Kelsey, our coordinator, was truly amazing. From day one, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and organized, and she made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but Kelsey consistently kept everything on track and made the process feel smooth and manageable. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and ensure that no detail was overlooked. We genuinely can’t say enough good things about her, she played such a huge role in making our day what it was.
On the wedding day itself, everything came together seamlessly. The timeline flowed perfectly, transitions between moments felt effortless, and we were able to fully enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish, which allowed us to be present and soak in every moment.
The bartenders and staff were also fantastic. Throughout the night, our guests repeatedly commented on how friendly, attentive, and professional everyone was. It made such a difference knowing our family and friends were having such a great experience and being well taken care of.
Overall, the entire team at Whitney Oaks went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to trust with such an important day, and we’re so grateful for everything they did to make it so special.

g, and wanted to share our experience. We loved the view and the scenery right from the get go, and we thoroughly enjoyed all our tours and food tastings (great selection for the food tasting). However, the best part of our experience were the people at Whitney Oaks. Kelsey and staff were absolutely wonderful throughout our whole wedding planning process. They went out of their way to accommodate all of our minor and major requests and always looked out for us in a manner that a family member would. During all our tours, food tastings, and general interactions, they were always warm and hospitable and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of.
COVID-19 meant we had to shift and change a lot of plans at the last minute, and Kelsey was always there to provide support and eased our stress by being there for us and always keeping us in the loop. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel the wedding as the circumstances unfolded, but will always hold Kelsey and Whitney Oaks with high regards due to their professionalism and kindness.

imate. Then the beautiful room where the reception was great as well along with the awesome food. We loved working with the staff there especially Kelsey and her assistant Madison who made the entire process seamless. Any time we needed something from needing to meet in person or email late at night Kelsey was always there or would reply promptly. We would definitely love to have more events at Whitney Oaks and would recommend this place and their great staff to anyone! Our guests are still raving about the amazing food and how attentive and accommodating the staff were.
