Magnificent open manicured fields and a rustic, heated 76 x 42 barn, multiple ceremonies/receptions sites. In ground pool, 12 person hot tub, and outdoor game area. On site parking area close to functions yet hidden from pictures. 16 room estate which is included in our packing/pricing (6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath & gourmet kitchen) accommodates up to 25. Spacious Dressing Room adjacent to bridal suite and a separate wing for the guys!
Very private and peaceful. Less than six miles from the Oxford Casino/Hampton Inn were your guests can stay at a discount. Less than an hour from a major air port.

rtably fits and sleeps wedding parties/families and has so many options for ceremony spots, cocktail hour, and reception spaces. We chose to use the Birch Trees for the ceremony, the back grass for cocktail hour, and the barn for the reception and we could not have asked for a more perfect day. The use of the bridal decor boutique allowed us to save tremendously on pieces we could/would have only use a few times (vases, flower girl baskets, tables, chairs) and conveniently had all the signage we were looking to create (reserved signs, Mr. and Mrs. signs, etc). The location is convienent to big stores/restaurants such as Walmart and Dunkin' and is tucked away enough that you do not hear neighbors or racing noises from Oxford Raceway. Also, if you need to burry a sausage because the weather seems like it's not going to pan out- with Steves approval, we created the sausage cemetery in the back field and I will always believe that was the reason our 95% rain forecast became 0%! We will always recommend WFE! Thank you guys for everything!

in on Friday allowed us to set up Friday morning/afternoon and have rehearsal dinner right there in the large kitchen/dining room. We also were able to cook a day after brunch.
Krissy is a wonderful owner and extremely responsive to messages and questions even when I was more than a year out from my wedding.
The barn is absolutely stunning and it was lovely to also have the fire pit.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a barn and farmhouse weekend experience.

say that my wedding was beautiful and I am grateful for the place. But, after the wedding was done, the owners turned out to be completely different than I thought. They made up stories and claims that were not true. They wrote a nasty email stating several different problems. I will be the first to admit that there were a couple of messes that were left. Not enough to cause concern and a withhold of security deposit. My friend who had her wedding there was told the exact same thing happened when she was there as well. She had the exact same problems and claims. I think they have found away to keep the extra money. I am deeply saddened because I put so much effort to make sure everything was the way we found it. I truly enjoyed the owners at first. If you are having a wedding with NO alcohol and plan to just stay in one spot of the house for three nights, then this is the place.

the property for the first time I knew I wanted to have the best day of my life happen there. The estate house is spacious, clean and elegant. It has a massive kitchen where we spent most of our time playing games and hanging out. We spent our nights in the backyard in the amazing hot tub and grilling. Everyone had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The barn is breathtaking and everyone commented on how beautiful the reception was. We had our ceremony in one of the fields and the backdrop was utterly amazing. They provided the tables and chairs which was one less thing we had to worry about. There was also more than enough parking for all our guests in one of their fields. Above all, I was shocked at how affordable the entire experience was! I highly recommend booking Whitney Farm to host your wedding or event!

uring the beautiful property with the gracious owner, Krissy, my fiancé, and I knew this was the venue to share our love story with on our special day. Planning our wedding over the course of almost a year was so effortless and easy-going thanks to Krissy’s help and communication. We were able to rent the property for a few nights for ourselves, our bridal party, and some close friends. Thanks to Krissy and the property’s amazing accommodations we had the best weekend ever. The farmhouse and all it has to offer is perfect, and the grounds were also so beautiful for our special day. I will forever recommend this venue to any couples I know that will soon to be married as everyone should experience this venue. ely and terribly for us the wedding venue in Gray overbooked another couple over our date. The owner of the Gray venue then decided to keep the other couple and threw us out. My wife and I were left scrambling to find another venue as we were less than six months out! We stumbled across Whitney Farm and we are so grateful we did. From the first conversation we had with the owners to the last it has been nothing but polite, respectful and reassuring. They assured us they would be able to accomdate our date and our wedding party as well as the price and terms we negotiated with the other venue! Which the folks at Whitney Farm didn't have to do, as the terms we negotiated at the Gray venue were very favorable to us the customer. This went such a long way to easing the stress both me and my wife were feeling over our situation. The venue itself is beautiful. It really captures that rustic, homey feel that some couples are looking for. If your looking for a barn style wedding then look no further this venue has the look and the feel. I feel so blessed to have found Whitney Farm. The venue is beautiful and everything my wife and I wanted. The owners are fantastic and offer a really personable customer service that you rarely, rarely find and I really cannot thank them enough for the accomedations they made for us. nd perfect for photos and can sleep many guests for the weekend! We used the house to sleep for us and our wedding party, and we opted to have an extended weekend Thursday - Sunday. This gave us enough time to decorate and make the wedding unique like we pictured. The opportunities here are endless, and the venue is almost like a hidden gem at this point. I can see Whitney Farm Estate turning into a very popular venue as they begin to host more and more weddings! Krissy and her husband were great to work with and easy going. We will never forget our wedding weekend here!
