My husband and I live in Las Vegas, NV. He was planning to visit their sales office in person during a work trip to Houston, but when his trip was cancelled, Becca was very helpful...
and patient in helping him choose the perfect engagement ring for me all via e-mail. She was responsive and the staff took great care in shipping my ring. The proposal was clearly a success and we met Becca in person when we visited the Houston area to pick our wedding bands. Again, Becca was friendly and helpful and so was the front desk staff, Vera. Of the online jewelers that my husband researched, he was most impressed with Whiteflash. The quality of their diamonds and rings are excellent. We love our rings very much. Thank you, Whiteflash!
My fiance let me choose my diamond and ring. I had the best experience picking out my diamond with my consultant at Whiteflash. I have yet to see a diamond that I think is more bea...
utiful than mine. Now that it is time to order wedding bands I got in contact with Whiteflash and they remembered exactly who we were. I will recommend this company for anyone looking for diamonds and we will be customers for life.
I LOVE MY RING!!
My husband is a bit of a perfectionist. Apparently he and his consultant (Liza) spent months looking for just the right diamond for my engagement ring. On top of that, my husband...
was able to design my engagement ring from the band up. It's beautiful and there's not another one like it.
I met Liza a few weeks after my now husband proposed. She was ecstatic to hear our engagement story and we were featured on the company website. When it came time for us to buy my wedding band, of course we went back to Liza. I have had the opportunity to send my rings in for cleaning and fixing (I'm a med student so my hands and everything on them gets a little beat up) and had an absolutely fantastic experience.
I got my enagement and wedding rings from WF. Both times, they were very quick with the turnaround, and the consultants that we spoke with were professional and helpful. They accom...
modated all of our requests (getting additional pictures, etc.). WF has a good return/buyback policy, with reasonable prices. I liked that I was able to fully customize my ring by choosing the side stones. Their rings are true to size. Their ideal cut stones are visually exceptional!
My ring is gorgeous!
The people at Whiteflash are extremely responsive and willing to work with you to create a perfect ring (or other jewelry). We got my engagement ring and both wedding bands from th...
ere, and loved their work. They ship nation-wide but their office is in Houston. They cleaned & polished my engagement ring right before the wedding, so it looked brand new. Everyone in the office is very helpful and easy to work with.
