going to swallow our guests and feel empty. Whitmoor delivered the perfect space! The main reception room is large and spacious to accommodate all your guests but with the lower ceilings and cozy architecture like the fireplace it feels quaint and warm. I also LOVED the multiple adjacent rooms that we utilized for cocktail hour, etc. Plus the bridal suite is gorgeous and super spacious for getting ready. They have truly thought of everything to make a wedding run smoothly through the layout and execution of the wedding. The food and drinks were fantastic and we've gotten many compliments from our guests that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding! Lastly, the team was fantastic to work with! Diana was our initial point of contact and was easily the best venue coordinator of all the venues we toured, she was kind and honest and so incredibly helpful!! She even Facetimed me to give me a virtual tour of the place before I could come in person!!!! Her level of service was unmatched and her outgoing and bubbly personality was icing on the cake, it made me excited to plan my wedding! We were then reassigned to Carley after some restructuring of the team, which was at first disappointing because we had such a great experience with Diana but Carley did her best to ensure a smooth transition and made sure all the details were in place as we approached the wedding date. She was organized and helpful and very attentive on the wedding day to make sure everything ran according to plan. This venue was easily one of my favorite aspects of my wedding and I'd HIGHLY recommend it to any future bride or person looking to host an event at a professional and beautiful venue!

e and I had to repeat alot of the details that we requested. The grounds are beautiful and made for great pictures. I received good feedback regarding the food. I was not overly impressed with what we chose. We were supposed to have received a food tasting before hand but that was not followed through on by the event coordinator. The food we chose for our rehearsel dinner was outstanding.

ions for the wedding on Tuesday for our Saturday wedding. The staff was so accommodating and wanted out night to be amazing. They take the worry out off the bride and groom and hand everything for you. We had the place all to ourselves the entire day. We were able to get ready in the girls and guys locker rooms. The whole place was full of awesome accommodations. We had our ceremony on the pergola that overlooked the gold course. Then we were able to go around the golf course for picture. I guarantee the picture will be breath taking. I could redo my wedding, I would always have it at Whitmoor Club! Hand down the most perfect day of my life.

The entire building is so classic and beautiful, the caterers here were so great and the meals provided to our guests were delicious - we are still hearing how much people loved their dinner! Our guests had so much room to move around and dance. Sue's hospitality was so appreciated from our entire family. She worked with us planning through our entire engagement and even helped me bustle my wedding dress before our reception started! If you are wanting a location for your timeless wedding reception with a team who strives to literally make your day perfect, do NOT hesitate to go visit this country club. You will not regret it! We cannot thank them enough for making our special day complete.

d. Highly suggest the chicken modega and the prime rib. Our cocktail hour had a bacon wrapped tenderloin. They even made a separate plate for my husband since he didn't like mushrooms in the chicken modega. We even asked about late night cheeseburgers.

ve and on-point the entire night, and it was like having a pair of ninjas at our beck and call. The food was scrumptious, too, with special shout-outs to 1) the pre-meal sticky buns (the awesome cinnamon aroma of which wafted out to where we were taking photos before the wedding (which, btw, if that was deliberate, then kudos for the execution)) and 2) the spinach salad, whose crispity candied walnuts and indescribably good dressing practically upstaged the mouth-watering main course that followed it, which brings me to 3) the alfredo, which humble side didn't get nearly the props it deserved for its perfectly balanced savoriness, lightness, and cheesiness. And the highest of the praise for last. Sue Putnam, everyone. Sue is a warm-hearted joy to work with, a master-level coordinator, and Whitmoor's resident ghost in the machine, whose brilliance and efficiency kept the groom and I calm and organized throughout the months leading up to the wedding, and then outright *dazzled* us on the day itself. We remain not just grateful but awestruck. Bless you, Sue! May Whitmoor treat you even half as well as you deserve. 5/5 stars. Not a single thing went wrong, and much of what went right *also* went above and beyond. A Whitmoor wedding, under Sue's watchful gaze, is a miracle to behold. Thank you to everyone who helped churn ours out and, more urgently, wow.

r my appointment. I took that as a good sign and I was right. Sue is very responsive, experienced (so she can be relaxed but prepared) and enthusiastic. I especially appreciated how her enthusiasm was genuine and not forced. She will guide you when you need help but will also step back and let you run the show when you know what you want. She has a list of vendors that I used and they were great choices- she keeps up with her vendor list and will only recommend high quality people. The food was great, the staff made sure I got to eat at my own wedding (which isn't a given from what I've read), the food was good and my guests agree. The Whitmoor has so many fantastic aspects to it: you can do a wedding on the porch so you're outside but covered, you can rent out almost the entire building for a good price, they will do a ton of the set up/tear down (they even wrapped my cake topper!), there is plenty of parking, everyone is kind, food is good, and they are reliable. Do yourself a favor- get married at the Whitmoor.

We used Laulie's bakery for our cake, which was included in Whitmoor's price, and we couldn't have been happier with the design and taste. The room looked gorgeous when we arrived and the entire evening was flawless. We would highly recommend Whitmoor Country Club. Great value and love how much was included in the price.

g perfect. The food was amazing! Many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had. We were able to request basically anything for the buffet, even if it's not on the menu. The prime rib and marinated grilled vegetables were excellent! We had our ceremony on the outdoor veranda, and it was beautiful as it looks over the golf course. It rained on our wedding day, but the veranda is covered so it worked out perfectly (and there was no one golfing!). The staff during the reception was great and attentive. They went through the buffet with me and got my food so I wouldn't spill anything on my dress, and frequently checked to see if we needed anything. Everything was very organized, and there is a separate area for the cocktail hour that looks like a very old-school cigar lounge. There are also nice "locker rooms" for getting ready...the men's has a pool table! (They are much nicer than an actual locker room, haha). The main ballroom for the reception is large with a big dance floor, and a real bar which I liked. They also used nice glasses for all the drinks rather than the cheap plastic ware, which is a plus. The wedding packages include a cake if you go to a specific bakery, which is pretty rare. The bakery is in Troy, and I was a little worried at first because the place kind of looks like a hole in the wall, but our cake was really delicious and beautiful. Overall, everything was really great! I feel like Whitmoor is kind of a hidden gem...I looked at a lot of venues and this one was the best for the money. Considering what you get, the price is very reasonable compared to other venues I had looked at. Our wedding was a blast, and I would definitely recommend taking a tour of Whitmoor! One disclosure...they don't allow you to take pictures on the actual golf course. There are a couple pretty photo spots where you can take pictures on site, but we went to the nearby Busch Conservation area to do our first look and got some really beautiful photos there before the ceremony. Just a suggestion!

It is an absolutely beautiful venue, making our wedding pictures turn out gorgeous. Our guests said it was hands down the best wedding they have ever been to - one uncle has not stopped talking about how his daughter's wedding will be there next! We couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding reception!

The wedding coordinator made sure I was able to put all my ideas into action so that I could have the wedding I've dreamed of.

nd great to work with. We especially loved the outdoor space and the windows inside. It fit out wedding size of about 200 people perfectly with a little extra room. We would definitely recommend them for other people's weddings!

It was inconvenient because we had a cocktail hour in between the ceremony and the reception, so some people had found their tables and we had to have them move. Everyone that worked there was so nice and we had a great time. A lot of people said it was one of the best weddings they had been to. Thanks for everything you did for us!
