There is nothing cooler, than having a wife and husband work together as a team to take the most romantic photos. She was able to get our 1000s of photos to us super quick (I've known brides who waited like 6 months, and she has the same if not better quality in way less time) They are super professional, and awesome awesome awesome to work with. I can't wait to have a baby now, just so they can capture the next page of our lives. My Photos are even better than I had anticipated. Still on Cloud Nine.

the wedding photos. We had a 4 month engagement and yet they still catered to our specific needs in such a short time frame. I was so excited that we got them because my husband told me about them and I had been following their blog long before we got engaged, I was so sold the moment I browsed their website. Their attention to detail made my husband and I feel valued and it yielded great photos and made our wedding day go smoothly. They are very organized, understanding, comprehensive and they are very aware of what they are doing. our photos came out... Beyond what I ever expected. On my wedding day it rained and a week prior Christina contacted me to let me know that it would be raining. (She was more aware of things than I was which was impressive) We decided on an indoor location and she was so flexible with whatever the day threw at us. The day of the wedding I had family trying to take their own photos as my photographers took our photos. Christina was polite and still managed to do an amazing job with an on obnoxious smartphone flash going off right next to her. Working with them was way less awkward than I thought it would be (since both my husband and I dislike being the center of attention) they made us feel so comfortable. They are great to work with. The Whittakers are awesome... I highly recommend them. My husband and I will continue to use their photography services forever!

My fiance Josephine and I were nervous at first since we never did a photo shoot, but Christina made it fun. They were so easy to work with, always making sure we were comfortable with the poses and what not. They are very professional and quick with getting are photos ready to view. Even with a busy schedule they get it done in a timely manner. That's why when the big day came, I was rest assured that the photos would come out great and they did. Our friends and families also said how great the photographers were and how impressed they were with how the pictures came out. I'm very happy to have had Whittaker Portraits capture one of the most important days of our lives. We would definitely book them again to capture more special moments.

log posts. Before I even got engaged I knew I would be wanting them to take our photos. We do know some other photographers, and it may have been less expensive, but none can compare to the candid and real feel of the photos Christina and Sam take. Photography is not something you should skimp on, ever. We went with a package that included engagement photos and I just have to say that these are some of the best photos of my now husband (he can be rather goofy and let's just say he might be switching careers, GQ here he comes, no joke, that good.) We were laughing and joking the whole time, which makes having two camera's shoved in your face a little less awkward. On the wedding day I got to the venue an hour late, sorry guys!, and they were extremely patience. We have some amazing wedding photos! They are well worth the money and you will have gorgeous photos to showcase for the rest of your life. Another reason to choose Whittaker Portraits is that they won't just be your wedding photographers and you will never see them again... they will be, hopefully, your forever photographers. were also punctual and sweet as pie to work with. We have a family member who struggles with mental illness, and they were understanding and very kind her as well. Looking back at the pictures, I wondered how they had gotten so many great shots given that they were so discreet I didn't notice them. I should mention that we know them personally, but that has nothing to do with our high rating. We are jumping up and down that we hired them! Best money spent hands down. Book them if you can!

It was so great getting to know Christina before our wedding day, so I was totally comfortable with her. The pictures turned out more beautiful than I ever imagined they would, she captured every little detail that I planned, so I could really take it in since that day was crazy. There were a few specific things that I asked for and she accommodated every request to make sure that I was happy with my final product. After doing some research we discovered San Francisco City Hall, which is a highly sought after location for an elopement and once we saw the pictures, we completely understood why – it is absolutely breathtaking. Since neither of us has visited San Francisco, we thought it would be a fun adventure to get married on the west coast. Living in Charlotte, NC – we relied on the internet for every single aspect of our wedding. And our wedding day was everything we ever wanted and more. Our photographers, Christina and Sam Whittaker were amazing. They completely knew how much our family and friends would rely on their photographs to tell the story of our day and they did it flawlessly. Not only are Christina and Sam great behind the lens of the camera, Christina is very talented in designing, editing and the work is always beautiful. When I was looking for a photographer for my wedding I wanted someone who I could feel would be someone I wanted at my wedding, someone who had the passion for what they did and knew what a bride was going through on their big day. Christina was just that, she was calm, had the pictures and places planned out in her head and Sam was able to take care of the Groom and Groomsman as Christina worked with me. It was pretty amazing and we had a blast having them celebrate with us.

As they promised on their site, we did have tons of fun with them, but they also took their job seriously to create beautiful heirlooms we will treasure forever! *Quality* A quick look at their online portfolio says it all! They're masters at capturing the best moments using natural light with a photojournalistic quality. We wanted our photographers to tell our fairytale love story by capturing "moments" not just photos, that's EXACTLY what they did! *Value* You can't put a price on the visual evidence for your wedding, but all couples have a budget. Again, lucky for us, they worked with ours and even suggested options for rearranging our wedding day timeline so we didn't have to incur unnecessary charges. *Additional Perks* Their positivity and optimism was so comforting amongst the stresses of our big day. They helped facilitate the whole process from beginning to end. They worked with our suggestions and even accommodated additional locations because we were early on our timeline. They were also scheduled to finish coverage after our cake cutting, but when they heard I would be surprising my groom with a hula dance, they stayed to capture it! CONS Only 1...you can't take them with you everywhere you go :P I wish I could hire them to capture all of my life's moments, they make everything look so good! I loved them all. We have since also had extended family photos taken (13 people I believe) -- the large group didn't even phase them AND they were beautiful once again. Christina's also taken photos of children's musical rehearsals for me and no matter how chaotic we are, she captures great moments with the kids! Christina is easy to work with, knows her stuff, obviously loves what she does, and makes you feel comfortable during the process (which results in better photos!). I would recommend her 100% for any occasion -- engagement, wedding, "trash the dress", or anything else!

tina is an absolute professional and makes you feel so comfortable. My husband and I have never been professionally photographed before our engagement session, and we were so nervous. But Christina and her husband Sam made us feel so comfortable and gave us all the right critiques and instruction. Every single photo they have taken of us is absolutely cherished, and our home is thoroughly littered with them!
