Established in 2016, and located in downtown Reno beside the historic Reno Arch, this independent luxury boutique hotel is dedicated to making your wedding a relaxing, lavish, and utterly seamless experience for you and your wedding guests.
Facilities & Capacity
Whitney Peak Hotel features multiple unique venues that can be transformed for use in an elopement, wedding ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, or day-after brunch. With a maximum capacity of 250 people, Whitney Peak Hotel can accommodate intimate gatherings as well as lavish parties. The hotel is also happy to provide room blocks for your wedding party and guests. Whitney Peak Hotel offers over 300 pet-friendly guest rooms that overlook the Sierra Mountains, and feature complimentary access to BaseCamp, the hotel’s 7,000 square foot climbing gym, and Cargo, the hotel’s live music room.
Services Offered
Every Whitney Peak Hotel wedding package includes the cost of chairs, tables, linens and napkins, glassware, silverware, coordination, and setup and breakdown service. A complimentary suite is also provided for the couple on their wedding night. All packages can be customized for any special requests or wedding needs.
Cuisine
Whitney Peak Hotel offers a wide selection of fine dining menu possibilities, and all options can be further personalized to meet your preferences and the needs of your particular wedding. A full service in-house bar is also available for the enjoyment of you and your guests. Outside cake vendors are welcome, and any vendor referrals can be provided upon request.

Getting to help excited couples such as yourselves is the absolute BEST part of my job! There is nothing more rewarding than getting to play a small role in your journey together. I really enjoy learning about the things that are most important to you. My goal is always to understand your vision and then use my experience to help you translate those ideas into a truly memorable celebration. What have you envisioned for your big day?
