Whitney Walker Beauty

y hadn't gotten my hair and makeup done since my high school prom which was a LONG time ago. So, I was equal parts excited and nervous. During my trial, Whitney immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of, plus she made me feel as though I was just a close friend getting myself done up by another friend. She is so approachable, kind, and SO talented. When I first saw my finished hair and makeup during my trial, I felt so, so beautiful. She had matched exactly what I was hoping for but also made it even better than what I was hoping. During my actual wedding, she changed my eye makeup slightly based on photos from my trial, and I liked the new makeup even more than I'd already liked my trial makeup. It was like she could read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted! It's so important to feel your most beautiful on your wedding day, and Whitney did that for me, not to mention how much fun she made sitting in a chair for an hour. Whether we were talking about family, weddings, or just vibing, we had a great time. I typically hate sitting to get things done for a long time, but with Whitney, it didn't feel like a drag. It was just really fun. She also made my entire bridal party feel fantastic and stuck to a really wonderful schedule that she had created specifically for my day. As a fun side note, I realized after everyone had already gotten ready that I'd forgotten someone would need to put my wedding sneakers on my feet. Even after she'd finished my makeup, Whitney got right down on the ground and helped me with my shoes so that no one else would have to ruin their dresses. Truly a life saver. I cannot recommend Whitney enough and really hope I get to work with her again in the future.
