical property is not what made the experience perfect. That credit goes to Kristin and her staff. Kristin was engaged and focused and is an absolute professional. Her dedication to the perfection of the event is unparalleled. I'm incredibly thankful for her help and friendship. If you want a stress free, beautiful adirondack wedding, this is the place.

My husband and I got married on July 5th and we had the most spectacular day at the Whiteface Club and Resort. My family stayed at one of the rental properties, which was so convenient. My husband and I loved the fact that we were able to customize our day so much, it was really important to us that our wedding feel very personal. Kristen Parker and her staff were incredibly professional and accommodating. It was the biggest relief knowing that I really did not need to sweat the small things because she and her team were so on top of everything. You literally could not ask for a more picture-perfect ceremony setting, the boat ride around Lake Placid was nothing short of magical, the reception space was absolutely beautiful, and the food was beyond delicious. We could not have asked for a more perfect day anywhere else.

We can not say enough amazing things about The Whiteface Club for our perfect day in June. Kristin was nothing short of the best to have with us every step of the way. She was there for whatever we needed help with, from touring the venue throughout all of planning and the entire day. Our guests couldn’t get over the beauty of the grounds and the attention they put into everything to get the ceremony gardens ready, perfectly maintained lawn and no black flies. The service was fantastic and the food was phenomenal, many guests have said it was the best meal they’ve had- especially at a wedding, and we couldn’t agree more. They still bring it up months later! It was the most perfect day and it wouldn’t have been without Kristin and her team!

We recently got married at the White Face Club and Resort and our wedding day was a dream. The wedding coordinator on site, Kristin, is amazing! I had absolutely no stress the day of worrying about anything, she took care of all of it for us. We had an absolutely amazing day!

Two years ago my wife now and I visited Whiteface & club resort in the middle of winter in hopes of finding a venue to have our wedding and on the very first sight of the venue we fell in love. It is just spectacular, the views breathe taken, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. In addition our wedding coordinator Kristin was just simply AMAZING. We weren't planning for rain on our special day, but she was ready for anything and the morning of moved our entire ceremony indoors without a single hiccup. Because of her, her amazing staff and the venue our wedding day was beyond more than what we dreamt of.

Whiteface Club and Resort is the best place in the Lake Placid area for a wedding celebration. Kristin Parker, the wedding coordinator is a huge asset to the resort. She has the most perfect, calm, professional, and kind demeanor. My son and his new wife enjoyed planning with her. The venue is amazing. The food was outstanding.

The Whiteface Club and Resort was an amazing venue for our family's wedding. Not only is the property picturesque, the staff led by Kristin Parker was outstanding. Our son and daughter-in-law had an amazing weekend and our guests continue to talk about all of the experiences. The lakeside ceremony, the receptions at the Boathouse and the Clubhouse...all were exceptional. The Lake Placid area also drew raves and gave our guests plenty to do away from the wedding itself.

Our wedding this September at the Whiteface Club and Resort was better than we could have imagined. After seeing many venues in upstate NY and beyond, we kept going back to the lake, the mountains, and that gorgeous garden at WC&R. Kristin Parker was just as excited as we were throughout the whole wedding process and went above and beyond in every way possible. Kristin absolutely loves her job, which shows through in all of her weddings and interactions. We were so impressed with the staff, how friendly and genuinely happy and excited they all were for us. Kristin was up for anything, embraced our style and ideas and loved creating our vision. Not only did we have an amazing wedding to remember forever, but we made friends that will continue on past the wedding and bring us back to enjoy WC&R for years to come.

Kristin Parker & the Whiteface Club & Resort exceeded our expectations for our Fall wedding. When my husband and I visited possible venues, the Whiteface Club & Resort stood out the most. We loved the idea of having a rustic themed wedding where we had the luxury of being outside for the ceremony and inside for the reception. The view of Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain in the background are incredible. Kristin Parker even set us up with a wooden boat ride which I thought was very romantic and gave my husband and I 30-minutes to enjoy a moment by ourselves before dancing the night away. The cocktail hour and reception were a beautiful. Our guests had the time of their life. Kristin Parker helps the bride throughout the entire planning process and is very responsive. She was also there during the entire day of the wedding. Everything went perfectly! It was our dream wedding. We keep hearing about how fun our wedding was and how gorgeous the venue was even 4-months later!!! I HIGHLY recommend your Adirondack wedding to be at Whiteface Club and Resort.

Whiteface Club & Resort and Kristin were amazing. My wife and I were married there in September and we will never forget it. Everything ran perfectly and even when some adversity, rain, came our way Kristin acted as a true professional and make alternative plans work. Whiteface Club & Resort, and Kristin Parker, helped us realize our dream of a special, memorable start to the wedding festivities of our son and daughter-in-law. Our rehearsal dinner and welcome reception were everything we desired: the food delicious, the staff caring and hard-working, the dining room and patio were set up beautifully and comfortably and the ambiance was warm and inviting. From the time we met Kristin for our tour one year before the wedding to the time we gathered before dinner was being served, we were taken care of in a warm, caring, understanding fashion. Kristin, truly heard us and followed through on everything we discussed. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. I have such fond memories of our evening, but one in particular was my view from the Adirondack style dining room window to the full moon shining down on beautiful Lake Placid with our family and friends around us enjoying the tremendous ambiance, delicious food and flowing spirits in the warm environment of the Whiteface Club & Resort.

After our first visit to the Whiteface Club and Resort, we knew that having our reception there would be the best decision we could make. Not only does the club have the most beautiful grounds and backdrop, it comes with the kindest, hardest working staff I have ever encountered. The grounds of the club are so gorgeous on their own, little decoration is needed to make this venue stunning. Their gardens are unparalleled, and you cannot create this vibe and view anywhere else. While visiting other venues, the event planners would recommend we hire a separate wedding planner, as their services were quite limited. When first visiting the Whiteface Club and Resort, Kristin explained her role, which sounded surreal. She explained how we would be able to rely on her throughout our entire wedding process, and that there is really no need to hire a separate wedding planner. Kristin really did not do herself justice. She basically held our hands through every part of the planning process. From making sure we were on schedule, to helping us pick vendors, and disclosing her elite group of recommended vendors, we never could have planned our perfect day without her help. As if her 24/7 help leading up to the event (Kristin would literally answer her phone at home, in her car, all hours of the day), was not enough, Kristin was an angel not just the day of, but the entire week leading up to our wedding. Kristin stayed late two nights before our wedding to help us decide on table placement and decorations, and never complained when we were indecisive. She really cared that the room was exactly how we wanted it. We got married at a church, not the reception venue, and Kristin came to the church and fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle. She transported flowers and decorations from the venue to the church. Kristin made sure every single aspect of the day went off without a hitch. She was constantly communicating with vendors to keep us from needing to do so, and she made sure every detail was taken care of down to double checking the serving spoons for dinner. She is fun, kind, and funny, but also no nonsense when it comes to her job. I have been a part of several weddings, and have never encountered such a talented, invested wedding planner and staff. Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more, and I am certain that is a result of the hard work of the staff at the Whiteface Club and Resort. Thank you!!

Our wedding at the Whiteface Club and Resort in September, overseen by Kristin Parker, was truly a dream come true. We honestly cannot come up with any critical or negative things to say about the venue, the event, or the staff. We were told by members of the staff that we asked for some fairly unique requests regarding things like food and personalized decor - the entire team at WFCR nailed everything above and beyond our expectations. We can't recommend this venue enough.

This venue is heaven on earth. Absolutely Gorgeous place and to make it even perfect our wedding coordinator Kristen Parker is just the best ever. She's literally a one woman person. She made sure we have everything that's needed, couldn't have asked for anyone else.

Whiteface Club & Resort beyond exceeded all of my expectations. When we first started looking at venues about a year ago we went to see 4 in Lake Placid (we already knew we wanted to get married in LP, where was just the question). WFCR was the last one we saw that day and immediately knew it was the place for us (and blew the other 3 out of the water), we booked that day. From the first time we met Kristin till the very last detail on the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond for EVERYTHING. She was there every step of the way from start to finish. Being a perfectionist myself – I couldn’t have met a better match to work with throughout the year. Everything I asked and wanted she said yes and made happen (usually unheard of). She made our day the best ever and it went so smooth! Everyone kept coming up to me complimenting how great she was. Aside from Kristin – the venue and location was more than perfect and I would do it again there a million times if I could! I would highly recommend the Whiteface Club & Resort to everyone!!!!

Our wedding day was planned from a distance, and it could not have been a more simple process. Kristin is truly a dream—honestly, she makes wedding planning a fun endeavor. She was so calm, open and in constant contact without creating any stress. My husband and I just sat back and enjoyed every second of our wedding day. Our daughter Dani got married this August to Zak. Our guests came from every corner of the US as well as many from accross the ocean. As diverse as our guest list was - The experience was universal - INCREDIBLE. The charm of Whiteface club & Resort stems from a unique combinaion of natural beauty which is combined with elegant, rustic, tasteful and super fun facility. Kristin, who is the heart and soul of Whiteface Club & Resort, has made every effort possible to make the wedding a huge success. Her caring, professionalism and knowledge - above and beyond our expectation. The food and service was a bonus surprise - the chef was creative and acomodating, serving beautiful dishes based on local, fresh produce. As our guests shared with us - it was an unforgettful wedding in Lake Placid.

My husband and I were married June 13, 2018 at the Whiteface Club & Resort and we couldn’t be happier that we chose this venue. The gardens by the lake and the mountain views provide the perfect place to get married. Kristin was absolutely exceptional to work with from start to finish. She was easily reached via phone and/or email and was very helpful in suggesting other vendors that would work well with us, both personally and professionally. After looking at several venues in Portsmouth, NH, my husband and I traveled to Lake Placid, where I grew up skiing to look at a few more. Once we saw The Whiteface Club & Resort and met Kristin in person, we knew that was it. Our wedding, was truly the best day ever. We loved planning our big day - with Kristin's help, we were able to get the best photographers (Due West Photography: http://www.duewestphotos.com), flowers and DJ - the Whiteface Club had everything else we needed. Our guests still gush about our wedding day and I can't blame them! The day of was perfect - if anything went wrong, we were blissfully unaware, but it was definitely, the best day ever!
