Just a short 15-minute drive from downtown Annapolis, Whitehall is an expansive waterfront property that hosts approximately 10 exclusive weddings yearly. Offering stunning, unobstructed views of the shimmering Chesapeake Bay, and expansive green lawns, this fully-outdoor venue offers a setting unlike any other. The rolling wide-front expanse is ideally situated to enjoy miles of shimmering waterfront, coastal breezes, passing sailboats and the golden glow of sunset.
As Maryland's premier waterfront wedding venue, Whitehall stretches along a mile and a half of shoreline, encompassing Meredith Creek, Whitehall Creek, and Whitehall Bay. With captivating coastal views and serene countryside, this lovingly restored National Historic Landmark offers a unique backdrop for your wedding day.
The grounds consists of a 115-acre peninsula surrounding the main house with an array of venue sites to offer a completely customizable event experience. Each of the sites has unique look and feel, allowing ceremony, cocktail, and reception to remain separate and hidden from one another. Offering an array of incredible photo-opportunities.
The cost to rent the site (full outdoors) is $19,750. Tenting, power and restroom trailers will need to be rented to turn Whitehall into a wedding ready site, easily provided by our trusted partner vendors. From the minute my husband & I stepped on the Whitehall estate, we knew it was the perfect location to host our sequel wedding ceremony. We wanted to embrace Maryland's gorgeous coastline, and achieve an elevated but approachable vibe. From the historic home to the stunning views, Whitehall delivered. Eddie was wonderful to work with, and the big day ran smoothly even through some unexpected weather challenges. I cannot recommend Whitehall enough!

My company, IMPACT Collective, has the honor and privilege to manage private events at the historic Whitehall property in Annapolis for the past 5 years. We absolutely loved Whitehall - the view on the water and all of the openness - of the lawn and also the view over the water- is unparalleled. The mansion is quaint and historic which was fun to go past (we didn't do the open to walk through). My husband used the cabin we had included in the package as where he and his groomsmen got ready, which was perfect. It didn't hurt that we had absolutely perfect weather! Honestly, this was the wedding of my dreams and many people were saying one of the best they've been to. I'm so glad we chose Whitehall.

My wife and I had our dream wedding at Whitehall! It is an absolutely beautiful, spacious, completely outdoor wedding venue with room for all of the activities. We hosted our welcome party, ceremony, AND reception on the property each in a different space and each as beautiful as the last. We also stayed in the cottage on property in the days leading up to the wedding, adding to the full experience. Needless to say, we were fully immersed in Whitehall during our wedding week and were all the better for it. We only had 1 hiccup during the whole experience which was a plumbing issue in the main house where my bridal party was getting ready, but other than that everything was seamless.
Would definitely recommend Whitehall as a top-choice wedding venue!

Whitehall was the most amazing wedding venue! We fell in love instantly with the gorgeous house, amazing waterfront views and close proximity to downtown Annapolis. We got so many compliments from our friends and family about how stunning Whitehall was. IMPACT Collective was also so helpful throughout the entire process and made the planning process seamless!

My fiance now wife had a vision, Whitehall allowed her vision to come to life. The venue has several acres to have the day you've always wanted. From friends and family telling us post wedding "how did you find this venue? This venue is awesome" nothing feels better to know your guests and you both had an amazing day. Definitely would recommend this venue if you want a beautiful, unique, and customizable experience!

Whitehall is an excellent venue. It has plenty of space for large gatherings, but won't overwhelm smaller parties either. It's scenic views on the water are one of a kind, and we had more than a few guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. Whitehall only does 15 weddings per year, so you're not going to be competing with other parties having their nuptials on the same weekend; you'll have plenty of time to get your venders set up the week before.

Whitehall is such a beautiful venue. The event felt magical! There's a gorgeous historical mansion, a waterfront and the entire venue is HUGE!
IMPACT Collective manages Whitehall and they were very professional and made sure we have everything we needed. They helped make the event planning smooth and enjoyable!
I wish I could have another wedding just so I can do this whole process over again haha maybe an anniversary?

My husband and I were finally able to celebrate our wedding in June 2021 after two Covid postponements. We wanted a large outdoor space for Covid safety reasons. We had a fantastic experience with Whitehall and our wedding was beautiful. The grounds are stunning and the house is lovely. There was tons of space to work with and the staff allowed us to customize the space to make our day unique to us. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in 4 different spots on the grounds. The owners/staff are helpful and always available to their couples. I would highly recommend Whitehall to anyone looking for an outdoor wedding. 10/10

Whitehall was a fantastic venue for our Indian wedding weekend. We did a welcome party on Friday night and then our wedding ceremony/reception on Saturday, and the ability to use it for multiple events was a great perk! Obviously there are a lot of variables when it comes to an all-outdoor wedding, but the Impact team was terrific in helping us navigate everything. John at Whitehall was also extremely helpful, helping us with set up and even shuttling some of our older guests around on his golf cart. We're so glad we chose to have our wedding weekend at his gorgeous venue!

As soon as I took the virtual tour for Whitehall I told my (then) fiancé that if we booked an on-site tour there was no chance I wouldn’t want to (have to?!) get married here. The venue did not disappoint and I still remember not being able to stop smiling the first time we walked the grounds. Whitehall was truly a dream wedding venue and I wouldn’t have changed anything about our experience if I did it all over again! The site is beautiful and the grounds are so large that there’s so many options to choose from for how you envision everything taking place. The staff and the grounds crew were all so great and accommodating as well and every part of the day was special in its own way. This venue is amazing for larger our of town weddings and it’s a great way for people who have never been to Annapolis to experience the true crab cakes and football experience!

You just have to see this venue in person to understand how amazing it is. From the total privacy to sprawling waterfront views, there's really nothing else like it around! Every time I go to Whitehall, I find something new to love!

Whitehall is an absolutely amazing place to have your wedding! My husband and I held our ceremony and reception at Whitehall in May 2021 and everything about it was perfect. We wanted our guests to experience all of the beauty Whitehall has to offer so we decided to hold our ceremony in the front of the manor house, our cocktail hour in the back middle lawn facing the water and our reception under a beautiful sailcloth tent to the left of our cocktail hour. Our wedding planner, Cristina Calvert, has done multiple weddings at Whitehall so she already knew the ins and outs.. making wedding planning a breeze for us. She truly made our wedding dreams come true! I can’t recommend Whitehall and Cristina enough!

This venue is an incredible place to have your wedding. The space has a gorgeous waterfront and the buildings architecture is impeccable with gorgeously painted ceilings. This is a space where you can really get creative. Along with the incredible space, the team that manages the space, IMPACT Collective is such a generous and hardworking team of people. This venue is unlike any other! It has beautiful grounds and a wonderful view of the waterfront. IMPACT Collective, who manages the space, really knows how to transform the venue to match anyone's perfect idea of their event. My favorite part of the Manor is the bridal suite, it's the perfect size and has beautiful natural lighting.

The perfect setting for a waterfront wedding! Whitehall is a stunning property rich with history and beauty that make for an unforgettable event. We had our wedding reception at Whitehall and it was above and beyond amazing. Our cocktail hour was in the alley of trees and our reception down by the water under a big beautiful sailcloth tent. The property is just so stunning and Christie & John were amazing to work with! We cannot thank them enough for helping put together our dream wedding!

As a "luxury wedding" Wedding Planner, I am much more critical to venues and vendors than a bride, so it really takes a lot to make me say, "I highly recommend them!"....and I HIGHLY recommend Whitehall! Christie, the venue coordinator (and wonder woman if you ask me) is SO amazing to work with, as is the groundskeeper (and super man if you ask me), John. They made sure every need that my client and I had for the property was perfected and were there for any questions, help, you name it the entire planning process and week of the wedding. The location is nothing short of stunning and it really has it all: amazing entrance, aisle of trees, acres upon acres of a waterfront Annapolis property, unbelievable views, more history than you can imagine, a gorgeous mansion as a backdrop, charming architecture and structures around the property to oogle at, magnolia trees (need I say more about them..) , "church" bell to ring at the ceremony, and more! I was contacted by the venue to come to a look and then recommended it to client of mine and it was such an amazing experience with them, I could on and on!

As a photographer, it was a delight. There are so many beautiful back drops with lovely old trees and large blooming shrubs. I particularly loved the mowed path to the water's edge to view the sunset.
