Arrived late to the reception because she left equipment at the church and had to go back. Six months later we still do not have all the pictures. Will not respond to any communication. She made it clear that she really focuses on the client experience and writing this review post-wedding—she genuinely feels like family to my husband and I! You will never feel like you’re just another booking at someone’s business. She answered every question I had and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She took an interest in my ideas for the day and made sure that they came to fruition in the moments where it counted most! She literally climbed down rocks with us to get the PERFECT waterfall shoot for our engagement photos! Our family and friends from the wedding couldn’t say enough good things about her on our wedding day! Everyone said she was so much fun, incredibly efficient (made sure our family got to enjoy cocktail hour), well-organized, and has a “warm” personality!
