Apart from being an amazing photographer, Michelle was such a calming presence and helped us relax so we could enjoy each moment. We actually live out of town, but came back to St. Louis for our wedding, so our wedding day was the first time we officially met Michelle in person. Within minutes though I could tell we were in great hands. When we received all of our photos, we had to select 60-80 for our album that came with our photography package. I'm not kidding when I say that choosing just 80 was so, so hard! We had to go back and forth a few times to decide which ones we couldn't keep. Thank you again to the White-Klump photography team for being the best!

edding. The team was professional but also down to earth and so fun to work with. They truly made it a memorable experience. I sent Sarah several shots we wanted ahead of time and she knocked it out of the park! We even had our sneak peek back the very next day. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect! Many people commented that I was a very calm bride...I attribute a lot of that to the WhiteKlump team! They made sure our timeline was right and helped to guide us through the whole day. They even helped me to pin my dress when a button broke. I cannot say enough good things about them!

session, to help with planning (timeline, shotlist, etc), and all the way through wedding day. Even my family and my bridesmaids commented on how great she was to work with. When I say she thought of everything, I mean it. She's a true professional who knows her craft. She kept our day running on schedule like clockwork and made sure she captured all the details that were important to us. We took family and couple photos before the ceremony and Michelle mentioned that some people like to wear their wedding bands for those even though they haven't technically been "given" to each other yet, and that was something that I hadn't even thought about and was super glad she mentioned, because we did want to wear them for those! This is just one example of several throughout the day that made me think "wow, she's awesome!". And then the photos. Oh. My. Gosh. It's only been three weeks since the wedding so we only have about 60 "preview" shots back so far, but I am absolutely blown away already. They are stunning. Michelle's framing and composition of each shot is so perfectly crafted. Not a detail is missed. I, for one, do not have the eye for that sort of thing, so I can truly appreciate it when I see it done extremely well. The angles, the background, the setup. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. AND she gives excellent direction throughout the whole thing for what to do next, how to pose, where to stand, etc. She gives super clear and easy directions that make the whole thing feel so natural and fun. We had a large wedding party (18 people including us) and she was incredible at wrangling everyone in and ensuring everyone was posed just right for each shot. She did the same for our semi-chaotic family photo session and had my shotlist printed out and checking photos off as we went along to make sure nothing was missed. We took photos with our dog, two children under 8 and two toddlers, too, and she knew exactly what to do to get each kid or pet to pose and look at the camera. She even briefly chased my two year old nephew when he made a breakaway towards a pond before his parents could grab him, which was just above and beyond the call of duty and truly shows what kind of person she is. Suffice to say, White-Klump is exceptional. You will not be disappointed by hiring them.

first time. Since then, I have been able to get to know her not only as such a phenomenal and talented photographer, but such a good person too. It was so important to me to have someone who could not only take incredible photos of the wedding day, but someone I genuinely enjoyed spending time with as well. Sarah is so patient and helped keep me calm and fully present, and I will never forget her kindness. Sarah's photography aesthetic is absolutely stunning. I looked to her page so often leading up to the wedding for the best inspiration. I was always torn between light and airy photos and the more moody dramatic ones, and Sarah gave us both! She was also able to capture candid shots from special moments throughout the day, which are some of my absolute favorite photos of all. Even when my husband and I weren't posing, Sarah had this incredible eye to see something beautiful and get gorgeous pictures. I truly had the best day of my life, and Sarah was a crucial part of that. Sarah, thank you for being a wonderful photographer and friend.

Day of the wedding, she was so efficient I couldn't believe how quickly we were getting through photos. She offered a great mix of professional and candid shots, and she would give posing advice to make sure the photo turned out well. She made everyone (us, family, wedding party, etc) feel comfortable and included in the day. She is truly the best of the best!
